Capella Hanoi

The total score that I can say is 8.5/10. Ms Ha from Diva’s lounge really, really provided an amazing service to me. She asked me what kind of food that I didn’t consume, when she knew some of foods that I didn’t prefer, she talked to the chef for changing the ingredients, she also introduced the cuisine and the home make sauce in details. One thing that really surprised me was we had a talk for the tea named “Sleeping Beauty” during breakfast time, and I mentioned I really love that and understood this was Capella Hanoi directly imported from the manufacturer, and the guest cannot buy that. After 1 hour, Ms Ha all the sudden gave me few “Sleeping Beauty” tea bags, how amazing! She is the one who really listen to the guest and try her best to make the guest happy! Also, Nghia from Diva’s lounge, he was also the one who take care of me, he also talked to me during my dinner time, and he said sorry to me when the dessert was getting late because of the busy time at the kitchen. And when I listened to the jazz music another day, he asked me what kind of drinks that I wanted, I told him that I had a reservation at Koki, and would like to skip this time, after that, he proactively served me a glass of water. I did have a good conversation with Naomi, Liz, Nora and Thao. The deduction points were from Auriga Spa and the arrangement of farewell gift for my departure day from the hotel, I would like to say most of the points deduction especially from the uncertainty surrounding service and amenities of Auriga Spa. In general, good experience.

Great experience at the hotel, not only wowing the guests but anticipating your every needs. Massage with therapist Tuoi was amazing.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Excellent central location Booked through Amex FHR and received upgrade, they organised the room I requested excellent pre arrival service. We enjoyed their Restaurant with very good Vietnamese food. Coffee at breakfast could be better. Spa treatment very good. Service, as usual, at Capella very personalized.

We had the most incredible stay at Capella, I truly can't put into words how amazing this hotel is. It sits in the French Quarter in Hanoi and was our home away from home for 4 nights, we would experience the chaos of the streets and then breath a sigh of comfort and ease the second we stepped foot into the hotel. The service was the best i've ever experienced and we have traveled quite a bit - the service of every person on the property completely elevated our experience. They truly made you feel like the most important, special person at the hotel. 1000/10 would recommend staying here, cannot wait to come back!
