Gorgeous hotel
I come often for work and the hotel and staff (especially in the Fairmont Gold lounge) are impeccable. The rooms are spacious and new, the views are beautiful, and it’s conveniently located to many offices and restaurants.

Always a lovely experience!
Such a lovely experience! Our service was provided by Olena and was so incredibly warm and friendly and VERY informative. About the dishes AND the history behind "Intrepid". Genuinely enjoyed Olena's energy and of course the food!!! The food is soooooo good! As we Bermudians say "it's WELL!"

Magical evening at 1609
We celebrated my wifes birthday here, the food was delicious the ambiance was great , Joy and Maxson turned our evening in to magical evening by being very hospitable and welcoming, the seevice was exceptinal and all the staff was very freindly especialy Joy and maxson. Well done and keep it up.

I had great experience at 1609 in hamilton princess we had a great perfect experience of the food and a nice service of” aldrin “perfect experience! Can’t wait to come back although there closing this year definitely!im coming back.

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience and will certainly consider future offers from Luxury Link. Our visit exceeded our expectations and thank you, and the wonderful staff at the Hamilton Princess. Together you made this trip very memorable. On arrival at the property the lady at the front desk took great care of us and we actually got an exceptional room upgrade, way better than we expected, and loved our room. At check out, our bill was accurate and included all the benefits offered in your Signature Package, ie free breakfast, $100 Resort Credit, 4th night free. I was so impressed that the hotel fully recognized and totally honored your package, with no questions asked. Every member of staff we associated with at the hotel were really friendly, professional, hospitable and focused on us enjoying our stay. They were so well trained, but the hotel also deserves credit for selecting the right type of employee. We can’t wait to book another trip through Luxury Link and have already shared and recommended your website with several friends.
