We had such a lovely stay at the Princess. It is a beautiful property with fantastic swimming pools and easy access to downtown shopping, restaurants and the ferry to travel by water all over the islands. But an extra big should out to Brian at the Crown & Anchor who so personably and attentively served us breakfast every morning and had great tips for seeing sights around the island. And to Momo, our fave bell service captain who always held the door, grabbed us cabs, and took the best photos of our group.

Beautiful hotel in great location close to the amenities at front street. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Sam at the pool who looked after us so well. Jitney to the beach club was well organised and the beach itself was great too.

We have stayed at the Hamilton Princess before, and we came back for a reason. This pink hotel on the marina has a different kind of energy from a typical resort, and that is exactly what we love about it. It is a city hotel, so Hamilton is a five-minute walk away, but you never feel like you have to leave. The marina is the heart of it. We spent a good part of every day watching the boats come and go, from little fishing boats to yachts that made us gasp. The view from the pool and restaurants is genuinely special. Our suite was newly renovated and a big step up from our stay two years ago. Plenty of storage, a beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds, blackout drapes, and very comfortable. The toiletries smell wonderful and leave your hair silky. The food was a highlight. At 1609, the seared tuna, snapper and the molten chocolate cake were perfect, and our server Josephine was outstanding. At Intrepid on our last night, the crab cake, the tenderloin with peppercorn cream, and the famous seven-layer chocolate cake were every bit as good as we remembered. Ashley greeted us as if we were old friends. Both restaurants overlook the marina, which makes dinner feel like an occasion. As a Diamond member I had access to the Fairmont Gold Lounge, and breakfast on the terrace overlooking the harbour was the quiet star of the trip. The service there was warm, attentive, and personal. Rolly, Peter, George and Pascal made our mornings special. We regretted not starting our mornings there sooner. The Princess Beach Club is a treat. The pink jitney ride is part of the charm, and the cove water is calm and crystal clear. Full food and drink service right to your chaise. Especially Rafael who remembered my Mom's favourite drink and greeted us with a smile each morning. The Beach Club restaurant was also excellent, great food and service with an incredible view. . Two honest notes. Housekeeping was not up to the Fairmont standard we are used to, and we had to ask for the floors to be cleaned. The beach club loungers, while lovely to look at, have no cushions and were hard on my mom's back. The pool chaises, by contrast, are wonderfully comfortable. Pool service was excellent, a special callout to Sam who took great care of us on our last afternoon. Would we return? We already have, and we will again. The mix of guests, locals, marina life, and dressed-up dinners makes this hotel feel alive in a way few resorts do. It is beautiful, it is warm, and it is unmistakably Bermuda.

I've been to the Hamilton Princess several times but this is my first review. The hotel is a lovely place to stay if you are visiting Bermuda either on business or for personal travel. The setting is beautiful and the hotel is ideally placed in town. They have a daily shuttle to a lovely beach club on the south shore of the island with a shallow, protected inlet that is perfect for children and families. Our room was comfortable with a great ocean view and is stocked with Le Labo amenities. The daily placement of water in the in-room refrigerator was a real treat. I also appreciated the well curated fashion in the resort shop.! The service was very good and the hotel was clean. Try to book in one of the newer wings. Also, I really appreciated my pool side server, Sam! If you have a chance, visit Intrepid, the fine dining restaurant at the hotel. The service was EXCELLENT and server, Julius, went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent experience. It's not cheap, but was well worth the price.

This place is truly magical in the food and service department. The grilled lobster with garlic sauce and filet in Intrepid was to die for. The fish sandwich on toasted raisin bread with slaw and in-house made scotch bonnet pepper sauce in Crown & Anchor was fabulous as was their high tea with an assortment of scones and baked goods. The Gold Floor staff made sure that everything else went smoothly during our stay with great coffee and service. The Beach club was like living an afternoon in a work of art with the beauty of Bermuda at our side, parrot fish in our waters, and incredible wahoo nuggets and sandwiches. The pool cabana was also smashing and so relaxing. We were pampered our whole trip by people like Rolly in the Lounge and Shea at the beach.

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience and will certainly consider future offers from Luxury Link. Our visit exceeded our expectations and thank you, and the wonderful staff at the Hamilton Princess. Together you made this trip very memorable. On arrival at the property the lady at the front desk took great care of us and we actually got an exceptional room upgrade, way better than we expected, and loved our room. At check out, our bill was accurate and included all the benefits offered in your Signature Package, ie free breakfast, $100 Resort Credit, 4th night free. I was so impressed that the hotel fully recognized and totally honored your package, with no questions asked. Every member of staff we associated with at the hotel were really friendly, professional, hospitable and focused on us enjoying our stay. They were so well trained, but the hotel also deserves credit for selecting the right type of employee. We can’t wait to book another trip through Luxury Link and have already shared and recommended your website with several friends.
