Grand Hyatt Goa

Spacious rooms and awesome spa but the hotel has main restaurant 'The Dining Room' where service staff is not well trained.They usually ignore request or take lot of time. Breakfast was just ditto same everyday which was slightly boring and food quality is good but not the best considering Hyatt. The same restaurant serves in room dining nd they take 15 min to pick call from room.After that, u can imagine how long they can take to deliver food. Just okayish!

Beautiful hotel with very supportive staff food is amazing all the restaurants are very good!! We travelled with my elderly parents and staff was very supportive specially miss. Sapna, mr.Ramen they took so much care of them . Swimming pool and garden is amazing, spa is beautiful!! Love the place and we will definitely come again

The surroundings create a serene and refreshing atmosphere, making it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The hotel itself is designed with elegance and comfort in mind. My room was exceptionally spacious, easily accommodating four people without feeling crowded. On arrival, I was warmly welcomed with thoughtful amenities, including fresh fruits and even beer — a gesture that immediately made me feel at home. What stood out most during my stay was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile. Special thanks to Rahul, Prabhu, and Rohon for their warm service throughout my visit. A heartfelt mention goes to Sarbani, whose friendliness and welcoming nature truly elevated the experience. And I must highlight Aakash’s wonderful gesture — despite vanilla shake not being available that day, he went out of his way to arrange one for me, which showed the team’s genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, the combination of breathtaking natural beauty, spacious comfort, and outstanding hospitality made this stay an unforgettable one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking relaxation, scenic charm, and exceptional service.

Grand Hyatt Goa is a wonderful property with great location. The staff is humble and helpful. Food quality is great. Overall it is a wonderful property for a luxurious and memorable vacations.
