Afternoon tea at the Langham
Had afternoon tea in the Palm Court. Great friendly staff, Aaliyah was excellent

They refused to seat me when I was hungry - twice.
Feel so humiliated. There is a sign at The Lobby Bar / Palm Court that reads "Please wait to be seated". Stood there waiting to be seated. Nobody came over. I went back to my room. Went back one hour later. Stood by the sign and waited again. And again, nobody came to help me. I only wanted to use my dining voucher and I was hungry. Asked for the hotel manager to contact me. They said the manager wasn't available. Instead I was contacted by "Emma" from the Lobby Bar. I had messaged the hotel that I wanted to eat and they offered to bring a drink to my room, which means they hadn't even paid attention to my previous message. I tried to make myself feel better by having a bath but the hot water coming out of the tap was such a low stream that I couldn't fill the bath and gave up. I also had to sleep with the light on as the light switches wouldn't turn off the lower light on the left side of the bed. I asked the manager to contact me only to be told it was his day off. Nobody could explain why a 5-star hotel didn't have a manager in charge during this incident. I came here after being ill in order to rest and recuperate. Will now leave feeling worse than when I arrived.

Amazing stay at The Langham Gold Coast
We had a wonderful stay at The Langham Gold Coast. The accommodation was beautiful, clean and very comfortable, with everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. The service was also amazing from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend The Langham Gold Coast to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay. We dont every consider any other hotel when in the Gold Coast

Long Weekend Stay
Very nice, elegant and relaxing. Service was great and had a wonderful time staying in the ocean view room. Highly recommended and will do it again.

Amazing weekend stay
Exceeded expectations - amazing, comfortable rooms and the food was delicious. Wonderful breakfast with something for everyone. The staff were friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for you - from reception, concierge, restaurant staff and everyone you passed during your stay. Could not recommend highly enough. Great experience.
