Would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Absolutely stunning property unlike anything place I’ve ever stayed. The attention to detail is a true 6 star hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. Everyone stops to greet you and ensure you are comfortable. The room was so spacious and had such beautiful small touches. Breakfast in the morning was expansive and I loved the complimentary refreshments both in the lounge and in the room. Beautiful property and a must stay!

We had a perfect vacation, even exceeding our expectations. - Breakfast has many delicious Vietnamese dishes such as bun cha and pho. Many attractive options. The staff always create positive surprises. -Regarding the room, the living room concept is also great, including a nice bathroom. I really like having dinner at Michelin Japanese restaurant, especially the breakfast with rich Vietnamese-style coffee. -The hotel is located in a small neighborhood and opposite the Sofitel hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying there based on what we felt. Reception service is extremely excellent, you feel welcome from the moment you step off the bus. -The Spa Fitness area is also a place not to be missed. You were greeted by Justin as soon as you entered the elevator and of course, he always wants you to take advantage of all the amenities they have along with a great workout attitude. -Happy hour jazz program in the Living Room and attentive lobbying team This is a memorable place. You guys did a great job and made the guests feel nostalgic when they left because not only Justin but all the staff here are very professional and meticulous because I think this is their very strong point. Pro tip: If you're looking for a brand to elevate your travel and hospitality, this group is sure to meet all expectations. ❤️❤️❤️
