Poor service from one team member
We attended the Lobby Bar for some drinks after our event at Langham on Saturday night. One of the bartenders (short Spanish guy with tattoos) refused to make a drink that wasn't on our "approved" drinks, despite me offering to pay for it. He very grudgingly made it, and slammed it down on the bartop, causing it to spill everywhere, and all the staff and guests to stop and see what the commotion was about. He was very unprofessional, and it put a sour note on our evening

Best Hotel on the Gold Coast 🩷
My room was spacious and stunning with magnificent views over the beach and ocean. I had a gorgeous, large bathroom with huge bath and shower room. I loved my room. The gym and indoor pool are amazing. The outdoor pool is very nice. I can’t wait to go back

Can't wait to come back
Great hotel, modern and clean. Conveniently located close to Broadbeach and right next to the beach. Our room have an amazing view that I will definitely miss. Everyone is friendly and helpful during my stay. The only downside was that sound proofing in the room wasn't great, and was woken up by a noisy neighbour at 4am once.
