A Beautiful Property with Exceptional Hospitality We had a very pleasant stay at Grand Hyatt Goa. The property itself is beautiful, spacious and exceptionally well maintained. The lawns and gardens were immaculate, and despite the sheer size of the resort, everything was kept neat and well cared for. The overall setting is peaceful, green and very inviting. What truly stood out, however, was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. The level of hospitality was exceptional, and there were so many members of the team who made our stay special. A special mention to Sneha at the front desk, who was extremely warm, friendly and welcoming. She made us feel comfortable right from the beginning. Rahul at the restaurant deserves a very special mention. He went out of his way to arrange dishes especially for us and was incredibly attentive throughout our meals. He even pampered us with some lovely desserts. His genuine warmth and willingness to help made a real difference to our experience. At the bar, Brijesh and Abhay were wonderful — extremely friendly and engaging, and they made excellent cocktails. Lalit at the pool café was always smiling, attentive and hospitable. These are just a few names from a long list of staff members who consistently made us feel welcome and looked after. The one area where we felt the property could improve was the rooms and bathrooms. While they were clean and comfortable, they did appear somewhat dated and a little run down compared with the otherwise beautiful and well-maintained property. A refurbishment of the rooms and bathrooms would elevate the overall experience considerably. Overall, Grand Hyatt Goa is a lovely property with beautiful grounds and, most importantly, exceptionally warm and attentive staff. The hospitality was the highlight of our stay, and the many staff members who went above and beyond deserve genuine appreciation.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Grand Hyatt Goa. From the exceptional hospitality to the thoughtful attention to every little detail, everything was simply perfect. It was truly a memorable stay filled with warmth and beautiful moments.

Unfortunately, our stay was not as peaceful or enjoyable as expected. Extensive civil work was going on at the property, resulting in continuous and excessive noise throughout the day. This made it difficult to relax and enjoy the stay.

The team at Grand Hyatt Goa did an outstanding job and truly made our stay memorable. Being from the industry myself, I can confidently say that it’s the people who can make or break an experience. They are, without doubt, one of the most important parts of the memories guests create and take away with them. While every property may have its infrastructure-related limitations, what really counts is the intent and attitude of the team. And the team at Grand Hyatt Goa consistently demonstrated that. A special thank you to Rahul and his team at The Dining Room for the well-executed breakfasts and meals we enjoyed throughout our stay. And not to forget Shailesh and his excellent à la minute cold coffees — it’s the little things that often go a long way in creating memorable experiences. Thank you once again to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We already look forward to returning to Grand Hyatt Goa.

My family and me visited Grand Hyatt Goa earlier in September. We truly had a refreshing and wonderful experience. The rooms, ambience, food, service and facilities were really good. We had bay facing rooms. The view from the rooms was truly magnificent. We found the staff to be warm, cordial and very helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Suchita Pramanik for taking care of my mom. Her able assistance made my mom’s stay really comfortable. My family and me look forward to visiting Grand Hyatt Goa soon!
