Each of our 75 rooms, suites and family residences come with a private lanai, ideal for reveling in island trade winds or admiring a colorful sunset. Hyatt refuses to refund
Hyatt refused to refund my deposit, when I was unable to get to the Hyatt Hana resort. After repeat calls to various personnel at resort and Hyatt guest escalation desk, no one would make a decision. Everyone sent me to another person. It was frustrating when I went full circle, and guest escalation desk said she would go back to hotel.

A Wonderful Anniversary Experience at the Hana Maui Resort by Hyatt!!
The entire staff at breakfast was great! Since we had an extended stay, we meet and got to know many of the staff at the resort and restaurant. They were very sweet and made us feel like family. All the drivers were very helpful and had great tips on things to do in HANA. In the Art gallery we found extraordinary gifts that helped tremendously with making the visit to Hana and the resort memorable. We had an incredible Anniversary experience and the resort and staff made it possible.

Best hotel to find peace and relaxation
It is a wonderful hotel if you want to find peace and relaxation. The staff is amazing and super helpful. I wish we stayed 2 nights. This is a must stop on the road to Hāna.

Tranquil Hawaiian Experience.
A true tranquil resort in NATURE. One of the best hotel resort in Maui away from it all. The staff is exceptional and very friendly, especially Selma, along with Lucy and Lou. They were all very pleasant and sincere. We loved our stay and we keep coming back for more. Thank you so much for having a wonderful hotel in Hana in nature.

We love Hana-Maui!
We had such a great stay at Hana-Maui Resort! 🌺 The staff were all so kind and welcoming, and a huge shoutout to Selma Kaiwi for her amazing customer service! She really went above and beyond for us. We lucked out with the best room, and the champagne gift for our vow renewal was such a sweet surprise. Everything about our stay was so relaxing and special. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful Maui getaway! ✨
