Poor
Very disapointed the urinal in the wc opposite the reception have not been cleaned for weeks. The suite we had was nice but the sofa is dirty and worn as was the throw on the bed. Tge bathroom is all granit panels and needs a sever polish silicone added to the shower and very dirty. The spa equal of this lacking ckeaning and sone of the functions not even working. For the money paid its well below par !!!!

Big quiet rooms
Lovely hotel and great location, rooms are very generous in size and well maintained, lots of amenities. As it was a business trip I would have liked to have spent longer in the room and spent time in the Spa however was a really lovely very quiet room stay. Reception was slow to check in and check out was the only minor comment but overall would return
