Elevated Experience - Perfectly Relaxing
Wonderful trip - friendly professional staff made life easy. Nice facilities, great range of activities. Be sure to drive the electric vehicles - Yo-Yo or Twizzy. Bermuda is a short flight and the Hamilton Princess has everything to make it a perfect vacation.

I had an amazing staycation!! Fairmont Gold staff really looked after me especially Rolly! He would definitely be the reason I book another stay. Super attentive and overall exceptional customer service.

Great sunset dinner at 1609
A wonderful sunset dinner at 1609. The restaurant had just reopened post hurricane Melissa and the team were fabulous as always. We had a great server in Selva who was attentive but didn’t rush us through the courses. The food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended .

Excellent Service
Hamilton Princess. Excellent experience at this hotel. The service was very warm and welcoming. Damon escorted us to our room and ensured we had a comfortable stay. Rolly was super attentive in the 2nd floor Fairmont club and anticipated our needs and exceeded them. Highly recommend.

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience and will certainly consider future offers from Luxury Link. Our visit exceeded our expectations and thank you, and the wonderful staff at the Hamilton Princess. Together you made this trip very memorable. On arrival at the property the lady at the front desk took great care of us and we actually got an exceptional room upgrade, way better than we expected, and loved our room. At check out, our bill was accurate and included all the benefits offered in your Signature Package, ie free breakfast, $100 Resort Credit, 4th night free. I was so impressed that the hotel fully recognized and totally honored your package, with no questions asked. Every member of staff we associated with at the hotel were really friendly, professional, hospitable and focused on us enjoying our stay. They were so well trained, but the hotel also deserves credit for selecting the right type of employee. We can’t wait to book another trip through Luxury Link and have already shared and recommended your website with several friends.
