We spent two wonderful nights at One&Only Aesthesis and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The property is beautifully designed, with exceptional service and a calm, understated luxury throughout. What makes it truly special is its unique balance: it feels like a serene retreat, surrounded by nature and tranquility, yet Athens is only a short drive away. It’s the perfect haven for travelers who want peace and relaxation without missing out on everything the city has to offer. We would happily return.

The epitome of luxury, sets the standard on the Athenian Riviera. Modern design, exceptional service, every detail has been thought of, and the entire experience curated for an unforgettable experience. Full bathroom amenities, beach bag, sun hats, suntan lotion, post sun skin care all complimentary. By far, not only the best resort we’ve experienced in the Mediterranean, but the world! Rooms: spacious, thoughtful design, plenty of mood lighting, spacious, ample storage areas, and large bathrooms with oversized soaking tubs. Most of the resort consists of bungalows with private gated front patios, including fireplaces, some have back patios with daybeds, outdoor showers and plunge pools. Several larger villas throughout the property. Very few traditional hotel type rooms without outdoor patios. Beach: calm water, very shallow, up to 5 ft depth, approximately 100 m out, perfect for water activities, including snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, all available either for free or nominal charges. Also a very private out of the way adults only beach toward the end of the resort’s main road with onsite food trucks. Nice touch. Pools: main pool has ample seating, area is kept immaculate due to attentive, excellent service. Adults only pool immediately adjacent (perfect for parents w older kids) with private cabanas. Restaurants: Ora: Mixed Mediterranean, Italian. Largest of the restaurants, fresh dishes, excellent variety, including pastas, Greek kebabs/meat dishes, mezze’s, salads. Also the location for the breakfast buffet, which is outstanding, and in some cases, (see below) included in the room, charge wide variety of fresh fruit, hot dishes, eggs, pancakes, waffles made to order, all included. An approx $150 value for a family of 4. Japanese/Asian fusion: beachfront, in our opinion, best restaurant by far with eclectic mix of flavors. Get a beachfront table during sunset. Modern Peruvian: in a beach club setting. In our opinion, the least well developed menu, also beachfront with great Sunset views, too much emphasis on a club like atmosphere and not enough development of the menu/flavors, in our opinion. Beach bar: plenty of seating, refined menu with good quality dishes, which is rare in most beach resorts. Resort layout, location: most rooms are a 5 to 10 minute walk from the central lobby/pool area, plenty of electric golf carts available on demand. Resort is quiet with lots of privacy. 30 min downtown Athens by taxi in.an upscale beach town of Glyfada. Day trips to the city are available; daytime boat excursions also available. Vs Four Seasons Astor palace: better $$ value, better rooms, better service and food options. Beach here is also better. To be honest, ales the FS look dated. Pro tip: book with American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts, we got a free upgrade to a plunge pool bungalow ($1000 per night added value), guaranteed 12 o’clock noon early check-in, 4 PM late checkout, included breakfast buffet and $100 resort credit. Overall: expensive, but truly worth the $$ when looking at the decor/design, amenities and service. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at, and definitely one of the best beach resorts in the world.

We had a truly wonderful stay! While the entire staff was exceptional, a few individuals made our experience unforgettable and deserve special recognition. Dora at breakfast was amazing, her energy and helpful attitude really stood out. Padelis provided excellent service during our two dinners at Manko. Huge thanks also to the entire housekeeping, and to the hosts (Eva, Georgia, Evelina, Mandeep, Kiril, Sevina) for being incredibly responsive to our every request. Additionally, the food at Manko and throughout the entire resort was outstanding. Thank you for a memorable stay, we hope to return soon!
