Modern lodging in historic setting
Charming historic inn on campus of Dartmouth. Fully updated and tastefully decorated. We had a dog and our room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. Lovely shower and bathroom. In room refrigerator and Lavazza coffee was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Their restaurant, Pine, was excellent. Valet parking was easy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if ever in the area. We were visiting for the King Arthur baking classes held across the river in VT. Very convenient.

Great Stay
From the time we arrived to getting in our car to depart we felt valued and appreciated! Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The dinner and breakfast at Pine were both special and delicious! We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!

The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and cozy. Perfect location for visiting Dartmouth and walking into town.

Solo on a Research Trip - worth the money
Great location right on the edge of Dartmouth's campus and next to other shops and restaurants. The rooms are large but very cozy. The beds and pillows are very soft, so if you're someone who prefers a firm mattress or pillow it may be a little uncomfortable. It was very quiet and very clean. The staff is very helpful, and as a solo traveler I felt very safe.

Always lovely!
We’re stayed at Hanover Inn many times now, since our son began his studies at the college. It is a very well-run operation. It’s such a beautiful hotel. The lobby, with its fireplace, is so welcoming. We enjoyed some programming at the Inn that was seamless. Good breakfasts and lunches too.
