Good needing improvement !! attention to the details .
- personnel attention - very hospitable and nice . Customer concerned - room - very nice and up to par .Renovated . " City "view booked was looking to the back and interior of the building . - breakfast - service impecable . Fruit though looked nice was not good to eat due to lack of taste ( kiwi - lack of brix ) , banana was soft and had been put in the fridge ( looses all its qualities ) etc

Family weekend in Geneva
It was once again an outstanding experience at your beautiful hotel. It is always an impressive and memorable experience to be a guest at your property. The hotel itself is truly stunning, with its elegant design and warm, inviting atmosphere. From the friendly and professional reception staff to our room (many thanks for the upgrade), the thoughtful welcome amenities, and the excellent breakfast—everything was impeccable. Our dog, Tiffany, also felt genuinely welcome, which perfectly reflects how exceptionally pet-friendly your hotel is.

An amazing weekend get away!
We had an amazing stay. As soon as we arrived, Julien gave us a very warm welcome and even knew our names already—thanks to the bellboys.  A heart made of roses had been arranged for us in our room, which we found breathtaking. We had a room on the 6th floor and were able to fully enjoy the hammam and the hot tub on the terrace.  For dinner, we had room service, David and the entire kitchen team spoiled us from appetizer to dessert. The suprême de volaille was exquisite, and the cookie chaud was heavenly.  Unfortunately, the night went by way too fast.  Breakfast was the icing on the cake. Michelle and Owen served us wonderfully and fulfilled all our wishes. The hot chocolate was legendary, and the smoothies were also very tasty.  Check-out with Zoe went smoothly and quickly.  We’re already looking forward to checking in again soon and can’t wait to have such a wonderful time once more.

A magical stay by the lake
Thank you Beau - Rivage ! My boyfriend and I arrived to spend a night in your beautiful hotel. When entering, we were welcomed graciously by Clara, Raphaël and Alexis. We had a lovely room with terrace overlooking the Jura mountains. The features in the room were incredible such as the in - and outdoor jacuzzi and the hammam shower. All very cleand and well - maintained. We ordered from the room service menu for diner, everthing was tasty and the service by Thibaut was excellent. At breakfast we had pancakes and poched eggs that were savoury and fresh, service was great again, thanks to Marco. When checking out at we were assisted by Fiona, Julien and Hugo at the front desk, they were all very kind and helpfull. The entire experience has been wonderful, thank you for the warm welcome. Hope to be back soon!
