This is the second time i stayed at this hotel. It's very stylish and the entrance is dominated with a very popular and good bar, and just beneath is the restaurant, who also is highly recommend. Remember to book ahead, as it is very popular. I stayed int the east splash room. Very spacious and a nice bed. Highly recommend. The breakfast has everything you want. Good coffee selection and a omelet station, you can also get scambled and fried eggs, and softboiled eggs.

We arrived at the hotel, looking forward to a three-day stay without children. Unfortunately, we were met by a very arrogant staff member who simply handed us the key without even looking at us. It was clear that we were a nuisance, as he was busy doing some paperwork. We weren't told where the elevator was or which room number we were staying in, as we couldn't decipher his handwriting—but we didn’t dare go back to ask, as we clearly got the feeling that we were unwelcome. Luckily, we met another Danish couple who were able to help us. During our stay, we were neither greeted nor acknowledged when passing through the reception. Perhaps we weren’t “good enough” for the place? However, the restaurant and the staff there were excellent. The room was also very beautiful and well cleaned.

Hip eclectic hotel with a fun vibe and high level of service. I enjoyed the unusual and colorful pieces found throughout the property. Located in a diverse and energetic neighborhood with easy access to the U-Bahn and central Hamburg. A win!

We arrived Sunday 2/2-25. Around 18.00. In Hamborg. This hotel has good parking with easy access. Very central location and a fun decor. Unfortunately we were greeted with an indifference, which I have seldom seen with hotel staff. We both felt ignored! and when we had trouble finding our way to the room, this girl was absolutely no help. Not as much as a smile. When I asked about the restaurant, she just pointed us in the direction of another staff member. So of course we chose not to eat in the restaurant, in fear we would get the same treatment. The bathtub in the room was wonderful, the shower needed seeing to!! To bad. This could have become a “go too” place.

Came for 2 days for a work conference. The hotel is fantastic so cool and modern will keep original features. The conference facilities are good with snacks and drinks. The bar and restaurant is relaxed with plenty of space. Breakfast is limited but the omlets are fantastic and everything is of a high quality. Room is big massive bath perfect temperature. Only complaint is everything is a bit dark gives it a cool mood but hard to see sometimes.
