Best place to stay in a 5 star property at Goa. Lavish menu, warm hospitality and well appointed rooms with all the staff always eager to help the guests with all the needs. The property is very beautiful and well maintained with all amenities functioning

My wife and I stayed at Grand Hyatt Goa in October 2024 and had a fantastic experience. The property is stunning—lush gardens, spacious rooms with beautiful views, and a peaceful beachfront. We especially enjoyed the excellent food at Chulha and the warm, attentive service from the staff. Perfect for couples looking for a luxurious and quiet escape in Goa

One of the best Hyatt property and most important the staff so welcoming and helpful this was my second stay n would love to come back again n again.the front desk staff beat it’s pool area bar staff or the main wing breakfast staff soo good special mention to Ryan front desk and Ruksar head at the breakfast was soo helpful with the kids and smiling always ready to help and made our day very courteous will love to choose this place again n again very calm n positive

If the difference between an Oberoi and a Hyatt means nothing to you, don't bother reading on. Which begs the question, since I do know the difference, why did I book here? No excuse, just regret. This hotel is a land based cruise ship, devoid of personality, and a reposity of Indian Noveau Riche who who are readily indentified by their lust for carbohydrates, red meat, and enjoyment of loud conversations on their speaker phones in dining rooms and lobbies. And it is also a magnet for western tourists who seek the experence of Goa in an exclusive compound which can only be escaped by purchasing the endless upsells for adventures beyond its cloisters or playing video games in its dank arcade. In short, the place is a classless corporate exercise whose aspiration is to be above average. By the way, a sign outside the dining room alerts you when not to come for breakfast because at peak hours it appears to be standing room only. So if you like breakfast, arrive at the crack of down or come late for leftovers..

Overall good. Arlene from the dining room and Anand from housekeeping went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. Not many restaurants in the area outside the hotel . No beach . The complimentary photoshoot was a nice touch. The photographers were excellent. My children enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, bouncy castle and trampoline. Would recommend to friends and family.
