PROS 1. Well maintained and modern looking property. 2. Great staff 3. Complimentary shuttle service to the beach all day which is about 500 metres away. 4. Property not as big as some others but has a lot of nooks and corners to explore to make it feel big. 5. Well thought through play areas for kids and toddlers with lots of things to do and staff to help. This really stood out for us vs other resort experiences. 6. Ideal location away from crowded areas yet just 30 mins from the airport. Lot of quality eating options closeby as well. 7. Great spacious rooms, bathrooms and balconies. CONS 1. Not much really 2. Room fridge was empty. Should be stocked. 3. Very good breakfast, but some changes could be made day on day

Hotel, Staff, and Food impeccable. From check in to check out we were taken care of by the great team at the Alila Diwa. Food was superb and very keenly priced. The curry's and fresh seafood at the Spice Studio took us to the next level. A special shout out to Soumen and Meenakshi who made sure the food was just what we wanted. A great breakfast spread with everything you could ask for and fantastic coffee. Shout out to Sourabh, Jagannath, Anjum, Yaashika, and Saundarya who took great care of us. Our room was spacious and comfortable although showing little signs of wear and tear. Ample supplies of bottled water replenished daily. Housekeeping was top notch and would like to say that the boys did a great job. Pool has breath taking with views across the paddy fields with wildlife in abundance. Nice pool bar with attentive service from Sherwin who has a great personality. If you get the opportunity try the Cooking Masterclass at Spice. Opens your eyes to India's culinary delights Spa was also wonderful and would recommend the ayurvedic massages for total relaxation. Lastly a big thank you to the Front Office Manager Kasuga and Guest relations Team especially Shania who took care of all our needs and went above and beyond. It was a pleasure to stay with you !!

It was a wonderful experience, the rooms, the cleanliness, the courteous staff, everything was top notch. Everyday the housekeeping will leave some message with towel decors which was superb, food taste and spread was very good. Property has lots of activities and move theater. Room with bathtub is a great hit with kids. They have an all day shuttle for the nearby beach which is quite thoughtful. Lots of starfishes on the beach, beach is also quite less crowded. Overall a very good vacation experience, all thanks to Alila

Outstanding service . Food quality is highly appreciated . Room cleanness and space is really more than expected. A must stay hotel with family particularly if you are travelling with kids.
