Capella Hanoi

Great experience at the hotel, not only wowing the guests but anticipating your every needs. Massage with therapist Tuoi was amazing.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Excellent central location Booked through Amex FHR and received upgrade, they organised the room I requested excellent pre arrival service. We enjoyed their Restaurant with very good Vietnamese food. Coffee at breakfast could be better. Spa treatment very good. Service, as usual, at Capella very personalized.

We had the most incredible stay at Capella, I truly can't put into words how amazing this hotel is. It sits in the French Quarter in Hanoi and was our home away from home for 4 nights, we would experience the chaos of the streets and then breath a sigh of comfort and ease the second we stepped foot into the hotel. The service was the best i've ever experienced and we have traveled quite a bit - the service of every person on the property completely elevated our experience. They truly made you feel like the most important, special person at the hotel. 1000/10 would recommend staying here, cannot wait to come back!

We had blast at this hotel. The room is so big compare all other hotels in old quarter area. The service is excellent across all departments. Special thanks Sunny from SPA. I was able to have really relax treatment. The location of this hotel is quite too. Which is very appreciate in old quarter. However I did hear a loud music in morning wakes me up from outside. But it went away. For the food, I have to say I usually have low expectation in hotel food. But they offer best food in Vietnam so far a cross different category. I have been street food and normal restaurant in Vietnam. Still can’t believe that a hotel can offer this good quality of food.

I came to stay at the Capella Hanoi for the last leg of my birthday trip and had the best service of my life at this hotel. For my trip, I started off in Bangkok and stayed at the Mandarin Oriental there. I was very surprised at how their service was compared to their reviews by travel critics and certain lists. I cannot say that I got the experience that I hoped for, unfortunately. However, my stay at the Capella completely turned my entire trip around. When I got here, I found out that my room was upgraded to the Presidential Suite and from there, everything kept getting better. I love getting massage treatments and decided to get one here. Hoa D was my massage therapist and she did such an amazing job! I have traveled all over the world and have gotten massages from many different places and I think that many spas aspire to be like what I experienced here. Every knot I had was addressed and what was very wonderful was that the areas that I identified as needing extra attention, Hoa D focused on those areas first and ensured that I was comfortable. I recommend getting a spa treatment done here and I recommend Hoa D. I am very grateful that I came to stay at this hotel. Additionally, Liam was amazing the entirety of my stay. I think Capella is doing a wonderful job and is better than many places that are rated higher by critics. I think the only portion of my stay that was annoying was the 2 drink minimum per person at the rooftop bar. I didn't realize that was required and wanted to visit the bar before my dinner reservation in the hotel restaurant downstairs that was in 20 min. Before I could leave, I had to order another drink. It was something that added stress to my experience when I don't think it was necessary since I was a guest and about to have dinner in the hotel. But, the drinks were delicious! Overall, the most wonderful stay!!
