Lovely hotel overlooking the lake, with very walkable access to waterfront, shopping and dining. The rooms are as perfectly appointed and spacious. It was 96 degrees on my first day of the trip, and my room was very very comfortable. The hotel staff are all very kind, reserved and accommodating. I never expect anyone to be at my service, however, when traveling in another country, especially for business, it's additional peace of mind to know that anything I needed, or might have forgotten, was or could have been quickly accommodated.

The hotel had a beautiful boutique feel, with the highest quality of service. My room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The service was outstanding, and the food was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

The location of this hotel is excellent. The first room that they gave me was extremely disappointing 202 (very small compared to the other rooms at the hotel, the toilet wasn't working, etc.): warning, it's the worst room at the hotel. If you are issued this one, make sure to ask for another before even going to see it as to not waste time. My next room was a stunning, big room with a big bathroom. The hotel itself is older and a little dated. The service was okay; they tried, but I believe the language barrier was the problem. The food at the hotel is good, but there are so many that are much better so close to you, so for sure go out to the surrounding places if you have time. I did order room service one night, and the gazpacho was delicious.
