The bed, lighting, and overall flow made it easy to settle in quickly. Housekeeping was discreet and consistent, and every detail felt well maintained throughout the stay. Service is one of the strongest points. The team is warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful without being intrusive. Interactions felt natural rather than scripted, which made the experience feel personal and relaxed. Food and beverage options were well executed and in line with the overall atmosphere of the resort elegant but easygoing. Breakfast was especially enjoyable, with quality ingredients and a calm setting that sets the tone for the day. One&Only Aesthesis is ideal if you’re looking for quiet luxury, thoughtful service, and a refined seaside escape near Athens. It doesn’t try to impress loudly it simply does things well, and that’s what makes it memorable.

My family and I stayed at the One & Only hotel in Glyfada and we had a wonderful holiday. The service was incredible. The attentiveness and genuine kindness of the staff was felt throughout our whole stay. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect! We can’t wait to be back!

The review concerns Manko, one of the restaurants in the resort that we visited for dinner past Friday. The entrance of the restaurant prepares you to immerse in a unique experience. The setting is beautiful, elegant and creates the proper atmosphere to enjoy an exquisite dinner. The dishes were properly executed, easy to share and represented the flavors of Nikkei cuisine. I will particularly mention the vibrant tiraditos and the wok dishes and in particular Aeropuerto. The service was prompt, calm and attentive. Special thanks to our waiter Angelos for his attention to detail. The ambiance of Manko combined with the cosmopolitan clientele that attracts, sets it apart from other restaurants in Athens Riviera. Do not miss it!
