We celebrated our anniversary here, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating, making our evening feel extra special. A special thank you to Shan, who took excellent care of us. Even though he seemed to be handling quite a few tables that night, he never made us feel rushed. He took the time to explain the menu in detail, answered all of our questions, and gave us fantastic recommendations that we absolutely enjoyed. The food, the service, and the overall atmosphere made for a memorable anniversary dinner. We'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food paired with exceptional service. Thank you for making our celebration so special! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My wife and I stayed for a three day weekend to relax and get away. The experience at this new hotel exceeded our expectations with the friendliness and genuine concern of all of the staff along with the outstanding rooms, restaurants and amenities. In today’s world of “please submit a review”, I don’t bother unless I feel like my experience was special and worth praise. Our stay was truly special and I loved being “downtown” with a short walk to restaurants and a shuttle to the beach! My sincere thanks to the dedicated staff, hope to return soon!

My first stay at One GT was simply amazing! The food and service at Perle is top notch and our server David was very attentive. You can't miss the breakfast at Cafe Bellini - I had the signature one GT breakfast the first day and pancakes the next, both were scrumptious! For a boutique hotel the amenities were great, the view of the pool from the gym on the third floor is serene and of course the rooftop infinity pool provides a view to die for. Every single staff member was super helpful, warm and friendly. From Jaden at the front desk to Brandon the valet, staff went out of their way to make it a memorable experience. Truly feels like an oasis in the middle of town.

My sister and I have just returned from a two night 'staycation' at One GT. It was just amazing, so incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The views from the rooftop restaurant and infinity pool area are stunning. We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed in a separate room. The sofa bed had a soft, thick mattress and was extremely comfortable. There is also a pool on the third floor with a beautiful seating space. On the first floor, Bellini restaurant is a welcome addition to George Town with easy access from the street. Every single member of staff enhanced our stay, and we are very much looking forward to our next stay at One GT.
