Overall experience was excellent ,we enjoyed my wife 50 years Birthday, Hotel arranged everything on time Hospitality Spa and Room services was excellent 👍

This hotel is pure luxury, it is a tranquil paradise, we had a club room, it was very spacious, beautiful and the bathroom was huge. The staff here are spectacular, they work so hard to make your stay perfect, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are always, smiling, helpful and very attentive. The standard of room cleaning was amazing. The cleaners are so thorough and do the best job I've ever seen in a hotel. The food here is also spectacular, there is a wide range of food, extremely good quality and always fresh. There is a complimentary beach taxi which is fantastic. The pools are beautiful too. They are kept immaculate! Very relaxing. The only slight downsides are when there are big weddings here, it compromises the calm and peacefulness as the weddings was beautiful as they are, are very loud and lavish in size. Also we noticed a cultural difference in breakfast etiquette in the main breakfast restaurant in that many Indian guests come down for breakfast in pyjamas which feels very un-classy, disrespectful and unnecessary considering the opulence and class of the hotel. It would be good for the hotel to politely disallow nightwear in restaurants. Also there were some guests who used the main buffet breakfast and sat there waiting to be served by the wait staff and the wait staff are so polite and attentive, they would go and bring food and drink to their tables. I think that if people want to be served breakfast, they should pay for a club room where they can access a la carte breakfast service. It didn't seem fair to the wait staff. Overall, an excellent hotel, I would recommend it to anyone wanting luxury peace and tranquility.

We loved our stay here as usual we keep coming back to this hotel because of their hospitality, care and understanding and service. The swimming pool is amazing.

Had a great stay at Alila Diwa Goa during my business trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the location is beautiful, and the food was amazing. Special thanks to Chef Rameshwar (Maharaj ji) and Sai for their excellent hospitality. Also, thanks to Bakery team and Laxmi for the delicious pancake with Nutella—truly delightful. Disappointed by the check In we reached at Hotel by 11:35 am we got the room by the 2:30 pm. Welcoming and Welcome drink both was impressively.

A special mention to Wenron Ibrahim at Diva Club, who introduced us to the delightful Poached Pear Salad and a rum-based cocktail, drown in rum, that felt like a fascinating doppelgänger of a Piña Colada—truly opening another dimension of flavors. The team was also kind enough to seamlessly transfer our dining arrangements to Spice Studio, where Payal took over and held fort brilliantly. Her recommendations were spot on—the Prawns Ghee Roast was outstanding, while the Naadan Kozhi Chicken Curry paired beautifully with the Appam and Kerala Parotta. To end the meal on a high note, the Pal Ada Soufflé was simply spectacular. The Guava Feni Cocktail suggested by Payal complemented the Ghee roast perfectly, creating one of the most memorable pairings of our trip. Kudos to Wenron, Payal, Ibrahim and the entire team for their warmth, hospitality, and impeccable recommendations. Thank you for making our visit so special.
