Nice hotel, not worth the price and is a wind tunnel.
If you want are planning to stay at this hotel for the use of the pool don’t. It’s the windiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and u less there’s no wind you can’t use the pool area. The rooms only get serviced every second day in the jewel tower and our room was dirty. Marked walls, pen stains on the coffee table and stained carpet not something you would expect for a new 5 star hotel. The breakfast was the redeeming feature.

Not a great Langham stay
Travelled with my adults daughter and expected a five star hotel for the price we paid. Nothing was included.. just a very expensive bed. It's not close to surfers paradise, and not very close to burleigh heads. So, kind of felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. . Food and service at pool was terrible. There were too many people, all pool chairs were taken by 8.30am. The staff at the pool had no idea what was happening or who was sitting where. We had to ask 3 times for a menu to be brought to us. The pool bar staff were laughing and joking together while the guests were getting so frustrated. Really disappointing.
