A long stay in Cohiba!
We are so happy after staying at Melia Cohiba. From day one They where so nice to us. The hotel is very clean and the staff is so nice. We got so much help from Anilec in the reseption from day 1. 10 of 10 at out stay. We would come back! ☺️

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An Unforgettable Stay at Meliá Cohiba – The Level My stay at Meliá Cohiba – The Level in Havana was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The Level staff — especially, Jeidi, and Keisi — were outstanding. Always smiling, helpful, and going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A huge thank you to Jeidi, who truly made the experience special with his enthusiasm, attention to detail, and personal care — she’s a true credit to the hotel. What made my stay even more memorable was a thoughtful birthday surprise arranged by the team: a beautifully presented bottle of Havana Club rum, chocolates, and a personalised note waiting in my room. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and truly appreciated. The Level lounge itself is a serene, elegant space with great city views and top-tier service. Every detail — from the meals to the overall atmosphere — was spot on. If you're visiting Havana, I highly recommend staying at Meliá Cohiba – The Level. It's luxurious, welcoming, and the staff make all the difference. I’ll definitely be back. Muchas gracias!

Amazing experience thanks to Lizeet
The hotel is super cool! Best breakfast ever and a special thanks to Lizeet who has been amazing with us! The room was unbelievably spacius and the services were fine too.
