What an absolutely beautiful resort! We stayed in the beach house and it was everything we expected and more. The accommodations were beautiful and the customer service from the entire staff was 5 stars across the board. Patrick is the General Manager and was onsite, visible, and accessible every day speaking with all of the guests to ensure all was well. We had an issue with another hotel restaurant that he even stepped in and called their GM and resolved it for us without a moment’s hesitation. If you have an opportunity to stay at qualia, do it! It’s expensive but worth it and really is THE place to stay on Hamilton Island.

The beautiful turquoise waters are dotted with numerous islands, including Hamilton Island, which is Home to the Qualia resort. Our pavilion was a standalone spacious structure with stunning views. From driving around the resort in our golf buggy, it looked like all of the pavilions shared wonderful views. The resort was immaculately clean and the staff were of a calibre really seen anywhere. The food in the restaurants is in keeping with what you would expect from a quality establishment such as this. The spa was hard to stay away from because each visit was just so good. I can't wait until we can return for another enjoyable visit.

Have always loved staying at Qualia as a couple for a romantic get away, and more recently with a young adult. Both the Windward and Leeward pavilions are plainly furnished, but in keeping with the island theme. The beds are very comfortable and there are all the amenities you would expect in a 5 star resort. We enjoyed the lunch at Pebble Beach, breakfast and dinners at the Long Pavilion. The massages at Spa Qualia were among the best we have ever had (be sure to book). There are opportunities for water sports, snorkeling, golf, hiking and other activities. All the staff at every level were unfailingly friendly and accommodating - going out of their way to meet every request and often anticipate our needs, particularly Guest Services. The whole process of flying directly there, the check-in and check-out was seamless, save for the early timing of our Qantas arrival which meant we were too early to check-in and had lunch while our pavilion was made ready. Qualia remains our favourite resort.
