This is perhaps our 5th or 6th stay at Hotel Bristol Palace, and it is always great to come back. The hotel has a classic charm and a central location that make it our natural choice every time we are in Genova. A special mention for Matteo at the Front Desk, who was exceptional. He was patient, genuinely helpful, and treated us just right throughout our stay. Staff like Matteo are the reason we keep returning. We look forward to our next visit. Siddharth & Aarti Naik

This hotel is beautiful inside with wonderful staff and dining. It’s close to shopping and spectacular fountain square. We did a Food Tour and really enjoyed it.

The Bristol Palace Hotel is located in the heart of Genoa and very walkable to all the main attractions, shops, trains and buses.. It was an amazing place to stay. Its elegantly classic style interior is stunning and so beautifully presented. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff overall were faultless. They were all so welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Those working in the restaurant were very attentive and knowledgeable about the good food and wine we had. I would highly recommend it for a place to stay in Genoa, especially if you like the traditional style.

Really spacious old fashioned room in a grand old style hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful and dinner in restaurant was excellent. Not really a five star hotel though - paper cups in bedroom, average breakfast with no freshly squeezed orange juice. Quite expensive but good location. Young Marco was particularly friendly and helpful.
