Capella Hanoi

We stayed here for one night, the n.1 quality of this hotel is the impeccable service and the kind staff. N. 2 is that they’re very generous with champagne 🥂. The quality of decor and furnishings is very good quality. I need to mention tho that the windows are not very well sealed allowing the noise of the beeping and music from the outside in, so it wasn’t my best night sleep. Thanks again for the experience!

Justin was very helpful with the sauna / steam and cold plunge amenities. He also helped with anything needed in the gym as far as cold waters, towels and other locker room amenities.

Trainer Thien is very enthusiastic and cheerful. He helped me use the gym facilities and gave me lots of helpful training advice. I highly recommend trying the gym here it may be small, but it’s absolutely amazing.

Wow! What a hotel. The level of detail in the decor and atmosphere is unmatched. Each room has its own theme and is just luxurious and creative. Great location near the opera. Everyone who works there is attentive and knowledgeable. The jazz evenings are an extraordinary addition.
