I found the staff very helpful on arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were good except I didn’t know how to use the coffee machine and I couldn’t find instructions.

The large suite room room and view from our suite / balcony overlooking the ocean was superb ... however in two days we had a pool closing, a hotel boiler explode, a grease trap that caused a foul odour throughout lobby/ common areas - and no hot water on morning of checkout before 14 hour trans Pacific flight! Manager did provide a meal credit when we raised last issue - but you don't want or expect such issues or inconvenience when booking/ staying with Langham who we typically love as a brand.
