"The Level" is truly Next Level
I was invited to stay on the 20th floor (The Level) and it was a wonderful experience. Between the lovely staff, the breathtaking agriculture, and the view, it left me wanting to come back! Power never went out and the food and drinks were always fresh. Special shout out to Yeni, Yula, Marioles, Mara, and Julio for the VIP service!

The only problem was paying since you can't pay in dollars, you could only pay by Cuba card, that is, if you don't have relatives in Cuba you have to consume outside the hotel. Otherwise, all good.

Experience
Ok I have to specially thank Liset (I hope I got her name right) from breakfast time she is outstanding when it comes to customer service I can’t say enough good things about her, now there was a woman (Yanet I think was her name) VERY UNHELPFUL VERY UNFRIENDLY, and there was this young tall skinny security who asked me for a perfume for his wife and that I found very odd , I wasn’t sure if it’s a Cuban thing but I did not find that appropriate, everything else was fine, thank you all.
