Langham Best Hotel on the Gold Coast
The reception staff were amazing along with the rest of the staff. And Ernesto in the buffet breakfast even made a special effort to get the kids extra watermelon juice when there was none left. Great location for a beach holiday, and their rooms were big and luxurious.

Mid winter getaway
Amazing service and presentation conveniently located on the beach. The rooms and fit out were of high quality. It is a bit of a walk to shops in Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise but the Ubers were always prompt and we walked on multiple occasions.

Fabulous stay
Beds were super comfortable the room was fantastic with plenty of room and excellent facilities. The staff were friendly helpful and made you feel super welcome. The in room dining was excellent and the super close access to the beach was fantastic

Family visit in the residence
I highly recommend the residence tower for your stay when travelling with children. The two bedroom was massive for our needs. The kitchen And laundry were a godsend and the views of the beach were absolutely spectacular from our room. The child’s playroom seems to have gone unkept since our first visit in late 2022. They really could do with more toys and better organisation or someone supervising the space at times. The outside pool does get rather cold when the sun goes behind the buildings and with the beach front wind, it makes swimming with young children quite uncomfortable. Staff were always attentive and helpful. Would recommend staying here again in a beach view room.
