Thank you, Alessa and Freddie, for taking such great care of us. The food selection was excellent, and while the drinks are a bit pricey, the first sip definitely hits so it feels worth it. Highly recommended!

Dining at the fairmont
I always try to enter a restaurant experience with a low bar, but I must say that the staff here was attentive and we never went amiss when something was needed. Younis checked in with us with a regularity I have not come to expect and his demeanour has been excellent. Midway through writing this review I stood up and he immediately caught eye with me to see if I needed anything! Excellent experience regarding staff.

Lovely night
Younis was our server. Professional, attentive, and quick. Beautiful view of the harbor, and they had popped some windows for fresh air & atmosphere. We had a lovely dinner here.

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience and will certainly consider future offers from Luxury Link. Our visit exceeded our expectations and thank you, and the wonderful staff at the Hamilton Princess. Together you made this trip very memorable. On arrival at the property the lady at the front desk took great care of us and we actually got an exceptional room upgrade, way better than we expected, and loved our room. At check out, our bill was accurate and included all the benefits offered in your Signature Package, ie free breakfast, $100 Resort Credit, 4th night free. I was so impressed that the hotel fully recognized and totally honored your package, with no questions asked. Every member of staff we associated with at the hotel were really friendly, professional, hospitable and focused on us enjoying our stay. They were so well trained, but the hotel also deserves credit for selecting the right type of employee. We can’t wait to book another trip through Luxury Link and have already shared and recommended your website with several friends.
