A fantastic resort for the family. The grounds are large so walking around was great. The resort is clean & the staff are all very friendly & personable. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a tranquil setting & great activities to engage in. The highlight is the hippo hide!

Weekend break
Serene surroundings with lovely walkways and Hippo hide which was spectacular at sunset. Perfectly situated close to the Kruger National Park. The accommodation and resort are well maintained and reception staff very friendly.

Enjoyable Bush Break
Perfectly situated close to the Kruger National Park. The accommodation is well maintained. The restaurant on site provides good quality reasonably priced food and drinks. Good entertainment for the kids in the school holidays. Swimming pool, putt putt, trampolines, tennis courts, Pickle Ball and golf course adds to the value of the stay.

Feedback of my stay
I recently stayed at Kruger Park Lodge from 22 to 29 May and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience The check-in process at the main gate was professional and welcoming However, upon arriving at the front desk I noticed that the staff seemed distracted and unwelcoming They were chatting and laughing among themselves, which gave the impression that they had forgotten I was there to check in. As someone who owns a lodge myself I understand the importance of professional and courteous service and unfortunately, this aspect of my stay did not meet expectations That said I was very pleased with the restaurant, which was excellent, and the accommodation was perfect with a great location close to Kruger National Park During check-out I also noticed that the front desk staff appeared busy with their phones and only recognized my presence after a moment which further highlighted the need for improved attentiveness I hope that on my next visit, the front desk service will reflect the same high standard of professionalism as the rest of the lodge experience I appreciate your attention to this matter
