This beautiful hotel has a good location just two blocks from a tram that cost less than $1 and can take you to the lively waterfront . The Oro Verde decor, dining, amenities, and staff are all five-star. We had an overnight flight that would’ve had us waiting four hours at the airport, however Ricardo at the front desk arranged later check out and free transfer to the airport. 🙏 A grande Gracias to Caroline, Boris, David, Pedro, and the entire staff for a wonderful stay at one of the finest hotels in Ecuador.

We had the buffet breakfast at the El Patio restaurant, everything was excellent, and the service was first-rate. We found a wide variety of dishes, from fruits to traditional food. I congratulate Karolin and Ariana who gave us the best service.

Ariana and Karolin were fabulous. Service amazing. Place spotless. Staying before a cruise and after but would certainly come to stay for a week. Had drinks in Le Capitain Bar last night very comfy and service great. Food is excellent. Must come and experience for yourself.

Not wild about the location, but it's probably about the best location in this city. Just not a fan of Guayaquil. The hotel's staff is very nice and helpful. They have a really good fitness/weight room. Sauna, hot tub, and polar tub. Excellent breakfast. Truly outstanding. Wife wanted to access the masseuse, but that wasn't available during our stay.

The service and willingness to help and assist was excellent.The front desk assistance was incredible and friendly,especially Irina y Darla, who were always on point to assist and make my stay comfortable.The buffet was delicious, the service outstanding with Lucia being always attentive and making sure everything was right.Management with Pedro was goid,present in every moment and ready to establish a conversation and answer questions.Overall I fully enjoyed my stay
