We decided to have high tea at The Langham.. Firstly for $99 a head we did expect to be blown away. How wrong we were. We had booked it awhile ago and yet they have put us in two different table next to each other which made it hard to talk to. The service was well below average. You would think it would come with 1 glass of champagne , no that was extra. Then it arrived no little sandwiches the cakes looked like they came from Coles and the little pastries were dry. Wont be back

Stayed three nights, one bedroom apartment. Very small bathroom/shower, small main bedroom. Fixtures and fittings were nice. Great bar area downstairs, pool areas inside and out very nice, as too the gym and sauna. Food served is very fresh! Great for having a swim in the ocean and walking back to your poolside couch and ordering lunch and drinks!!!

Visually this place looks and feels amazing. I actually like the locations which is pretty much right in the center between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. But there are a few tweaks they need to iron out, the food quality and some service issues. We got 2 rooms, one for me and my wife and 1 for my adult daughter. Our residence room had a horrible layout (strange for a new hotel) where a tiny bathroom was accessible directly from the bedroom but from a study area. My daughter’s room had a better layout and nice big bathroom. We also got charged 3 cocktails to our room which we didn’t order. To there credit, they will investigate what happened.

Nice hotel. A little sterile. Excellent service at reception and concierge, significantly less at restaurants and dining. Lost power in the room. No air conditioning all night. No TV reception. No dining reservations left for hotel guests. A lot less than what is available at Marriott.
