Grand Hyatt Goa

I was suppose to be in Goa in the year 2024. I left from mangalore almost the same period in the last year. Unexpected heavy rain blocked road, land slides, water logging near karwar, All made the travel miserable and had to return. At that time I made a decision that I'll go next year in monsoon itself. So left in this monsoon and had a pleasant stay, good food, even my kids enjoyed everything, they played a lot, had food enough and was good enough to look back and stay again. Best wishes

The size of the hotel takes your breath away. It is huge.. wide and well spread out. The rooms are spacious too. Though everything is afar since the size of the hotel. Other than that a small complaint would be the inclusion of North Indian options. That was missing from the breakfast Also the shakes were not there which I think should have been there The pool was fabulous. Housekeeping was superb The whole hotel is immaculate, clean and spotless. The staff was polite and well trained. Though the availability of the buggy/golf cart was a bit hard to get

Beautiful property in Bambolim Goa. It offers much more than you expect. Indoor pool, steam, sauna, multiple dine options, outdoor pool, Balfron....must visit place with family and friends. Kids friendly hotel.

It was one of the best holidays we had as a family. Grand Hyatt hosted us for 4 days. Check in / Reception First impression was not wow as we were on peak time of check ins and check outs. Obviously staff was tad busy but writhing 10 mins they gave us the impression of how a 5 star property works !!! Very smooth check in . Even we were upgraded. They welcomed us with welcome drink soo refreshing. Also gave us a small itinerary where we can engage our selves whole day. We were given a bay view room and also kids play area was also near. 😃 Restaurant All the restaurants are superb. THe ambience is so tasteful. The chef are doing great in spoiling us and putting extra kilos !!! The Dining, The Verandah, Chulha, The pool And grill and le Patit chef !!! My kids had dinner at The Dinning and they were alone for half n hour . When I came to check on them they were attended by the chef and 4 service people. I was sooo touched. One of them was also making my younger one eat by her own hands and I was just watching them in awe. It’s the personal touch which you guys did was amazing. I have to take vegetables juices every morning and the staff at hotel made sure I had the juices without any delay. The experience at Le Patit Chef was one of a kind . Experience of life time. Gym and Spa Gym is equipped with all the machinery. The spa is on other level. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was so relaxing. Baghi The Baghi service was always ready to drop us off. We have never waited. Always on time. 👍🏻 Camp Hyatt I think camp Hyatt should be given out standing award. My kids were sooo happy to have full day activity time at camp Hyatt. The girls at camp hyatt were so sweet. I wish I remember the names of the people we met and who served us. I will definitely visit the property again !!! Keep it up !!! Great team !!! 🤩

The food spread was excellent. Housekeeping staff and room service was very prompt. Excellent location and views. 3 big swimming pools which were well maintained. In house casino with complimentary day entry. Also the in house complimentary day care creche facility was also very useful for couples travelling with kids. Overall a very good place for long family stay close to central Goa.
