Special thanks to concierges Emiel, Jochem, German, Gilles, Nicolas, and Agathe, whose professionalism and warmth were remarkable. My sincere appreciation also goes to Sebastian from F&B, as well as Pedro and Marine from Sales, for their attentive care and dedication. Your commitment to excellence made my stay truly memorable.

Unfortunately, this visit was by far the worst I’ve experienced at your Four Seasons over the years due to several issues. Firstly, the bar area, where we waited for our table, was an absolute mess—disorganized and chaotic. There were too many staff members assigned to the simple task of seating guests, leading to confusion and errors. Twice, an upper-level manager assigned the table promised to me to another party, leaving me feeling completely disrespected. The explanation provided was inadequate and did little to address the frustration of being overlooked not once, but twice. Room Service quality of food was poor

Very Nice and beautifull hotel. Décoration is elegant and the service is good. You can have room’s with a nice view to the lake.

We stopped by this joint to have some lunch. The food tasted very delicious. This is luxury at its finest. I only got myself the Caesar Salad and fries. It was so delicious. Staff were very polite. We can’t wait to come back again here soon. Thank you so much to the entire staff for having us

Fantastic stay, no faults at all. Check in superb and very friendly team. First time visiting this hotel in particular and would for sure recommend. Luxury at its finest!
