Great hotel as what would you expect from FS, stuff are great, SPA 🔝 Jessica Tong and Jenny 10 ⭐s. Hotel is central location, connected from underground with many restaurants around , K11 mall, so as station, main Metro hub station Zhujiang New Town which will connects you with the rest of the city for a lesa than a dollar per trip just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Japanese restaurant +10 as well. Only thing I've missed from European hotels was club sandwich after the midnight. I stayed at 97th floor Premier river view, great room. Room was spacious and tidy as always with FS.

Excellent breakfast, very tall buildings and sweeping views of the city. Service is super snobby and so would never stay again

I stayed in a gorgeous suite on Floor 99 - the views are fantastic. Service was excellent and staff very friendly. The staff at the Chinese restaurant was particularly helpful and gave me excellent recommendations. I also enjoyed the SPA and the Japanese restaurant - both worth trying.

exceptional service we’ve received during our stay at the Four Seasons. Icy at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and attentive—she noticed I was waiting with my kids and went above and beyond to assist with my request. Her kindness and warmth truly made a difference and set the tone for our stay. Leo from in-room dining was also wonderful. He was not only professional but also very considerate. He noticed I was traveling with children and thoughtfully included some complimentary candies with our order, which absolutely made my kids’ day. Although I didn’t catch her name, our housekeeper deserves a special mention as well. She consistently ensured everything in our room was perfectly refreshed and restocked while we were out. Her quiet efficiency and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and were greatly appreciated. These thoughtful gestures truly reflect the outstanding hospitality the Four Seasons is known for. Please extend my sincere thanks to the entire team.

Stayed there beginning of July in a deluxe suite canton tower view. Room wasnt ready when we got there but we got there at 11am so wasnt expecting it anyways. My wife was happy they took wechat/alipay for payment. We headed down to the shops below to eat and explore while we waited for the room to be ready. Room was very spacious but not really an efficient use of space. The views..thats what we are here for isnt it? Just gorgeous at night. In the day time i did feel like i had to close the blinds as the room heated up and the ac could barely provide any cooling. The room itself was nice however there were chips and scrapes on the wall, mouldings, floor tile and carpet. My sons got the sofabed and said it was just okay(they thought it would be the same one as the FS Whistler) Rooms are showing its age and probably time for a refresh soon. We had access to the club lounge and we had breakfast there everyday. Everyone at the lounge was very accommodating and also willing to to the extra step even though sometimes the end product wasnt there. We did the high tea there once and never went back..pales in comparison to other hotel lounges we stayed at. I like how the hotel is connected underground to everything especially in the summer to avoid the heat and humidity. My biggest issue was with the pool. Both times we went there were swimming lessons there by locals and not guests. First time ive seen that at a 5 star hotel. So basically the lessons took one lane of the already narrow pool. Not ideal as my sons wanted to get some length in but with the remaining space being shared by slower swimmers it was not ideal. Life guards were great and provided headcaps. Gym was very well appointed but the dumbelks were sort of janky with some play between the bar and bells. Housekeeping and turndown service was phenomenal. Couldnt have asked for more! Would we stay here again? Yes definately it was either this, conrad or park hyatt and glad we choose FS. If they could figure out the pool situation that would be great.
