Alila Diwa Goa

We were circumspect of visiting Goa in May at a property we haven't been to earlier; but Alila Diva turned out to be fantastic choice giving us unforgettable memories during our 5 night stay. The overall greenery and environment consciousness stands out almost immediately. Rooms and amenities have been thoughtfully anointed. Breakfast spread at Vivo is something to rave about. Kids play area kept the children engaged in an educative way. Loved every moment and planning to return soon.

Stay was good, food was good but had limited choice, snacks at the Sundowner was amazing .. nicely made n with a taste that’s unique of Hyatt .. Only Spa disappointed .. not organised, no temp control, rarely or no attendant, distance between Sauna and Steam room was too much .. can’t adjust your body temperature between these two and the shower .. needs a major improvement only there ..

Our recent stay at your property was absolutely amazing! The resort is beautiful, the entire staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast spread was truly outstanding—one of the highlights of our mornings. I wanted to share a quick note on our experience for your consideration. In our room, there was a placard stating that guests could request a complimentary fruit basket. We called to request it but received nothing after waiting for over 20 minutes. We then headed down to the pool, and upon returning later, noticed it still hadn’t been delivered. We called a second time to follow up, but unfortunately, the basket never arrived. Because it was a complimentary offering, we didn't want to push the issue, but it did feel like a minor slip in service coordination. On a positive note, we did receive a lovely congratulatory pastry in our room, which we thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated! Additionally, we were assigned the exact room category we booked with no upgrades. While I am not a World of Hyatt member and certainly didn't expect an upgrade by default, it is always a pleasant surprise when properties offer a slight bump to expecting couples when rooms are available. Thank you again to the entire team for a wonderful and relaxing getaway. We look forward to visiting you again in the future!

This was our third visit to Alila Diwa Goa in the last three years and the property continues to feel like coming home. The arrival itself set the tone — we were welcomed with a shell garland, cold towels and a chilled beer, a thoughtful touch that we appreciated as World of Hyatt members. Two team members deserve a special mention. Valecia at the front desk has now welcomed us two years running — her warm greeting, the way she remembers returning guests, and her regular check-ins through our stay (with updates on the day's activities) made a real difference. Sagar from Room Service did something beautiful for our son — he sculpted a teddy out of towels and arranged my son's toys on the bed with a sweet note. My son still talks about it; that single gesture made him fall in love with the resort even more. The property is beautiful and well maintained, the pool and surroundings are lovely, the food is consistently good, and the overall service experience exceeds expectations. We will be back.

We had a excellent time at Alila dies enjoyed our stay there the highlight has been the ever helpful staff at the hotel be it at the reception, housekeeping, at the pool or at the restaurant.
