I had a great time at the 1609 restaurant at the Hamilton Princess. The food was excellent and our server named Stacey was funny and attentive.

Excellent Hotel
My wife and I have just enjoyed a wonderful 16 day holiday at The Hamilton Princess. Since the Fairmont Southampton closed for refurbishment this was the fourth year in a row that was have holiday here and hopefully we will be back next year. The hotel is ideally situated for the shops, bars and restaurants in Hamilton and has fantastic facilities on site and off site at the beach club. However the hotels main asset is the staff who cannot do enough for the guests. A special mention to the Front Office Manager Iryna to whom nothing seems to be a problem and Rachelle on the Front Desk who was extremely helpful and went out of her way to recover my “lost” bank card which I has carelessly dropped. Michelle in housekeeping who serviced our room to a high standard and always with a smile and a friendly word. Also thanks to Randy and his team in the Crown & Anchor for providing a wonderful breakfast experience.

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience and will certainly consider future offers from Luxury Link. Our visit exceeded our expectations and thank you, and the wonderful staff at the Hamilton Princess. Together you made this trip very memorable. On arrival at the property the lady at the front desk took great care of us and we actually got an exceptional room upgrade, way better than we expected, and loved our room. At check out, our bill was accurate and included all the benefits offered in your Signature Package, ie free breakfast, $100 Resort Credit, 4th night free. I was so impressed that the hotel fully recognized and totally honored your package, with no questions asked. Every member of staff we associated with at the hotel were really friendly, professional, hospitable and focused on us enjoying our stay. They were so well trained, but the hotel also deserves credit for selecting the right type of employee. We can’t wait to book another trip through Luxury Link and have already shared and recommended your website with several friends.
