As good as it gets
What an excellent hotel! The attention to detail and the welcoming and accommodating approach from all of the staff was the best we have come across in years of travel. Authentic service. The facilities are well-maintained and the grounds are a pleasure to walk in. I asked how many staff there were at the hotel and it comes out at two staff per room and this comes across in there always being someone with time available to help you. In an era of speed and digital, this is an enclave of peace and we are in the process of booking for next Christmas and New Year

Beautiful hotel
Wonderful hotel, beautiful location. The staff were friendly and helpful and extremely attentive. I went with 3 children under 8 and they were looked after so well, we felt very looked after.

Very relaxing after a lot of travel and events in South Asia.
Great location, lovely gardens with the accommodation spread across two wings each with its own reception. Dining and breakfast choices with good size pools. The rooms are spacious (at least in one wing).

A few days in Goa
We stayed over New Years Eve and had an amazing time; the Alila Diwa hosted a party with a great atmosphere, delicious foods (you had lots of choice!), DJ and a band- both brought the energy. The hotel is in a great location with truly attentive staff; we were looked after and would happily have stayed forever!
