The place, staff and service is world class.
I received a world service. The staff is absolutely world class. The whole staff is professional, friendly, and they care. The place is tranquil, very clea and amazing. I enjoyed from day one until I left. My bedroom was spacious and comfortable for sleep.and work. Housekeeping did a splendid job in the upkeep.of the rooms. They answer calls and attend to your needs. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel.at home.

As soonUpon check-in, we immediately felt welcomed as part of the family. Their treatment was akin to royalty. We were there for a holiday celebrating a special birthday for my daughter, and they presented us with various thoughtful gifts, including a personalized chocolate cake inscribed with her name and birthday, as well as an exquisite floral arrangement. They even upgraded us to the Penthouse suite at no additional cost. Our stay was truly exceptional, characterized by stunning views and the most exemplary staff members.

The complimentary upgrade of our dreams
When our room was not available due to hotel renovation, the manager called me a few days in advance and asked my permission to be upgraded to an amazing suite that I could never have afforded. It was beyond our comprehension, and a service that we received from everyone was as if we had paid full rates.
