這次入住西子湖四季酒店的體驗非常溫暖。 從入住開始就感受到細緻而真誠的服務，讓人很放鬆、很安心。 特別感謝房務員 Star、前台 Maggie，以及 Bell Desk 的 Waing 和 Angel，每一位都親切專業。 下雨、天氣寒冷時主動準備雨傘，甚至貼心把物品直接送到房間，讓人不用深夜外出取物，真的很感動。 早餐時服務人員會留意是否需要補熱茶，上餐節奏也安排得剛剛好，可以慢慢享受早晨。 整體服務自然不做作，卻處處讓人感受到被照顧，是會想再回來的飯店。

On the shores of West Lake, the location is unparalleled—simply fantastic—and invites a leisurely round trip along the Su Causeway and its surroundings. And the hotel itself! A dreamlike place, with its beautiful gardens, magnificent buildings, and enchanting pavilions. Indescribable. The rooms are comfortable and completely silent. In the lobby, the guzheng is played live every afternoon, providing the perfect tone for the hotel’s perfect atmosphere. Excellent breakfast. For dinner, we tried Jin Sha, which serves traditional Chinese cuisine. It is important to note that the staff has an excellent command of English. My only regret is not having stayed longer

My stay at the Four Seasons was truly an exceptional experience. I would like to sincerely thank the reception team for their warm welcome and outstanding professionalism from the moment I arrived — they made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. A special thank you to the concierge lady for her exceptional service, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond to assist with every request. I would also like to express my appreciation to the room attendant for the beautiful handwritten messages and thoughtful gifts, which were such a lovely touch and will remain cherished memories of my stay. This has been the best hotel I have stayed at, it is a little expensive but it was well worth it. The staff are super helpful and you get so many extras. The Jin Sha restaurant is also very good as well. Highly recommended.

The hotel is out of this world. Being so close to the lake and near the botanical garden, the location is great for people who love greenery. The hotel staff is exemplary in their service. They are so helpful and always speak with a smile. Facilities such as pool and the breakfast is great! Would highly recommend this hotel.
