Capella Hanoi

To use words like amazing, surprising and inspiring to speak about the Capella Hanoi would be understating how incredible this property is. From the moment you arrive, you are cared for in ways you did not even know you wanted. The rooms are spacious and designed for comfort and use. The food is out of this world (make a reservation for Koki if you have time), and the daily breakfast has so many choices you cannot try them all! The gym and spa also have everything you need from workout equipment to a pool, sauna and cold plunge. Justin, who works in the gym and spa, will also give you tips and stretching techniques if you need them. He and all of the staff are super friendly and make this a place you will want to come back to when you return to Hanoi. Five stars is not enough!

This was my first time visiting Vietnam, and I had a wonderful stay. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. I was especially impressed that they remembered my name and preferences. Although we are widely travelled I must rate the service at the Capalla Hanoi as the best we have experienced. From arival to departure the staff were attentive and set abut delighting at every opportunity. Unfortunately we were disturbed by nightworks outside the property but this was no fault of Capella.

This is my second time in this hotel, by far the best I visited. The ambiance is so unique but most importantly the staff is the best I’ve had in a hotel, generous, always smiling and attentive to details. The staff in the gym are also super helpful and dedicated. It made our stay so magical.
