We went for a family moon and the hotel was exceptional. Set in beautiful surroundings, there is so much space to relax both in your room or in the common areas. The Spa is open until 10pm and even without paying for extra treatments its worth a daily visit. Great food and hospitality it is everything you could hope for in a 5 star hotel.

Our overall trip was great but on the last day the staff packed aloo paratha with green chillies for my baby. Extremely reckless behavior

Well what can I say! Amazing stay with brilliant hospitality and a wonderful property. We are a family of four, and after a long flight from the UK, our check in was smooth and we got really well looked after by Mridusmita. We wanted adjacent rooms with a combination of king and twin beds, as challenging as it was due to a wedding sell out, she was able to sort us out. Intact we even got upgrades to bay view rooms with breath taking rooms. The rooms are very spacious, the bathroom perhaps as big as the bedroom. Clean and tidy amenities with a balcony with an amazing view of the gardens and the sea. Tea/ coffee facilities with a fridge in the room( but we don’t use it), the Air con being exceptionally good. We were welcomed by High Tea hosted in Galleria, great tea, nibbles and canopies. The landscape is beautiful with really well maintained lawns and gardens and a large pool which never felt over crowded. We had 2 meals at the pool bar which converts to the Asian Wok at night both with slightly different perhaps a little limited menu. Food was fabulous. Buffer breakfast is fantastic with a great choice of Indian, Goan and continental food. WE stuck to Indian food Ofcourse and couldn’t have done better. Plenty of fresh juices to choose from, masala tea and coffee and selection of freshly cut fruits, salads and pastries. Made to order dosas, omelettes and parathas. We made the most of the Happy hour at the Capiz bar from 6-9 every night. We did try the Veranda for quite good Italian(Avoid Ham but all else good). The Spa looked amazing but we just couldn’t use it as we cut our trip short. The gym however is really good, well equipped and have a fitness instructor available at any given time. The only downsides were the weather lot being great, tricky to get into beach due to high tides and make sure you get to breakfast well before 10AM as it does get really busy after 10. Overall, thanks to Mridusmita and the hotel, we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back.

Great property Great views and Great Ameneties. But what makes a stay awesome and excellent is its people. This is the biggesr gap area. I would like highlight below 3 below par experience for thsi rating 1. First day arrived for breakfast....Ms. Arlene (one off there rude employees) tried divering us to a make shift breakfast at there verandah restaurant....inspite at time of check in being said that breakfast would be ar The Dining Room. When i denied and barged in to the main reataurant to find space....surprisinglyl there were empty tables available. Seems she was advised by her senior to firat divert trafffic to the makeshift reataurants. 2. 2nd day evening-our kids drink milk in the evening but thinking may be one glass milk might not be ok to order we as well tried ordering Masala chai....tried 2 hours to reach room service but in vain....Finally raised a complaint with Mr. Karan, there gues relation manager. 3. 20-25 mins wait for buggy. 4. Last day went for breakfast....same experience as day 1....another Employee-Mr. Vimal seems to oblige us saying 4 can sit in one table and 2 in other if want have breakfast in The Dining room-But we denied and barged in and found a table of our choice. Finally its the etiquette and the attitude of people like Ms. Arleen and Mr. Vimal which spoils the experience. However Mr. Rupesh and Mr. Varun from hyatee senior team were patient to listen to my feedback. Guys.....train your staff well so that families experience can be much better. (As a sense of courtsey they waived off the tea expenses incurred in the hotel)
