Great lunch!
We had a great afternoon lunch at 1609! Drinks and food was absolutely delicious and our waitress Olena was simply amazing and very helpful. We enjoyed it a lot and we’ll be back for sure!

Hamilton Princess is the Best!
There is not a bad thing for me to say about the Hamilton Princess. Everyone was so kind and the service was spectacular. We had a wonderful server at brunch at Crown & Anchor - Wahid. He made our brunch cozy and we were well taken care of. My partner and I went to the pool maybe three to four times and Sam was the absolute best. He took really good care of us and was so pleasant to chat with. And then everyone in the Fairmont Gold room were so great. We constantly had laughs and impeccable service from Rolly, George, Pascoal, and the other young man who was there late nights. Seeing them every morning for breakfast was one of the highlights of our day. Nadia did such a lovely job cleaning our room everyday. So many cozy touches and attentive service. The front of house staff at the Exhale Spa also took great care of us. The rest of the staff were wonderful. From the front desk, to the concierge, to the bell service., courtesy car driver, and etc. My mother, Mary Davis, has stayed here many times, and everyone takes such amazing care of her. It was wonderful to see how much the staff made her feel at home. I suggest to anyone considering staying at the Hamilton Princess to book without thinking twice!

Great pools and service
Second time at Hamilton Princess and also stayed at the Rosewood and the Loren. Love the Princess because it has the best pool - infinity, overlooking the bay. Sam at the pool is so attentive and polite. Always available but never too much. Great experience!

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience and will certainly consider future offers from Luxury Link. Our visit exceeded our expectations and thank you, and the wonderful staff at the Hamilton Princess. Together you made this trip very memorable. On arrival at the property the lady at the front desk took great care of us and we actually got an exceptional room upgrade, way better than we expected, and loved our room. At check out, our bill was accurate and included all the benefits offered in your Signature Package, ie free breakfast, $100 Resort Credit, 4th night free. I was so impressed that the hotel fully recognized and totally honored your package, with no questions asked. Every member of staff we associated with at the hotel were really friendly, professional, hospitable and focused on us enjoying our stay. They were so well trained, but the hotel also deserves credit for selecting the right type of employee. We can’t wait to book another trip through Luxury Link and have already shared and recommended your website with several friends.
