Capella Hanoi

The design of the place is typical of Ben Kingsley, so either you love it or not... We adore it.. To the hotel itself, service is very personalized, and each interaction is as genuine as possible. The rooms are a bit on the small side (we had 2 suites and they still felt slightly cramped somehow). But again, everything is faultless in design and execution, a true gem of a room, each detail being worked to perfection. Food is obviously on the pricey side (but that's to be expected). Breakfast spread is generous given the size of the hotel and their cappuccinos are "real ones" (but can take a bit of time to materialize on your table). Living room tends to be packed (not only by hotel guests...). Also of notice, the rooms we maybe noisier than expected, maybe something to keep in mind for light sleepers. The pool looks like an afterthought, even if a nice one. We'd return in a heartbeat.

What a lovely hotel. It was delightful to stay at Capella Hanoi. We were well taken care of - right from the airport (we booked an airport transfer through the hotel) until we left. In addition to the lovely, well appointed rooms with snacks, soft drinks, etc., there is complimentary Afternoon Tea, and Evening Live music and drinks and snacks in the lounge. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff are friendly and helpful. Minh and Dat were very nice and gave us useful suggestions. Capella Hanoi pays attention to the little details that make a big difference.

I have such a great time (At 1st I originally picked Capella Hanoi just because Blackpink stay here) But then my experience went far beyone my expectation. Huge thanks to Ngọc and Diệp 2 amazing staff members who took care of me from start to finish with incredible professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail

From the first minute you feel in heaven, the design, bar, restaurants. We had a mind blowing junior suite so comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best experience ever. Service above all. We would love to try another Capella in Asia. More than recommended
