Hotel Bristol Palace

One of the most beautiful hotels, everything was great, location, service, cleanliness, rooms, breakfast.. the helpful staff that are ready whenever needed. And all that with a value that is very good.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. Every room is spectacular with antiques. Service is outstanding and extremely kind. We travelled with kid and dog and were treated so well. The restaurant is wonderful with tradihional but modern cuisine. Seriously the best place you can stay at.

Hotel Bristol is a truly beautiful place, where you can feel the charm and elegance of a historic hotel while still receiving a very high level of service. The people working at the hotel are absolutely amazing. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay special. We arrived with a minivan, and unfortunately there were no available spaces in the hotel parking. However, the staff kindly recommended a nearby parking option and helped us with our luggage. We really appreciated their support and attention. The restaurant is excellent! We had a fantastic dinner there — the food, atmosphere and service were wonderful. Breakfast is also served in the same beautiful restaurant and was very tasty. We really wanted to sit on the terrace, although at first we were told it was not possible. We asked again, and the staff kindly accommodated us. We also respected their request and left the table on time. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — elegant, full of history and charm. We truly loved our stay and would be happy to return. A real gem in Genoa!
