I had a truly wonderful experience at the Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, and I would especially like to recognize an outstanding staff member, Ezzedine. From the very first call, Ezzedine was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. He went above and beyond to provide us with the best possible room and made sure every detail was perfectly arranged. Throughout our entire stay, he was consistently accommodating, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about our comfort and experience. Thanks to Ezzedine, our stay felt seamless and truly special. His level of service reflects the very best of what the Mandarin Oriental represents. I am extremely grateful for everything he did for us and would like to sincerely thank him for making our stay unforgettable.

This was, without exaggeration, one of the best hotel experiences of my life—and easily one of the best hotels in the world. We booked through American Express and received the most unbelievable upgrade I have ever experienced. The hotel knew we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and from the moment we arrived, the level of care, thoughtfulness, and royal treatment was next level. Marianna Rakotomana made us feel like actual celebrities from check-in onward. She went above and beyond in every possible way—handling birthday arrangements, planning, and details with such grace and warmth that I am still shocked by how special she made us feel. Truly unforgettable. The entire staff was exceptional: Denise Mannon Guillaume Leo Anthony Every interaction was flawless—attentive without being intrusive, warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making our stay extraordinary. The hotel itself is immaculate—luxury in every sense of the word. The food is incredible, the presentation stunning, and the room service deserves its own standing ovation. Massive portions, beautifully plated, and consistently delicious. Our room was insane: A huge suite with a massive private rooftop, walk-in closet, and even a sauna (pro tip: do not press the red button unless you want emergency services in your room—we learned the hard way 😂). The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the towels? Pure luxury. Everything—from linens to lighting—felt intentional and indulgent. The location is perfect, ideal for walking and exploring Geneva. The concierge team made phenomenal recommendations, especially for watch-making experiences and tours, which was a major reason for our trip. Every suggestion was thoughtful and perfectly tailored. One of the most touching details: Guest Services gifted us a beautiful book to commemorate our watch-making journey—something we will cherish forever. It’s the kind of detail that shows how deeply this hotel cares about creating memories, not just stays. Luxury. Precision. Heart. This hotel sets the gold standard. For a first visit to Geneva, I could not imagine a better choice. Mandarin Oriental Geneva is not just a hotel—it’s an experience I will compare all others to. Absolute perfection.

The hotel has a great location, is close to the Main atractions of Geneva. Azzedin was a great person, make us feel so welcome, were diligent and very kind. 100% recommended

I came to this hotel few years ago, was not impressed by any of the service levels, then the hotel was the only one available in our system, so I booked it again with low expectations, the experience now that I have felt was completely different and service levels were excellent by all means. Thank you Ezzeddin for the hospitality and amazing attention to details.

The service is 5 stars for sure, but my room was not the best. There was no mirror in the room and there was a step to the bathroom. The location of the hotel is great.
