Meh!
Totally didn’t have the Goa vibe and exorbitant prices at the restaurants. Because it’s a large property it always has conventions and dealer meets thereby lowering the guests profile.

Best staff, Very happy with the stay! Bhushan Gupte and Steffi you guys are really a credit to the Hyatt group. and Tanaya from reception can't forget to mention her name for the best service. The review is incomplete if I don't mention their names in the review. The entire Grand club staff is at their best to service the guest! thanks for everything guys. Best property!

Awsome stay and nice weather.
It was small stay for two days but it was superbbbbb stay and we feel recharge and refresh. I should suggest everyone to take small break and visit Grand Hyatt to stay with family and friends. I have plan to take small vacation every two-three months and will stay at Grand Hyatt.

Beautiful family stay and a memorable 40th birthday celebration
We stayed at Grand Hyatt Goa to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday, and it turned out to be a very memorable stay. A special mention to Mridusmita, who was wonderful throughout — from check-in to check-out. She handled everything so smoothly and made the birthday celebration extra special with beautiful room decoration, cake, bouquet, and wine. Her warmth, care, and attention to detail really stood out and made a big difference to our experience. The property itself is beautiful and we had a great overall stay. A couple of areas could be better — in-room dining was quite slow on a few occasions. We also felt the in-room dining menu could have had a few more bread options. That said, the hospitality and birthday arrangements made this a stay we’ll remember fondly. Thank you to Mridusmita and the team for making it special.

Great Food, Great Service, Great Memories
Had a fantastic 2-day stay at Grand Hyatt Goa. The food and restaurants were excellent, and the breakfast buffet was the highlight with its variety, live counters, and attentive service. Special thanks to Pratiksha for her warm hospitality and exceptional guest service. Also, a big shout-out to Shailesh from The Dining Room for his kindness, excellent service, and wonderful way of engaging with our kids, especially with his dessert recommendations. The entire team made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!
