I had a wonderful stay at the OroVerde Hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. The property is well maintained, and offers a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Everything—from the rooms to the common areas was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I would especially like to recognize Karla, who truly stood out as an outstanding employee. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made a meaningful difference in our experience. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and was truly amazing in turning a minor problem to a wonderful experience, she is truly a gem, a kind, warm, personable, affable and genuinely a fantastic employee, she deserves all the credit for making my stay truly unique. Karla, THANK YOU! Overall the whole staff was absolute wonderful, I genuinely felt welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire OroVerde team for a fantastic experience. We were attended by Daniel, who is an excellent receptionist—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the service at Hotel Oro Verde Guayaquil was outstanding. The facilities are elegant and impeccably clean, the atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued. The overall experience was excellent, and we truly enjoyed the quality, comfort, and hospitality. We would be very happy to come back soon.

Oro Verde has great amenities and really kind staff that care of you. Victor was very considerate. Overall we enjoyed our stay specially since it’s TRULY pet friendly, my family and I were able to enjoy every second at every spot at the hotel with our fur baby. Super grateful !

A big disappointment. Was really looking forward to this stay but the website flatters to deceive, particularly the pool area. Extremely poor room service menu and food very low standard. Location a bit dodgy. No USB ports which is crazy in todays world. Communication prior to trip was great but on arrival all went downhill. Best parts were airport shuttle, porters and housekeeping. Worst parts were pool area and lighting in my room. Would not return unfortunately.
