Alila Diwa Goa

I had a wonderful stay at Alila Diwa Goa with my wife and our baby. The property is beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean throughout. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely supportive, making everything feel effortless—especially while traveling with an infant. The pool area was fantastic, the ambience was calm and relaxing, and the breakfast spread was excellent with great quality and variety. Overall, it was the perfect place to unwind and create lovely family memories. Highly recommended!

Outstanding experience! The initial booking process was super easy. I was traveling with family and booked two 2 bedroom suites. On arrival, check in was super quick. Rooms were available on time. Rooms were supeb. Restaurants were outstanding, we tried all of them. Did not feel like leaving the hotel really. I loved all parts of the stay. Special mention about Aditi and Firdaus at Bistrot restaurant - thank you for being so friendly and attentive. Honestly, all members of the team - reception, restaurants, the house keeping members - everyone was really nice. Thank you very much and can't wait to return.

During check out, a fake bill was added to our final bill. The bill was regarding vivo Restaurant with rs 4330. We never had lunch or dinner at vivo. Upon checking further by the receptionist, it was found that the bill was transferred to my room without my consent. Although there was no signature on the bill my me. Again the Vivo Restaurant so called manager mohit shandill had name on the bill, thus its clear he had transferred the bill to my room. Not sure why he did so. He really need some training. Also we noticed multiple times the rude behaviour by him towards his co- workers too.

Our second time visiting and I've no doubt we will return again. Everything is fantastic - the gym facilities could be better though, but the rest is so good that this doesn't affect our decision to return. Fantastic staff and a lovely hotel - the best!
