Beau Rivage Geneve

Excellent 5* experience in Geneva. This VERY well located hotel is the oldest in Geneva and family/owned. You can tell from the start the employees are devoted to the hotel, to the guests, and to delivering a top notch experience. Jude greeted us at 12:00AM, after a long day of travel from California and could not have been more welcoming. Answering all questions and offering assistance to 2-weary travelers. The next morning Nolan shared ideas about where we could “drive/visit” after leaving Geneva on our road trip to Vevey. He was a wealth of information and should definitely be on the quick-path to concierge. Nolan is a natural! Guillaume, Clara and Jonathan at the concierge desk, were also super helpful. We stayed in Room 323, a Junior Suite with River view and I highly recommend this class of rooms. Ours had a small balcony and a window which gave a view of Lake Geneva and a side view of the garden adjacent to the hotel. The real advantage of the third floor is that the Junior suites have been “partially” renovated, and although the sitting area furniture is a outdated (sofa needs replacing), the bed/pillows is are excellent as are all the linens, and towels. Housekeeping staff is great. Can’t do enough for you. The location of the hotel is very convenient to walk to restaurants, and the best luxury shopping and Old Town is just a short boat ride across the river. The only recommendation I would make, is they could really use a nightlight that’s on a dimmer in the bathroom. Overall, an excellent experience with excellent staff. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A truly stunning luxurious property with exceptional service. The location is even better, with everything within walking distance. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the service, cleanliness, and staff were absolutely flawless. The breakfast was both amazing and delicious. I truly cannot find a single fault with this wonderful property. I cannot recommend this property enough! There is simply nothing negative to say about such a spectacular stay!

" City "view booked was looking to the back and interior of the building . - breakfast - service impecable . Fruit though looked nice was not good to eat due to lack of taste ( kiwi - lack of brix ) , banana was soft and had been put in the fridge ( looses all its qualities ) etc

It was once again an outstanding experience at your beautiful hotel. It is always an impressive and memorable experience to be a guest at your property. The hotel itself is truly stunning, with its elegant design and warm, inviting atmosphere. From the friendly and professional reception staff to our room (many thanks for the upgrade), the thoughtful welcome amenities, and the excellent breakfast—everything was impeccable. Our dog, Tiffany, also felt genuinely welcome, which perfectly reflects how exceptionally pet-friendly your hotel is.

We had an amazing stay. As soon as we arrived, Julien gave us a very warm welcome and even knew our names already—thanks to the bellboys.   A heart made of roses had been arranged for us in our room, which we found breathtaking. We had a room on the 6th floor and were able to fully enjoy the hammam and the hot tub on the terrace.   For dinner, we had room service, David and the entire kitchen team spoiled us from appetizer to dessert. The suprême de volaille was exquisite, and the cookie chaud was heavenly.   Unfortunately, the night went by way too fast.   Breakfast was the icing on the cake. Michelle and Owen served us wonderfully and fulfilled all our wishes. The hot chocolate was legendary, and the smoothies were also very tasty.   Check-out with Zoe went smoothly and quickly.   We’re already looking forward to checking in again soon and can’t wait to have such a wonderful time once more.
