Kruger Park Lodge

I recently stayed at Kruger Park Lodge from 22 to 29 May and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience The check-in process at the main gate was professional and welcoming However, upon arriving at the front desk I noticed that the staff seemed distracted and unwelcoming They were chatting and laughing among themselves, which gave the impression that they had forgotten I was there to check in. As someone who owns a lodge myself I understand the importance of professional and courteous service and unfortunately, this aspect of my stay did not meet expectations That said I was very pleased with the restaurant, which was excellent, and the accommodation was perfect with a great location close to Kruger National Park During check-out I also noticed that the front desk staff appeared busy with their phones and only recognized my presence after a moment which further highlighted the need for improved attentiveness I hope that on my next visit, the front desk service will reflect the same high standard of professionalism as the rest of the lodge experience I appreciate your attention to this matter

Home away from home. Relaxing and well looked after resort with many activities and very friendly staff

Always enjoy our stays at this well run resort which is close to Kruger Park. .Several other attractions close by, also two big shopping centres

This is a great resort, whether you want to use it as a gateway to the Kruger park or just hang around and relax, they've got you covered.

We loved everything about the place, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The view is to die for, everything was beautiful
