A magnificent base for an unforgettable African experience, Kruger Park Lodge is also a burgeoning oasis. Lush green lawns, dense woodlands and flowing water populate this Legacy Hotels & Resorts International affiliate residing on the banks of the Sabie River, just minutes from the Kruger National Park gate in northeastern South Africa. Casual style sets the tone for a gracious stay in the riverside lodge or luxury cottages, whose views of the river, woodlands or mountains mean grand natural beauty and fabulous bird watching at every turn.

it is a pleasure to stay in this well-run resort. All staff members are so friendly and very helpful, we love this well-maintained, and its setting is a paradise on earth.

Overall our experience was good although the food at the resaurant was not up to standard and the monkeys are becoming aggresive and a nuisance.

I was breath taken by the entrance of the lodge, then the animals as you drive through to the reception area, then the friendly staff, then driving to the rooms where we were sleeping in was also beautiful, this was just an amazing experience, the lodge in its entirety is just spectacular. My family enjoyed it so much, and its kids friendly which is a big plus.

A few days at KPL was just wonderful, lush green gardens, the Sabie river in full flow, beautiful walks and time to just relax. G's Bistro is good and all in all we only encountered friendly staff.

This was our first stay at the Kruger Park Lodge, what a gem! it is beautifully maintained, the grounds are immaculate, the units are nice size, clean, and have everything you could possibly need. They also each have inverters which is a bonus if needed. Wifi available throughout the resort. Restaurant nice and big with very friendly staff. They have a Gary Player designed 9 hole golf course, which is also very well maintained, my husband and kids played a round, lovely course. Within 1km of a big shopping centre with a Woolies, Checkers and many other stores, very convenient. 10km from one of the Kruger gates which was also great. So all in all a really great weekend, we will definitely be going back next year!
