Capella Hanoi

Our heartfelt thanks to the entire Capella team—housekeeping, front desk, security, and restaurant staff. Every team member greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism. We were impressed by the thoughtful design throughout the property and the exceptional quality of service. The staff struck the perfect balance of being attentive and efficient without being intrusive, which we greatly appreciated as guests who value our personal space. Several details stood out to us: the offerings (e.g. drinks) and enclosed weight-lifting area in the gym provided excellent privacy, and the quiet air conditioning in the rooms allowed for truly restful sleep. The breakfast offerings, teas, cocktails were among the finest we've experienced—both the variety, local offerings and quality were outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the touches of history woven throughout the property. There was always an interesting corner where we could learn something new, presented in just the right amount of detail—educational without being overwhelming. This thoughtful curation enhanced our appreciation of the property's unique character. Thank you for providing such an exceptional stay in Vietnam. We will carry this memory with us fondly. We are honoured to have experienced the wonderful hospitality that Capella offers.

Our stay at Capella was excellent, we can't wait to stay again. This was our first visit to Hanoi and we loved the location and friendliness of the staff.

Capella Hanoi is such a beautiful hotel with so much character. The highlight of my stay was definitely happy hour in the lounge. The live jazz band created the perfect atmosphere. Relaxed and classy. The drinks were also interesting and well made, the small bites were delicious, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day exploring Hanoi. Highly recommend making time for happy hour here!

The spa… THE SPA! Hoa D and Helen were absolutely superb! My boyfriend and I have been for a massage, body scrub and now a facial, which were spectacular. The staff at the entire hotel is fantastic, kind, and the attention to detail is one of a kind. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this is easily the best one of my life. 10/10 recommend and will be back!
