A very comfortable hotel. Room was well appointed. Nice shower with plenty of hot water. A variety of in-hotel dining facilities, including a fondue restaurant. Extensive breakfast offerings (included with the tour group I was part of). Staff friendly and helpful.

I loved the service, the food and the ambience. The hotel has a stunning appearance but cozy at the same time. We ate at El Patio restaurant. Arianna and Karolin attended us extremely well. They were very kind and helpful. The food was delicious and the service was great, I recommend it 100%.

My review would’ve been five based on the incredible service, amenities, and overall experience. The overpowering smell of the strong mist that they pump out of machines in the halls was nauseating. That said, special shout out to the very professional Bartender Gonzalo and the incredible masseuse! ( She’s 81 years old, insanely good at her craft and simply beautiful!)

Daniella, Karolina and Arianna were alll amazing! The food was fantastic and the staff was very friendly! Local dishes were great and the omelette station was delicious!
