Best Hotel in Havana!!!
First class service goes a long way. Despite energy challenges out of their control, I had another wonderful stay at Cohiba in Havana. Special kudos to the ladies at the Level Desk ESTELA & HEIDI, whom went out of their way to accommodate all our requests. I also have to call out the staff at the Level lounge for their excellence service and friendly attitude. This is the best Hotel in Havana and it is not even close. Note: By the way the view of the ocean is breathtaking. You just can't make that up ❤️

Very Pleasant Stay
We had a wonderful stay at the Meliá Cohiba with our family and friends. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome, and the hotel provided a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy our vacation. A special thank you goes to Indira, who truly made our stay even more enjoyable. She was always kind, attentive, and ready to help with any questions we had or suggestions we needed. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made a real difference, and we are very grateful for all her support. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so memorable.
