Grand Hyatt Goa

I have to say on Day One my experience of this hotel was awful. Poor chaotic check-in experience sitting in high humidity and waiting two hours to sort a room which should already have been ready, where upon the air con then wasn’t great. Fast forward a day and an exceptional lady called Steffi had taken us on board, changed our room and was most proactive in making the reminder of our stay a special one. She enabled us to relax, forget about our arrival chaos and in turn enjoy what the hotel had to offer. She also checked in with us each day to see we were okay and if we needed anything. She also made a point of coming to see us when we were leaving. Exceptional members of staff like this are what make an ordinary stay quite special. Thank you Steffi. You really did make a difference. That aside, food good, pool area pleasant, cleaning staff great (thank you Bharat) and all in all a nice hotel. I’ve rated four stars because of the check-in experience but if that had not happened I think it would be five.

Awesome view and experience. Recomend it to everyone once atleast. Preferred during peak season for better hospitality.

Our stay at Grand Hyatt Goa was a wonderful experience overall. A special appreciation to Mridusmita and Susmita for taking such great care of us during our stay. From ensuring we had a wonderful room - which had a great bay view and was impeccable - to assisting with restaurant reservations and spa bookings, their support and attentiveness made a real difference. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful anniversary surprise arranged by the team. I would also like to thank Anamika from the restaurant for her warmth and hospitality. What stood out most was the genuine care and attentiveness shown by the team throughout our stay, which made the experience truly enjoyable. We look forward to visiting again in the future

I love going back to the Grand Hyatt in Goa. The #1 reason is the staff and their customer centric mindset they bring to work every day. It is easily one of my most favourite Hyatt properties in the world and the consistency of the experience over the last 15 years is something they should be proud about. We were in Goa for a birthday celebration and the staff really went to great lengths to make it special. If you are a member of the Hyatt program they really go to great lengths to make you feel special.
