A magical stay by the lake

Thank you Beau - Rivage ! My boyfriend and I arrived to spend a night in your beautiful hotel. When entering, we were welcomed graciously by Clara, Raphaël and Alexis. We had a lovely room with terrace overlooking the Jura mountains. The features in the room were incredible such as the in - and outdoor jacuzzi and the hammam shower. All very cleand and well - maintained. We ordered from the room service menu for diner, everthing was tasty and the service by Thibaut was excellent. At breakfast we had pancakes and poched eggs that were savoury and fresh, service was great again, thanks to Marco. When checking out at we were assisted by Fiona, Julien and Hugo at the front desk, they were all very kind and helpfull. The entire experience has been wonderful, thank you for the warm welcome. Hope to be back soon!

Go back 150 years to the hotel where the Empress Sisi used to stay when in Geneva. This is not just a beautiful hotel. It’s an experience. The service is on the level that has nothing to do with most hotels. Everyone is there to make you feel comfortable. It’s really quite profound.

A top class hotel performing everything a five-star hotel should do. The location is one of the best in Geneve, by the lake viewing the "Jet d'Eau" in front of the mountains. The feeling of a classic, luxurious hotel is fantastic. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. In short it is a very luxurious hotel with a personal service.

Great experience. Fantastic and very personalized service. High quality standard of the rooms. A ton of thanks to the Concierge desk, and a very special thanks to Jonathan whom has been so wonderful in making our stay so unique. The whole team from reception to the dining area has been so dedicated and service minded. We loved it.
