Lunch with friends.
We just have a quick bite(hamburger)...it's good.first and foremost...the young lady who attended us..was extremely courteous,polite and very efficient.. We really enjoyed most And on top of that..a gentleman man..by the name of Randy..apparently he's a manager of the outlet (crown and anchor)..and our servers name... Is CHARMAINE AND THE GENTLEMAN WHO IS A MANAGER..IS MR.RANDY.. VERY MUCH SATISFIED AND APPRECIATE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE KINDLY YOURS EFREN CALDOZA efrencaldoza@gmail.com

Amazing staff in Bermuda
We were so pleased to have found the Hamilton princess after moving from the Rosewood, the service was excellent from start to finish. We found genuine warmth from Peter, George and Rolly in the fairmont gold lounge. They really helped make our vacation a special one! The lounge was such a welcome Addition and we loved the idea of the honestly bat A big shout out to the amazing Tinisha in Crown & Anchor, who not only looked after superbly on property but invited ua to happy hour at Bacardi. Room was beautiful and an amazing view, we loved the vibe on the hotel. Our only jibe is the qr codes but can understand the environment ideals

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience and will certainly consider future offers from Luxury Link. Our visit exceeded our expectations and thank you, and the wonderful staff at the Hamilton Princess. Together you made this trip very memorable. On arrival at the property the lady at the front desk took great care of us and we actually got an exceptional room upgrade, way better than we expected, and loved our room. At check out, our bill was accurate and included all the benefits offered in your Signature Package, ie free breakfast, $100 Resort Credit, 4th night free. I was so impressed that the hotel fully recognized and totally honored your package, with no questions asked. Every member of staff we associated with at the hotel were really friendly, professional, hospitable and focused on us enjoying our stay. They were so well trained, but the hotel also deserves credit for selecting the right type of employee. We can’t wait to book another trip through Luxury Link and have already shared and recommended your website with several friends.
