JA Manafaru

We stayed 5 nights in water villa, the view was beautiful and the food was great 😊 our butler Samantha was very thoughtful, we had a lovely time at JA Manafaru!

It was a magnificent location, with a very elegant and cool atmosphere. We had a sunset overwater villa, with private bathtub, and a refill fridge with still and sparkling water and coke, and everything , but most of all a perfect espresso machine! The room was perfect, with twice a day service, and bicycles were outside our room, since our arrive. A big thank to our host Mohamed, always precise and super gentle with us, handling our needs with cordiality.

It is not our first visit to this beautiful island, but it is always a joy to return, to meet old friends and to make new ones. Thank you Shu'a and Riyaz for such a warming welcome in Male! Everything here is relaxing and guest-oriented, designed for comfort and happiness. Our heartfelt thanks to Mohamed, our beloved friend, a man we truly trust, and a true professional who does his work with dedication, care, and good intentions. You can feel the joy with which he wants to support you—with advice, suggestions, and he never says “no” to anything you wish for. In just a few days, he seems able to read your thoughts and intentions. The time spent together was magical. Thank you for making our vacation so beautiful! The villas are clean, spacious, comfortable, and premium-equipped (the body care products are of the highest quality, natural and environmentally friendly). Sleep here is even better than at home. Thank you, Tony, for taking such good care of our house—with impeccable cleanliness, professionalism, discretion, kindness, and dedication. Thank you for all your wonderfully ingenious surprises! All the restaurants are special, and the food is absolutely delicious everywhere. Thank you Chef Arjun (for your friendship, kindness, and joy—your team is "the sweetest"), Chef Joseph, Chef Santosh and chef Cipriano (the Teppanyaki expert). Ashraf and Gattey, congratulations—you lead a team of wonderful people and you do an excellent job! It was such a great joy to discover the Clay Studio and to meet the wonderful artist and person, Genson George. Thank you—it was truly a pleasure meeting you! The Spa experience is amazing. Congratulations, Bibi—you lead a wonderful and dedicated team. Many thanks to Dr. David and Dr. Yeshi for their kindness and precious health advice. Our stay at JA Manafaru met — and honestly exceeded — all our expectations. There was absolutely nothing we were unhappy with during the whole visit. What we appreciated the most was the very personal and genuinely kind attitude of the staff. The team regularly asked about our preferences and wishes and always made sure they were fulfilled. A special thanks goes to Mohamed, who was always available, responded immediately to every request and truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The island has beautiful beaches, crystal-clear water and offers a real sense of seclusion — it truly felt like being in paradise. We also appreciated that it isn’t very large, making the atmosphere calm, private and relaxing. The food also deserves a special mention — every meal was an experience on its own. Overall, it was a beautiful and peaceful holiday and we can’t wait to come back again.
