What a difference
I came to this hotel few years ago, was not impressed by any of the service levels, then the hotel was the only one available in our system, so I booked it again with low expectations, the experience now that I have felt was completely different and service levels were excellent by all means. Thank you Ezzeddin for the hospitality and amazing attention to details.

Great service
The service is 5 stars for sure, but my room was not the best. There was no mirror in the room and there was a step to the bathroom. The location of the hotel is great.

My son and I stayed at Mandarin Oriental Geneve from the 23rd of November through the 29th of November. We would like to pass our thanks to all the staff, but special thanks to the following employees for phenomenal quality of customer service, commitment of going the extra mile and excellent hospitality. Please pass our thanks and appreciation to ALL of them. As reported during our stay, the only negative incidents that we had was with the housekeeping personnel. Hopefully your management will find a good solution to this huge problem.
