Great Stay
I cannot say enough about our experience. Everyone we interacted with was above and beyond I terms of professionalism. From John who checked us in to the entire lounge team and the super nice lady whose name begins with S who attended to us at the beach club on Sunday August 10 - amazing!! We will be back for sure. For anyone wondering if the lounge access is worth it - for sure is!!

Bermuda defined.
THE place to stay in Bermuda. The resort is paradise; the infinity pool is out of this world and the pool service, especially Maria, makes the experience so special (she even took a bunch of pics of us as we were on our honeymoon!). The restaurants are fantastic. The room service is exceptional. The bottled water is complimentary (as opposed to $3.50/bottle at other resorts). Don’t get dissuaded by the fact that the beach is off-site; yes it’s a shuttle ride away, but it is the best beach on the island.

An Amazing Stay
We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Hamilton Princess. The pool, room, restaurants and beach club were amazing! The staff was also the best of the best! Especially Bally and Aaron greeting us each day at the front door! They helped make the stay even more special!

Sam at the pool was the best server. He went above and beyond and was so attentive, even when the pool area was busy. Lovely human being. Would come back just for the service.

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience and will certainly consider future offers from Luxury Link. Our visit exceeded our expectations and thank you, and the wonderful staff at the Hamilton Princess. Together you made this trip very memorable. On arrival at the property the lady at the front desk took great care of us and we actually got an exceptional room upgrade, way better than we expected, and loved our room. At check out, our bill was accurate and included all the benefits offered in your Signature Package, ie free breakfast, $100 Resort Credit, 4th night free. I was so impressed that the hotel fully recognized and totally honored your package, with no questions asked. Every member of staff we associated with at the hotel were really friendly, professional, hospitable and focused on us enjoying our stay. They were so well trained, but the hotel also deserves credit for selecting the right type of employee. We can’t wait to book another trip through Luxury Link and have already shared and recommended your website with several friends.
