Alila Diwa Club is a beautiful property, but what truly transformed our stay into a memorable holiday was the warm welcome we received from everyone. We were celebrating my mum's 70th birthday, making it a special mother-daughter trip, and I’m so glad we chose Alila. From the moment we would come down to the reception for a morning walk to the beach or breakfast, all of our needs were anticipated. The staff at the reception, restaurant, and housekeeping, as well as the security personnel, were all incredibly warm and helpful. The food was fantastic too. Both my mum and I particularly cherished our wonderful conversations with Shania Colaca, who was exceptionally helpful and cheerful.

It was just for one day, we experienced every moment was infused with luxury, warmth, and impeccable hospitality. The property blends with Goan charm with contemporary elegance, that feels both inviting and indulgent. The infinity pool overlooking the paddy fields is a visual treat and a perfect spot to unwind. Every team member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and genuinely committed to making my stay memorable. Even in just one day, Alila Diwa team managed to deliver a complete and memorable experience, and feeling me refreshed, pampered, and eager to return for a longer stay.

Our time at Alila Diwa was absolutely, absolutely amazing – a perfect mix of comfort, beauty, and heartfelt hospitality. Every little detail was so well taken care of, and every interaction felt genuine and full of warmth. A big thank you to the wonderful team – Raju Kolkar, Roysten, Velecia, Becky, Kiola, Ritu, and Aditi – for going above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. Your kindness, attentiveness, and ever-present smiles turned our getaway into a cherished memory. We leave with hearts full, wishing you all continued success and hoping our paths cross again soon!

wonderful experience overall, lovely staff on the front desk and in the restaurant. very attentive, caring and professional staff. I will definetely visit again.
