Wonderful visit to Mandarin Oriental in Geneva
The staff go above and beyond the call of duty. Ask for something and you will receive. The day of arrival we asked to book a last minute walking tour of Geneva. It was booked within minutes. Needed to change a train ticket to Paris - done! Concierge even sent someone to the train station to handle our request. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and other Mandarin Oriental hotels.

Luxury hotel in town
Premier location with easy access by multiple transportations. A lot of shopping places around and you can easily buy all souvenirs and visit all retail shops. Top tier service. Warm friendly focus on details. Room is very comfortable and clean, no noise and able to enjoy fresh air by opening the windows

The choice of kings and queens...
The place to be if you want to be treated like a king/queen in Geneve. The welcome makes you feel special already, the rooms are modern, luxurious and clean, and the bathrooms are a work of art (I am a big fan of natural stone). The spa is very clean and cosy and it makes you feel at home (that is if you live in a palace). The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of delicious and also local food and the service is outstanding. If you are lucky you get a table on the veranda looking at the city and being welcomed by the morning sun. All in all I can say I had a wonderful stay in a true 5-star hotel.

Nice stay in Geneva
It is a very good hotel and a nice stay. The lounge bar is better than any other hotel around. Very attentive personnel. Breakfast has full buffet option. Good location. Clean rooms. Taxi stand just at the hotel entrance. Didn't have a chance to visit gym.

It was a unique experience. This hotel received a rating of 10. It was very distinguished in all services, the elegant staff, excellent treatment, distinguished room services, the warm reception at the moment of arrival, the smile on the faces of the staff, the practical assistance in a difficulty I am facing, and finally the beautiful farewell. My experience was very nice at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, as I was spending my honeymoon in Switzerland, and this was my first stop, fortunately for me.
