Extremely poor experience , not worth the money
Arrived 3/10/26 Told we had an up graded room - fantastic we thought only to find The superior room allocated had a terrible musty smell , which actually made you cough it was so strong, the initial excuse was they had used a different mop - really !?! and wod re-mop the room - That is no good enough for £600 per night which didn’t even include breakfast Went down to reception to request a room change which they did oblige Went to the lobby lounge for some lunch , seated by staff and ordered drinks and food , 30 minutes later asked to move seats as they required the whole area , then why seat us there in the first place , to dine at a different table Service in the lobby extremely lacking , very slow , in fact non existent service , you have to go up to the staff and ask to order a drink Overall a very poor experience and certainly not what you expect when paying such a price Would not recommend Would not stay here again

Best hotel stay yet
Stayed here for business and it exceeded all expectations. Beautiful pools indoors and outdoors. Breakfast was amazing. Room was a great size and layout.

THE BEST HOTEL ON THE GOLD COAST!
The Langham Gold Coast is like no other. It is simply is Brilliant. The service, the rooms, the food, the atmosphere. I would highly recommend everyone comes to stay!!!

They need to do better
No in fact the Concierge was quite rude and looked down on me and our family despite we staying in suite for $1,000 per night. We have stayed in Langham Melbourne which offers exceptional service your staff should visit Melbourne to see the standard required. The room suite 1501 is not practical, no place to unpack your bags, no place to hang a towel or hand towel, no place to put your toiletries next to the basin . I was over charged for the mini bar and did get a refund but this Langham needs to better as the standard is not the same as other Langham hotels

Expensive but very well worth it. If you can afford it, if a great food and good rest is important to you, definitely chose The Langham.
