Intrepid is Excellent
The food at Intrepid is very good and well worth the price. Our server Olena was very attentive and knowledgeable. One of the best restaurants in Bermuda for sure.

Great Time! Loved 1609 and Crown and Anchor!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Hamilton Princess and we highly recommend staying here! The rooms were lovely, the pools were fun and the location was excellent, within short walking distance of downtown Hamilton. Staff were courteous and helpful - we had a great time! Food was exceptionally good at 1609 and the servers we had, notably Paulene and Joy, were very helpful and enthusiastic and explained the various menu and drink options - it made for wonderful, memorable experiences at 1609! Our meals at Crown and Anchor were equally lovely, thanks to our server Ana who made sure everything was perfect for us. Thank you Hamilton Princess!

Gold Princess Treatment
Despite the unusual rainy weather, our stay at the Hamilton Princess was amazing! The cute pink umbrellas provided by the hotel allowed us to easily explore Front Street and get to the bus station to explore the rest of the island without any worries. Something so simple, yet highly appreciated! On top of that, the Gold team made every day great with their exceptional service. Rolly was so kind and attentive; and we looked forward to seeing him throughout the day. He truly provided service with a smile! In addition, Hannegil sent a special birthday surprise to our room which was absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to come back to Bermuda and would definitely upgrade to Gold at the Hamilton Princess - it was worth every cent!

Home at Hamilton Princess
Another amazing trip to the Hamilton Princess! This is our 4th time staying here over the past 5 years and we just love it. The city location is great for dining and especially Harbour Nights. The beach club is beautiful and relaxing, plenty of space and wonderful service. But don’t miss walking to the other two small beaches on the property. We had a great time exploring these more this trip. My kids are now 15 and 13, and even these teenagers have an amazing time and love coming back. Have to shout out Rolly, Pasquale and the wonderful team on the gold level. They make the hotel truly feel like coming home, even though it’s in the city and not your typical beach resort location. Highly recommend the Princess!

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience and will certainly consider future offers from Luxury Link. Our visit exceeded our expectations and thank you, and the wonderful staff at the Hamilton Princess. Together you made this trip very memorable. On arrival at the property the lady at the front desk took great care of us and we actually got an exceptional room upgrade, way better than we expected, and loved our room. At check out, our bill was accurate and included all the benefits offered in your Signature Package, ie free breakfast, $100 Resort Credit, 4th night free. I was so impressed that the hotel fully recognized and totally honored your package, with no questions asked. Every member of staff we associated with at the hotel were really friendly, professional, hospitable and focused on us enjoying our stay. They were so well trained, but the hotel also deserves credit for selecting the right type of employee. We can’t wait to book another trip through Luxury Link and have already shared and recommended your website with several friends.
