Extraordinary dining experience!
My husband and I enjoyed dinner at Intrepid the evening of July 8, and we want to thank the entire staff for an extraordinary experience. Our server was Jessa, and we cannot speak highly enough of her manner, attentiveness and professionalism. She had impeccable timing and anticipated our needs without making us feel rushed. We were in Bermuda that week celebrating my 60th birthday, and from the quality of the meal to the warm ambiance to the overall pace and elegance of the service, it was truly our most memorable dinner in recent memory.

A wonderful third stay this year
This was our third trip to Bermuda and the Princess this year. Perhaps enough said. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is polite and attentive. We stay in the Gold rooms and while expensive worth the xtra dollars. The staff are welcoming and quite knowledgeable. A special shout out to George for making our trip memorable once again

Clean, comfortable, and family-friendly
The Hamilton Princess is a beautiful, clean, and family-friendly hotel. It has mastered the art of balancing high-end elegance and laid-back whimsy. I love how they keep children in mind! It was so refreshing to see my son treated with such warmth and kindness when many 5 star hotels make kids feel downright unwelcome. We had a Gold reservation that truly elevated our stay, and this was mostly thanks to the wonderful servers in the Gold Lounge. From the minute we first arrived, Pascal introduced himself to us and welcomed us into the sitting area by saying, "This is your home." And that was exactly how we felt during our stay. The personal attention that he, Peter, George, and Rolly gave to me and my family made us feel at home every single day. Employees like these gentlemen know what it means to make guests feel truly cared for! As pricey as this hotel is, it is worth it compared to others. The kind staff, ideal location, and most of the dining were worth every penny. I recommend the Hamilton Princess to anyone looking for an upscale but relaxing retreat.

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience and will certainly consider future offers from Luxury Link. Our visit exceeded our expectations and thank you, and the wonderful staff at the Hamilton Princess. Together you made this trip very memorable. On arrival at the property the lady at the front desk took great care of us and we actually got an exceptional room upgrade, way better than we expected, and loved our room. At check out, our bill was accurate and included all the benefits offered in your Signature Package, ie free breakfast, $100 Resort Credit, 4th night free. I was so impressed that the hotel fully recognized and totally honored your package, with no questions asked. Every member of staff we associated with at the hotel were really friendly, professional, hospitable and focused on us enjoying our stay. They were so well trained, but the hotel also deserves credit for selecting the right type of employee. We can’t wait to book another trip through Luxury Link and have already shared and recommended your website with several friends.
