Hands down the best property in south goa , I wanto give a shoutout to our housekeeping staff - Bharat , he was the best I have EVER seen in this industry. Also , Brianna and Velecia were the one who handled our check in , their gestures for making sure I had a pleasant start to our special trip was COMMENDABLE. I think Alila Diwa really does care about the experience of their guests.

We had an amazing stay at Alila Diwa Goa, and the entire experience was made even more special because the team went above and beyond to help us celebrate our daughter Amyra's birthday. A special thank you to Velecia for coordinating everything so beautifully and making sure the celebration was memorable for our family. We also want to appreciate Abhu and Amit from the housekeeping team. They put so much effort into decorating and preparing the room, making it feel magical for our daughter. Their warmth and attention to detail truly stood out. The hospitality, service, and overall experience were excellent throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so special. We can't wait to visit again!

A very good experience overall. The property and the view were very good. The staff was very prompt in addressing all our needs and the service was very prompt. The food was also very good be it breakfast buffet or a-la-carte dinner

From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff stood out. Whether it was the Diwa Club team, housekeeping, room service, or the restaurant staff, everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful. Traveling with a toddler isn't always easy, but the team made us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly well maintained. My wife and I loved walking around the lush grounds in the mornings, while our little one was busy exploring every corner with endless curiosity. One of my favorite memories from the trip was watching him excitedly wave and say "hi" to the staff every day as if he had made a new group of friends. Their smiles and interactions with him made our stay feel even more special. The pools, kids' play area, and open spaces were perfect for families. Our son couldn't wait to get to the play area each day and seeing him run around happily while we actually got a chance to relax made the trip priceless. As parents, those little moments are what you remember the most. The food and service across the restaurants were excellent. The staff were always accommodating, especially when it came to requests for our toddler, and they consistently went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. What made this stay truly special wasn't just the beautiful room or the facilities. It was the way the entire team helped create a stress-free family holiday. Seeing my wife unwind, watching our son have the time of his life, and being able to enjoy those moments together is something we're genuinely grateful for.

This is a hotel worthy of your attention if you are planning your stay in South Goa. The property is outstanding with stunning views all around, lush greenery, and beautiful architecture which is a wonderful mix of modern and retro. I stayed in a Club Suite. The best part about staying in their club rooms is that you get exclusive access to their restaurant Bistro, and you get complimentary snacks and drinks (even cocktails) everyday from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm. They have a variety of options and it was a nice snack time for us everyday before dinner later in the evening. The spa was also amazing at this hotel with private bath, and sauna for every individual. That part of the hotel is soo beautiful that you don't wanna leave. The gym and yoga studio has put of this world view. And you can just sit there and watch for hours. I went in monsoon. So it might be different for you. But it was breathtaking. We had atleast one meal in each and every restaurant they have, and trust me, each one is outstanding at the cuisine they serve. At bistro we had the snacks every evening. The food at Edge and Spice Studio is a must try if you are here. Special thanks to Sinawon. She served us a lot of times at multiple restaurants and stood out the most. She made out stay memorable. Also many thanks to outstanding staff. Literally everyone, but some stand out more than others. So special mention to Devki, Alam, Brienna, Aditi, and Milan. Each one of them made out stay worthwhile and all others as well. I just feel the service could be better at breakfast and maybe some lebanese options could be added. I also want to highlight that in my Club Suite the Black flooring around the bathtub is very slippery the moment there is any water on it and the bath slippers provided made it even worse. This should be fixed as my mother almost fell inside due to this and we also faced difficulty walking due to the same reason. Highly recommended stay.
