A hotel worth experiencing. I had a few issues during check-in, but the staff were extremely helpful, so everything went smoothly. The room is very unique—unlike anywhere else. The gym is small, but quiet and well-equipped for a good workout. Thien was very helpful in showing me how to use the gym equipment and the sauna. Everything was great!

We had a wonderful stay at **Capella Hanoi**. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning interiors and an elegant atmosphere that makes every corner feel special. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. As we were traveling with young children, we really appreciated that our room was ready upon arrival, allowing us to check in immediately after our journey. That thoughtful gesture made a big difference to our family. We also loved the **happy hour** and the live **jazz music**, which created a unique and relaxing atmosphere in the evenings. The indoor swimming pool was beautiful and perfect for our children to enjoy. We had dinner at **Backstage Restaurant**, and the food was excellent. The staff made our children feel very welcome with coloring activities and little thoughtful touches, which we truly appreciated. We also booked our **Ha Long Bay tour** through the hotel. Everything was perfectly organized—from the comfortable luxury car to the knowledgeable guide. It was a seamless experience and made our trip completely stress-free. The hotel's location is another big advantage, situated close to Hanoi's luxury shopping area and within easy reach of many attractions. The only small disappointment was that the hotel did not offer a complimentary airport pick-up or shuttle service with our booking, something we noticed many other luxury hotels in Vietnam do provide. While this certainly didn't affect our overall experience, it would have been a lovely addition to an otherwise exceptional stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend **Capella Hanoi** to anyone looking for a luxurious, elegant, and welcoming hotel in the heart of Hanoi.

This is definitely an overrated Capella hotel in the world! Despite the fabulous hardware, the lack of service was deadly, as I encountered too many unprofessional staff members throughout the property. First of all, during check-in, my GHA app already showed that I had been upgraded to a Capella Suite. However, upon arrival, I was told that only a Deluxe Suite was available for upgrade. After 20 minutes of communication, they unwillingly gave me the Capella Suite, but the staff were not happy about it. This made me feel like a beggar. Secondly, that suite faced the street with 270-degree windows. At night, I heard loud music from the garden across the road, which made it impossible to sleep. So, I changed rooms with tired eyes. The worst part was that when I was about to sleep in the new room, a hotel staff member entered with a key without knocking! I was scared and completely awake. That staff member startled me, and I couldn't sleep the whole night. The unprofessional "manager" tried to cover things up by claiming that the staff did not open the door. I was furious, and no compensation was offered to me. Thirdly, their in-room dining was definitely not up to Capella standard. I ordered salmon, which ended up cold and salty, and a burger that came well-done even though I ordered medium rare. I told the manager that I didn't eat the meal and asked for it to be waived, but they were only happy to give a 30% discount. I unwillingly paid for food that was not up to standard. Fourthly, this is the first time I have encountered a manager chasing me after checkout for a beverage coaster that I took. Come on, it’s just a coaster! I paid more than 600 USD per night – it’s the most expensive hotel in Vietnam! I believe most luxury hotel brands offer some souvenirs to guests, but not this property. Despite all the problems I faced during the stay, the manager still insisted that the coaster be returned. So, I came back and returned it. A terrible stay with no compensation for the issues I faced, combined with the manager’s rude attitude, is completely unacceptable. This was a disappointing experience, and I will never return to this brand again.

I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and welcoming. I treated myself to both a massage and a facial, and they were absolutely exceptional. My therapist, Hoa, was outstanding. She was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. The massage was incredible and helped relieve so much tension, while the facial left my skin feeling super soft plus I swear I look younger. Hoa’s skill and attention to detail truly made the experience feel luxurious. I left feeling completely relaxed and revitalized. I highly recommend this salon, and if you have the chance, be sure to book with Hoa—you’ll be in excellent hands. I can’t wait to return!

Enjoyed every aspect of this hotel and spa. The service was very personalized and everyone was very accommodating. Nghil was especially attentive and made our stay even more enjoyable, taking the time to explain the coffees of Vietnam and the hotels coffee service, then seeking us out and checking in on us the next day as well. A very special hotel and worth a splurge if you are in Hanoi.
