Wonderful hotel in a lovely city!
My wife and I spent a week in Geneva at the Ritz Carlton Hotel de la Paix. This is a lovely, well maintained 150 year old hotel. The facilities are very well kept. The staff is where the hotel really shines. The folks were kind and were always offering to help or assist in any way possible. Water, coffee, tea. Try the oat milk hot chocolate, delicious. From the gents at the door, to the concierge, front desk staff, everyone top notch. Rooms were reset two times per day. If you chose to stay here. you will be well cared for, perhaps pampered.

Outstanding Service in a Great Location
I ended our France/Switzerland trip with my two teenagers at the Ritz-Carlton in Geneva, and it turned out to be our favorite stop. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. Joan, Yassine, Alexandra, and the entire team at Fred’s Bar made us feel truly welcome. Everyone greeted us by name, and I only wish I remembered everyone’s name so I could thank them all. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care was amazing. The location is excellent, right on the lake and close to plenty of shopping and great restaurants. I especially enjoyed my morning walks along the lake. It was such a peaceful way to start the day. A couple of small things could have been better: housekeeping didn’t come until 5 p.m., which was later than expected, and we had to call down for our laundry that was scheduled for 6 p.m. delivery. The room setup was a little inconvenient. The bathroom with the sinks and shower was on one side of the room, while the water closet was at the entrance, and it didn’t have a sink. Even with those minor issues, the service was so outstanding that I would choose this hotel again and again. The staff truly made all the difference.

Best in Geneva
Visited hotel second time after 7 years. Its best again. Location and lake view is amazing. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The bad thing is that i stayed only one night))) when staying i suggest to have lake view room to enjoy on maximum!!
