Exceptional service and the hotel is simply stunning , room service is perfect , the suites are stunning and very well laid out

Family stay
Rooms and food were fantastic. Poor communication on check in as to how to get around the hotel. Room keys stopped working on morning of check out at 10 am well before standard checkout time. I had to go to reception in multiple occasions to get rectified which was quite stressful. Housekeeping entered the room twice due to thinking the room was vacant due to our keys not working. Staff were apologetic but that doesn’t take away the stress of trying to enjoy the last few hours of our holiday and constantly getting locked out of our room.

Perfect family Hotel
First time staying and will have it as our regular hotel for visits to Gold Coast. Facilities are first class and the restaurants are a great and nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were all so friendly and polite

Unbeatable
Where do I even begin? First of all, if you want a luxurious hotel look no further. It is the epitome of luxury. From the lobby to the room, you truly feel you’re in a 5 star hotel (if it could be 6 I would give it that). Secondly, family friendly and luxury don’t usually go together but this hotel is an exception. We travelled with our 2 kids who are under 4 and they had a great time- from the pool to the kids club it was great. Thirdly, the cleaning services were so diligent and professional. They were so prompt in cleaning our popcorn mess and were so kind about it. Fourthly, the buffet breakfast at Akoya is the best I’ve been to. From savoury to sweet options, it has it all and the quality is amazing. Last but not least to the staff- from Abby at reception to Keira from room services and Shakira at valet, they are always happy to help. Abby was so accomodating and friendly at check in and check out and made it such a smooth experience. Keira and all the team at room services were always so helpful and efficient to all our many requests. Shakira and the team at valet were so lovely in helping us with our bags and getting the kids in/out the car. Thank you for a great stay, we’ll definitely be coming back.

Not quite to the Langham standard
The front desk and rooms were excellent. The service in the food areas needs attention. Felt like just another hotel and not like we were in a Langham.
