A Five‑Stars with Heart
Hotel President Wilson embodies the standards of a true five‑star Geneva property: an exceptional waterfront setting, refined interiors and an atmosphere that balances discretion with warmth. I was at Hotel President Wilson in May 2026 for an international event held there. While I was in the sessions, the staff kindly kept an eye on my son, making sure he was comfortable and at ease, a thoughtful gesture that speaks volumes about the hotel’s culture of care. My sincere thanks go to the front desk team, and especially to Eniola, whose kindness and professionalism went far beyond what one might expect. We look forward to being back soon.

Fantastic property, great staff, perfect location
This is an amazing hotel. So totally worthy of being a luxury property. We felt the warmth from the minute we checked in. The staff is lovely. The room was beautiful. The location is perfect. Breakfast was incredible! Would love to go back there again.

Very likely one of the best Hotels in Europe
The hotel entire staff is impeccable. In all aspects! From the flowers, the housekeeping, concierge, and food and beverage. Great middle eastern restaurant, where Youssef pleases all guests. I was truly impressed and must say it stands as one of the best hotels in Europe. Highly recommended.

Deeply disappointing experience – unworthy of a 5-star spa
I received a treatment at the spa on August 7th as a birthday gift from my husband, and it turned out to be a truly disappointing experience. The therapist arrived late, shortened the treatment, displayed unprofessional behavior, and even refused access to the shower, a glass of water, or the restroom afterward. This was already my second visit — the first one had been disappointing as well, but I wanted to give the spa another chance. Unfortunately, nothing improved. As a regular guest at high-end spas (Fairmont, Lausanne Palace, Four Seasons), I have never encountered such a lack of care and professionalism. I sent a detailed complaint by email, which has remained unanswered — quite unacceptable for a hotel of this standing.
