We are 2 nights in to a 3 night stay and I am disappointed in this hotel. I booked a partial lake view room, and while yes, you can see the lake if you stand on your tippy toes in the corner of the window, it in no way represents the picture online. Worse then that tho was that someone had been smoking in our room. We asked to change rooms, and while they were able to so and could put us in an executive suite, there was no lake view at all. The bellman and front desk were friendly, but the housekeeping was subpar. Why do they only provide 2 bath towels for 2 people?? I asked housekeeping in the morning and they did not provide extras. I called an hour ago when I got to our room to request again and we are still waiting for them. Tho we are Titanium Marriott Bonvoy, there was no recognition of status, no welcome amenity, in fact they did not seem overly interested in our business. If we come back to Geneva, I would definitely make a different hotel choice

Hotel was a great location. Nice to walk along the lake and easily walk to restaurants and shopping. Nice hotel lobby. We got a late night drink in the bar. Pool area is very nice with very comfy sun-beds and attentive staff around. Lovely views of the lake from over the pool deck. Rooms are a little small, but they had everything we needed.

Just returned from a long weekend in Geneva with this hotel as home base. Overall our stay was good, but there were a few annoyances that prevent me from giving this hotel a 5* rating; especially when you factor in the price. 1) Arrived on a Friday afternoon at 1pm. Our room wasn’t ready so made our way to the pool for a bit only to discover that all of the lounge chairs were either occupied or being held with someone’s belongings, but no human in sight. In fact those humans never claimed their belongings in the 4 hours we were up there. 2) The room keys all stopped working multiple times requiring us to go to the front desk to get them replaced. This was a daily occurrence; and apparently a known issue. Not a huge deal but truly annoying when you get back to your room at 9pm after a full day just to discover the key doesn’t work and you have to go downstairs and then come back. 3) The breakfast buffet is lovely. For some reason it wasn’t covered for our last day there. I stopped in for a yogurt and coffee prior to heading to the airport. It was just me. I was in and out in less than 20 mins after literally having a yogurt and a black coffee. No fruit. No eggs. No pasty. No cream for my coffee. Not even a glass of water. They billed me 52 CHF for that!!! That being said, our room was lovely. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. Nightly turn down service with Swiss chocolate was a nice touch. Would I stay here again? Maybe… but I’d also explore other options at the time of booking just to see what else is out there before booking again.

Executive Platinum guest with over 950 nights and 4.4 million loyalty points was absolutely terrible. Not recommended.

Phone lines were not working so it was difficult to get hold of staff! Overall they were responsive but felt like asking for even tea bags for too much! The property is great, well-maintained and is at a great location.
