Excellent customer service, the staff is the best. Rodolfo and Yaneisy with flower decoration enhance the place. Indira and Nivia, in Customer Service assisted us all the time and were very caring. The staff of Cobijo Real, also the best. The Security team also took care of us like family. No words enough to thank them all for the lovely attention even of those that I don't know their names. For sure, a place to recommend and to return to.

I just completed an exceptional 8-night stay at Meliá Cohiba in Havana, staying exclusively in The Level — and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The location overlooking the Malecon and the vibrant Vedado area was perfect, and the comfort of the rooms paired with panoramic views made every moment memorable. The Level service consistently exceeded my expectations with a level of personalized attention that felt both welcoming and effortles. Thanks for the special gift received upon my arrival. In particular, I want to extend a sincere thank-you to Stella, Amanda, and Heidi from The Level team office — their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made my stay especially remarkable. Whether it was anticipating needs before I even voiced them or delivering service with a smile, they truly embody thoughtful hospitality. Overall, the blend of elegant accommodation, attentive staff, and high-quality service at The Level made my Havana visit unforgettable. I went to Meliá Cohiba just to meet a friend, without expecting anything special… and ended up having an excellent dining experience at the hotel’s Italian restaurant. From the beginning, the quality of the products stood out — everything tasted very fresh and well selected. The focaccia is an absolute must-try, perfectly baked and full of flavor. I also tried the fresh pasta al limon, delicate and refreshing, and the entrecôte was simply outstanding: juicy, very tasty, and served with a black truffle sauce that was perfect — elegant, balanced, and not invasive at all, letting the flavor of the meat shine.

Excellent in every way! The hotel and the service is wonderful but the staff is simply amazing, truly kind and professional. Special thanks to Ramiro and Malliet for their guidance, recommendations and hospitality. Hope to see you again!
