Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva

So happy i gave one more chance to Geneva and explore this hotel. It changed my perspective that there is still hope to experience luxury at Geneva hotels and finally a place that lives up to its promise. From arrival to departure staff couldnt be more kind, assistive and pleasant. They were always present and going above and beyond to assist. Room was also amazingly beautiful, historic but clean and beautiful. Bed super comfy as in all FS. All the food and beverage at the hotel is up to standard and both tasty and with best ingredients. Breakfast is very good and for European standards exceeding many hotels in terms of quality and varieties. Staff is amazing and I definitely will be back

The service is exceptional, Location and property are the best in Geneva. No kids club But created a cooking pasta class with printed photos of the kids they loved it! Japanese restaurant and the bar are amazing

Thank you for the Perfect hospitality. My room was very beautiful with side lake view and the white orchid on the window, so beautiful.. The service was fantastic, especially Dimitra in the lobby. I had an afternoon tea, OMG it was so delicious, totally recommend it! The breakfast was also fantastic! The Christmas decorations is top , so wonderful 🤗Thank you very much and also to the front office! I will come back 🫶

Unfortunately, this visit was by far the worst I’ve experienced at your Four Seasons over the years due to several issues. Firstly, the bar area, where we waited for our table, was an absolute mess—disorganized and chaotic. There were too many staff members assigned to the simple task of seating guests, leading to confusion and errors. Twice, an upper-level manager assigned the table promised to me to another party, leaving me feeling completely disrespected. The explanation provided was inadequate and did little to address the frustration of being overlooked not once, but twice. Room Service quality of food was poor
