Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi

Had a five day stay in the opera wing Prestige suite with metropole club access and it lived up to our expectations. We were in town visiting our son and daughter-in-law who live here and have visited the hotel on several occasions for drinks or dinner over the past ten years but never stayed here. The service is world class, but lounge access was the highlight of our stay. We had breakfast there most mornings and although their selection was a bit limited compared to other in house options it was less crowded and had attentive and helpful servers. Giang especially went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed, and was also helpful making suggestions about possible gifts for our family here for Tết. The afternoon tea and evening cocktail hours were next level, though we didn’t always avail ourselves of these as we preferred cocktails at the Bamboo bar by the pool.

The most exclusive hotel in town, for sure, but worth every penny! Super attentive staff, classy decor, and an excellent breakfast buffet. Don’t miss the history tour which take visitors through 125 years of famous visitors and the „American“ war (including the bunker underneath the pool)

My husband and I arrived one day early before joining our Scenic Cruise Tour so we had the opportunity to enjoy a half day at the spa. We had two-hour body scrub and massage and. 75 minutes facial. We get messages all over the world, but this was one of the best. I highly recommend the hotel and spa.

I just want to use good spa after a long trip and decided to go to La Spa at Metropole Sofitel Hà Nội hotel. It was one of the best experience of spa I have in Vietnam. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Even though the hotel is located in the busy area of Hà Nội city center, it was very quiet inside the hotel. You can spend hours just to enjoy the French style design here. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. It was my first time using this service here, but I feel home. They waited patienly for me to drink tea while looking at the decoration of the hotel. The massage was excellent. I felt into sleep and woke up fresh. After the massage, they offered tea with some fruit cuts, just exactly what I like. Not much, but perfect! After enjoying the tea and snacks, I took time to go to the spa reception where the staffs were patiently waiting for me. I had the most relaxing afternoon there. Highly recommended!

We visited metropole for an afternoon at their spa and we were not disappointed! I told them it was our honeymoon and they decorated the rooms and gave us a few gifts. Arrive at least 30mins before your appointment because we were able to use the sauna, steam room, and shower! It was such a treat. The therapists were super talented and caring. After the service, we even had a lovely tea set with snacks to cap the afternoon. What a beautiful experience! Glad we could get a taste of the metropole without having to stay the night!
