First time family experience in Athens
Accommodations were well appointed and relaxing! The grounds were well kept, staff was kind and responsive. Location was ideal for our schedule. Our family enjoyed it.

Disaster
Everything went wrong and I mean everything. Room service was seriously late (over 90 minutes), ordering food in the restaurant took for ever, trapostatopn arrangements were horrific (waited several times in the lobby waiting for our cars), checkout was confusing. They sent me different bills within hours. I had to leave the hotel without paying as they didn’t know what to charge me. Will never go back again, to ANY One and Only hotel anywhere in the world

Outstanding Japanese Dining Experience at One&Only Hotel
The sushi restaurant at One&Only Aesthesis was an outstanding dining experience. The elegant setting, beautiful ambiance, and attentive service made for a memorable evening. The sushi was exceptionally fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We also tried several other dishes, and every one of them was prepared to perfection with outstanding quality and flavor. The desserts were equally impressive and the perfect ending to our meal. A perfect place for a special dinner in the Athens Riviera. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates excellent sushi, a sophisticated atmosphere, and impeccable service.

Exceptional Hospitality Made Our Stay Truly Memorable!
The hospitality at One&Only Aesthesis was truly exceptional. Alexis was particularly attentive — he checked on us daily and made sure we had the best possible experience. The team also created a dedicated WhatsApp group, which made communication seamless, and they thoughtfully handled every request with care and attention. We were thoroughly spoiled with wonderful food throughout our stay, and they even packed a bottle of olive oil in bubble wrap for us to take home — such a lovely personal touch. We had a fantastic time at the Guerlain Spa and loved relaxing on the patio while watching the beautiful sunsets. The location is ideal — Glyfada is just a 10-minute walk away, and the food at Ora was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and left loving Greece even more. We would definitely return!
