The Lovely Langham
I came for a conference and left feeling like I'd had a holiday! Everything was so well organised from start to finish, making the whole experience effortless. The meals were absolutely delicious, with generous portions and great quality. My room was beautifully set up, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were perfect, which let's be real, never happens when I travel! Every detail made me feel relaxed and looked after. I can't wait to come back for our next conference. Thank you for making it such a wonderful stay!

The Langham review
Beautiful views, great location, and wonderful staff. Had a few issues initially with worn fixtures, slow elevators, and some cleanliness concerns, but management responded promptly and fixed everything to our satisfaction. That said, for a five-star hotel, I expected more attention to detail. Would recommend for the views and service, but it doesn't quite feel like a true 5-star experience.

An elegant afternoon tea
The Truffe Afternoon Tea at the Palm Court was a wonderful experience. The ambiance was elegant and surroundings spacious. We were very well looked after by Sydney, a charming young woman who made our stay very comfortable with her attention to detail. There was much artistry in the delicious savoury and sweet items.
