Really good time - worth not being on the beach
We had a great time. We were pessimistic bc it’s not on the beach but honestly it’s so hot in August it’s not possible to stay out on the beach. Being in Hamilton makes the experience more versatile. The hotel has an area for kids, great restaurants. Sam by the pool was amazing. Lloyd at Intrepid was so warm and friendly and food was very good. Smash burger on marina nights is incredible. We honestly felt very taken care of. Would recommend to families with elevated tastes for food and beverage.

What a fabulous staff. Cydney, Mikey and Vikay were so efficient and kind. Bermuda was my 100th country and Fairmont Princess Hotel made it sooo much fun.

Eduardo and his team at the 1609 restaurant took such great care of me this week. The service was warm, welcoming and personalized. I never waited long for anything and they were always checking in on me through the day as I worked. The Hamilton Princess is an outstanding property with outstanding staff.

The Hamilton Princess exceeded my (very high) expectations of it from check in to check out over 10 days. Exceptional service, accommodation and facilities, especially the magnificent private beach club of intense hues of aqua in the water, service to your umbrella covered lounger at the snap of a finger, and towels handed to you as you arrive. Stand out staff members were Jana at reception, Cydney at concierge, I’m sorry I’ve forgotten the name of the lady who gave me a wonderful facial in the spa, Djoana in the Crown & Anchor, but the absolute number one stand out was Yuri, the maître’d of the Crown & Anchor, not only because of his charming and colorful personality but because of his eye for detail and effortless attentiveness. Bravo!’

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience and will certainly consider future offers from Luxury Link. Our visit exceeded our expectations and thank you, and the wonderful staff at the Hamilton Princess. Together you made this trip very memorable. On arrival at the property the lady at the front desk took great care of us and we actually got an exceptional room upgrade, way better than we expected, and loved our room. At check out, our bill was accurate and included all the benefits offered in your Signature Package, ie free breakfast, $100 Resort Credit, 4th night free. I was so impressed that the hotel fully recognized and totally honored your package, with no questions asked. Every member of staff we associated with at the hotel were really friendly, professional, hospitable and focused on us enjoying our stay. They were so well trained, but the hotel also deserves credit for selecting the right type of employee. We can’t wait to book another trip through Luxury Link and have already shared and recommended your website with several friends.
