Enjoyed our stay at the G!
My husband and I stayed in an Executive King Room w/River View at the G Hotel in August. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We really appreciated the closet & storage space and the nice bathroom. Although the hotel is on a busy road and the room had floor-to-ceiling windows, it was extremely quiet. The drapes blocked the morning light very well. Glad we got the breakfast package...very convenient and food was very good. Had one dinner at hotel, which was very good. Went to the bar one evening for a drink, and the bartender wasn't very friendly or attentive; he ignored us for about 5 minutes, even though we were the only ones there. Otherwise, service was excellent. Color scheme in hotel's public spaces was somewhat odd, but we would definitely stay here again. About 7 minutes drive from city centre.

Eww..... Dark hallways, smelly room with questionable decor and a not very clean floor. I sent my friend a picture and she humorously asked me if I had enough quarters for the bed. Costco did not do a good job picking out this hotel for us! Dirty exterior with dead plants in the interior and my lovely view is of weeks and an overgrown "garden" on the roof.

A little gem !
This hotel is truly wonderful, with equally wonderful staff. The atmosphere is lovely, and the spa is fabulous. They offer one of the best facials and massages I’ve ever had.

G Hotel no longer offers a 5 star service.
I was charged without my authority for a room I had already cancelled. The standard of food and service in the hotel has dropped dramatically' The rooms are not the high standard they used to be. Management has changed and the hotel facilities and service has dropped noticeably.
