Le Grand Bellevue

Our stay at Le Grand Bellevue was truly exceptional, and a very large part of that was thanks to Olivier, the Head Concierge and his team. I can honestly say that Olivier is one of the finest concierge professionals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. His warmth, professionalism and genuine passion for hospitality are second to none. Every recommendation was thoughtful, every arrangement was executed flawlessly, and he and his team consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. What makes Olivier truly outstanding is that he doesn't simply provide excellent service—he creates unforgettable experiences and makes every guest feel genuinely valued. His extensive local knowledge, impeccable attention to detail and ability to anticipate guests' needs before they even have to ask are remarkable. Whether arranging activities such as the Chalet Tour, restaurant reservations or accommodating special requests, everything was handled with effortless efficiency and genuine care. Olivier is a tremendous asset to Le Grand Bellevue and embodies the very highest standards of luxury hospitality. We absolutely loved our stay at Le Grand Bellevue! It is such a beautiful hotel, wonderful hospitality, incredible spa and the location is right on the promenade! We couldn’t have picked a better spot staying in Gstaad. The head concierge Olivier, charmed us with personal attention and care for his guests!

We had our first stay at Le Grand Bellevue, and already look forward to returning. We received a very warm welcome from the hotel's team, led by the wonderful Olivier, whose knowledge of Gstaad and the hotel's history is truly remarkable. We loved our Chic Room. It was elegant in its simplicity, very functional, overlooked the forest, and was pleasantly removed from the construction and any other disturbances. Breakfast was very good, and dinner at Leonard's Restaurant was outstanding. We highly recommend dining there. Throughout our stay, every member of the hotel staff was efficient, kind, and professional. Their genuine hospitality made us feel welcome from beginning to end. The surroundings were beautiful, especially when we wandered away from the main street and enjoyed the peaceful forest walks along the river.

5 star service from entry to exit! A gold star goes to Aline and Olivier and their team for going above and beyond to make our stay restful and peaceful so that we could truly enjoy Gstaad!!! What a time it was!!

We love this hotel! It is gorgeous and perfectly located. Elegant, excellent service and amazing attention to detail. We have stayed at the hotels couple times and the best part of it is Olivier (head concierge), he is the soul of the hotel! Somehow he is always there for you! He helps with everything, he takes care of anything you ask for, he remembers all our names, he is so kind and welcoming. We love him! He makes the hotel feel warm and makes you want to come back. In addition the breakfast is wonderful, and the spa is the perfect place to relax and have fun with so many saunas and features. Our only disappointment was when we went to the cinema, and the staff offered popcorn. We ordered a small popcorn… 3 minutes later without telling me it came as a room service fee 20CHF… so the small popcorn for my daughter ended up being 27CHF…. That is disappointing. But the rest everythingamazing
