La Reserve Geneve Hotel, Spa and Villa

One word: Fabulous!! Can’t wait to be back.. best hotel spa in Geneva. Really recommends it.. the loti is also very cozy and Chef Brial is incredible

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at La Réserve Hotel & Spa Geneva. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with such genuine warmth and professionalism — the team throughout the hotel and the management made us feel truly welcome. Our room was superb – elegant, beautifully designed, and perfectly maintained, offering that rare combination of comfort and understated luxury. Dinner at the Chinese restaurant was a real highlight – outstanding cuisine, perfectly balanced flavours, and impeccable service. A true culinary experience that rivals the best in Europe. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay – friendly, attentive, and always a step ahead in anticipating what we might need. It’s rare to find such consistency across all departments, and it made our time at La Réserve genuinely special. We left with the feeling of having experienced something personal and memorable. Highly recommended – we can’t wait to return!

I travelled to Geneva for business and stayed for the first time at this hotel. Unfortunately, the effectiveness of my business trip was undermined by the spiders in my room which I had to kill. This undermined the quality of my sleep as I worried about further spiders. Better pest control is necessary.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at the Clayton Hotel in Leopardstown, Dublin in July 2025 to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. We would like to say a very special thanks to the Aaron who works in Reception and who is such an amazing person. He has always made our stays in the Clayton so special. Nothing is ever a problem. Very loud wedding disco music late into the evening — it was impossible for any guests to sleep. Hotel management cheapen the hotel value by signing contract that allow very loud wedding party music to go on all night. It is close to midnight and it is still at top volume even with ear plugs, we still hear the loud music and the shaking of the ground. It is a terrible experience. Not a luxury hotel’s management style and a terrible cheap motel-like experience. We called repeatedly and yielded no improvement…… lying awake waiting for the party to end.
