Exceptional
Azzedine is the best in hospitality. I was feeling unwell at 2am and Azzedine made sure that I got what I needed and that I was feeling better at 3am! Honestly hands down best service. Soo human as well.

Mediocre Hotel
Geneva does not have a great selection of hotels so weak competition but this hotel is very very average for 5 stars. Tired and old interiors, cramped lobby, ok-ish gym. So service could make up for that but they forgot to replace my laundry bags, took my dressing gowns and did not replace and I had to call to get my laundry back. Sloppy for a MO hotel. I would recommend the Israeli chef’s restaurant though, the Asian cuisine one, not so much.
