I think that even though it's in the city center, it's well located and close to everything. Despite the busy area, you can't hear the noise inside the rooms or restaurants. The entire hotel has been renovated—the lobby, the lounges, the rooms—giving it a more modern look. It has a lovely atmosphere and always feels fresh. The food is spectacular, especially the breakfast menu, which has a wide variety of options. Restaurants like La Fondue also offer excellent service. The entire hotel is spotless, and there's even a robot in the lobby that cleans all day long. I think their price is worth the service they provide.

I stayed here in a room reserved by my tour. The room was clean beds comfy. convenient to gondola. Breakfast delicious

My stay was fantastic! I wish it could have been longer. The staff are very helpful and kind, and patient with my very bad Spanish 😅 I ate at Le Gourmet, and wow! What an experience. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. LOVED the shower, especially after a week at the beach. I missed breakfast due to an early flight, but when I told reception they made sure to send me off with breakfast to-go, which was waiting for me upon checkout. Will recommend to anyone coming through Guayaquil!
