Disappointing
A big disappointment. Was really looking forward to this stay but the website flatters to deceive, particularly the pool area. Extremely poor room service menu and food very low standard. Location a bit dodgy. No USB ports which is crazy in todays world. Communication prior to trip was great but on arrival all went downhill. Best parts were airport shuttle, porters and housekeeping. Worst parts were pool area and lighting in my room. Would not return unfortunately.

Excellent service by Pablo
Pablo was amazingly helpful and nice to me. I had problem with some laundry shop, and he made phone calls for me and talked Spanish with them. super!!

Everything was great.Just wear plastic slippers for the bathroom if possible.

Comfortable Stay
A very comfortable hotel. Room was well appointed. Nice shower with plenty of hot water. A variety of in-hotel dining facilities, including a fondue restaurant. Extensive breakfast offerings (included with the tour group I was part of). Staff friendly and helpful.
