From the moment we arrived, the resort exceeded every expectation. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, offering top-notch service with genuine smiles. The property itself is stunning — immaculately maintained grounds, breath-taking views, and a serene atmosphere that instantly made us feel relaxed and pampered. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with every comfort thoughtfully provided. Over all experience was good

The staff is great and very helpful. Checkin and checkouts are very smooth. I think they didn't take even 10 minutes.got an early check-in as well. I have travelled to so many countries and have stayed in so many 5 star properties (hyatt brand as well). But this was the best experience till now.

Alila Diwa Goa is a serene haven that beautifully marries Goan heritage with modern luxury. The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and polite throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Velecia, who went above and beyond to make our experience truly memorable. Our room was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and featured a private balcony with breathtaking views of the lush greenery and infinity pool. To top it off, we were generously upgraded to their best room, which made our stay all the more special. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enriching experience in Goa.

This place was the highlight of our trip to India and Nepal. The rooms are well appointed and luxurious, and the grounds and gardens are lush, green, and well kept. The plants were beautifully kept! Restaurants were good, with good, clean food at reasonable prices. The service all round was excellent from every department. The highlight of the hotel is the pool, absolutely stunning! The hotel is well kept and maintained and looks exactly like the photos. I would highly recommend!

better options to choose from for staying. seems to be a hotel best for destination weddings or conferences. not a place for family holiday. breakfast is very very very average. be ready for nothing local and exciting to eat. if still keen to go, check if there is no wedding or conference. else you get all back facing rooms and rubbish breakfast catering to the larger group.
