Awesome
Amazing from the moment we entered the Hamilton Princess until we left. We traveled here for 4 days. Everyone was beyond helpful and kind and courteous. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and someone always available to assist us. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the marina. We chose to upgrade our stay to Gold level status which allowed us to enjoy breakfast, tea, appetizers, desserts throughout the day in the gold lounge. The very best part of our stay was the staff in the lounge. Both Rolly and Pasquale were phenomenal people. Greeted us every time by name, with a smile, a handshake, and could not do enough to accommodate us. Lovely hard working men who made our stay so memorable.

Ana and Maria were amazing! The frostbite lounge was an amazing experience! I hope they have this again in 2026! Absolutely love the holiday drinks!

Snack and drink by the pool
I took a stroll by the pool and ordered a snack and glass of wine. The server Artezki was terrific. He could not have been nicer. Would recommend this to anyone here at the Princes.

Best hot chocolate
Frosbite Lounge is cozy and beautifully decorated and Ana makes the best hot chocolate! Great for families, even with small children.

They Will Treat You As Friends
If there were a 6 or 7 rating, I would choose it. This hotel is fantastic. The facilities are posh and wonderful with its harbor-front setting. When we were there, they had decorated for Christmas, and it was a stunning display of color at night. Our room was ultra clean and comfortable. However, with those comments made, the real strength of this hotel, and what really made it stand out to us was the over-the-top friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We've stayed in many classy hotels, but the smiles and helpfulness of this staff were at the highest level. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the doormen, to the exceptional restaurant staff, everyone made us feel so welcome and even pampered. At the end of our stay, we even felt like many of these wonderful people were friends, especially the folks in the restaurants. You won't go wrong in choosing this place as your base in Bermuda.

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience and will certainly consider future offers from Luxury Link. Our visit exceeded our expectations and thank you, and the wonderful staff at the Hamilton Princess. Together you made this trip very memorable. On arrival at the property the lady at the front desk took great care of us and we actually got an exceptional room upgrade, way better than we expected, and loved our room. At check out, our bill was accurate and included all the benefits offered in your Signature Package, ie free breakfast, $100 Resort Credit, 4th night free. I was so impressed that the hotel fully recognized and totally honored your package, with no questions asked. Every member of staff we associated with at the hotel were really friendly, professional, hospitable and focused on us enjoying our stay. They were so well trained, but the hotel also deserves credit for selecting the right type of employee. We can’t wait to book another trip through Luxury Link and have already shared and recommended your website with several friends.
