I had an exceptional stay. Two people truly made the experience special. Nanveesh welcomed me and took care of me from the moment I arrived, and Anjum served an outstanding dinner while thoughtfully educating me on Indian cuisine. First-class service all the way.

Beautiful resort. Our room was lovely with a huge bathroom, great shower and latgetub, huge closets, and a large terrace leading to a lawn which was adjacent to the pool. The grounds are beautiful, service excellent. Several onsite restaurants were good and a variety food. To get to the beach you have to either take a 5 m shuttle or walk about 15 minutes down the road (somewhere they advertised a boardwalk through rice paddies but either that doesn’t exist or the hotel staff don’t know about it.) The beach itself was nice, beautiful sand, Alex’s beach shack provides chairs and umbrellas if you spend a little money on food/drinks. Water was calm and warm and clean. The onsite spa was beautiful but the service there was spotty in terms of communication and some of the front desk staff didn’t seem to be clear about what they were doing - we were told they were outsourced. I wound up going to the massage place right outside the gate on the way to the beach and had on of the best massages of my life for a quarter of the price, albeit without the ambience.

Location, atmosphere and staff service is very good. There was an afternoon wasted with trying to get the air conditioning, refrigerator and the tv remote in the room fixed. The food at the Spice restaurant wa fantastic.

We spent a week here as a couple and it was an excellent time. The staff are excellent - helpful and attentive. Food is very good with a great variety to chose from.
