ONE | GT Grand Cayman

ONE GT really grew on me during my week-long stay and by the end it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff is friendly and very responsive. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful high-end kitchen that has everything you need, a large verandah with a great view, and an incredibly comfortable bed. They also easily accommodated my request for non-feather bedding. One small detail I absolutely loved, especially traveling for business, was the high-end clothes steamer in the room. It came in incredibly handy for my dresses and suits before meetings. Such a simple but thoughtful touch! The bathroom is huge with plenty of room for my completely reasonable amount of beauty products. 😂 Breakfast and in-room dining were both good, and I loved the rooftop restaurant for its atmosphere and views. The gym was another favorite. High-end equipment, spotless, and actually designed for a proper workout. I didn’t get to use the pool, but it looked beautiful and the poolside bar was definitely tempting. I would absolutely stay at ONE GT again.

One GT is a jewel. Huge kudos to the hotel team for quality service. Professional and courteous at every turn. Rooftop pool with outdoor dining, craft cocktails and music was the perfect spot to celebrate my solo birthday. Enjoyed my spacious studio room. Balcony had an amazing view of the cruise ship port. I did have excursions, but no rental car. Easy walk to downtown Georgetown and hotel shuttle gets you to 7 mile beach. One GT is beautiful, serene property with a nice grown up vibe to it. I really enjoyed my stay.

My wife and I stayed at GTOne Hotel in George Town, and from the moment we checked in until we left the following morning, we had an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, and our suite exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed, including tea and coffee-making facilities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, giving us one of the best night’s sleeps we’ve had in a hotel. The rooftop pool is simply stunning. The views over George Town are spectacular, and it was the perfect place to relax. It’s worth visiting the hotel for the rooftop experience alone. What really made our stay special was the outstanding service. Every member of staff we met was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their professionalism and attention to detail made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. My only small suggestion for improvement would be the television. There were very few channels available, and the subtitles were switched on with no obvious way to turn them off. It certainly didn’t spoil our stay, but it’s something the hotel may wish to look into. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We would definitely stay at GTOne Hotel again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Grand Cayman. We can’t wait to return!

We celebrated our anniversary here, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating, making our evening feel extra special. A special thank you to Shan, who took excellent care of us. Even though he seemed to be handling quite a few tables that night, he never made us feel rushed. He took the time to explain the menu in detail, answered all of our questions, and gave us fantastic recommendations that we absolutely enjoyed. The food, the service, and the overall atmosphere made for a memorable anniversary dinner. We'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food paired with exceptional service. Thank you for making our celebration so special! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My wife and I stayed for a three day weekend to relax and get away. The experience at this new hotel exceeded our expectations with the friendliness and genuine concern of all of the staff along with the outstanding rooms, restaurants and amenities. In today’s world of “please submit a review”, I don’t bother unless I feel like my experience was special and worth praise. Our stay was truly special and I loved being “downtown” with a short walk to restaurants and a shuttle to the beach! My sincere thanks to the dedicated staff, hope to return soon!
