Wonderful Stay
We had a truly wonderful stay, and what made it exceptional was not just the excellent facilities, but the genuine warmth and care shown by every member of the team. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that my family felt comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. A special mention to Chef Sai, Chef Amit, Chef Chandra, and their entire team for taking extraordinary care of my daughter, who has severe food allergies. They were incredibly attentive, accommodating, and thoughtful in preparing safe meals for her, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. The hospitality extended far beyond the restaurants. The concierge team, front desk staff, housekeeping, and restaurant teams were all consistently courteous, helpful, and welcoming. Firdaus crafted some wonderful drinks, as did the team at Bistro, adding to our overall experience. Preston was prompt, efficient, and ensured that every request and arrangement was handled seamlessly. It is the people who truly make this resort special. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to returning again.

Bad quality food and service and orei ration. Customer relation was very poor and less knowledgeable staff include chef
Patahtic food never try the spice restaurent . They are not proper Goan chefs some chinese food chefs prepare pathetic goan food . We will give 0 rating

Our stay at Alila Goa was truly exceptional from start to finish. The property is stunning, but what made our experience unforgettable was the incredible hospitality. A special mention to Janhavi and Breanna, their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome. The restaurants are impeccable, offering an outstanding dining experience.
