Problems from the start. When arriving the elevator in the park garage was out of service with only a cone to designate it as such. Once walking in the front doors- we were met with a very unpleasant sewage like smell. Hoping the smell would disappear - nope, got to the room and it was still lingering. In our first room- the A/C was subpar and had a burning smell. The toilet wouldn’t flush either. With no success from maintenance - we were moved to a second room. The air barely worked, the toilet continued to run and the smell was still present. Not to mention the second elevator fiasco. We were on the fifth floor- the elevator down button was inoperable. Other buttons in the elevator also failed to work which caused the doors not to open - leaving me inside stationary. All this to say, we did not feel comfortable staying. It was honestly like a ghost town- very few people. And….. not to mention the lack of directional signs from the parking garage that caused me to meet several locked doors with no guidance of how to return to the lobby. We checked out - and the front desk did not honestly seem shocked. Pictures online and reviews are subpar and definitely do not give a true picture of what is there.

This is your place to come if you need to rest, relax and to recharge your batteries. This Hotel is Great! The staff from the Groundskeeper, to housekeeping, reception staff all the way up the ladder are very friendly and Helpful. We had a few minor incidents and when I spoke with Mary Valenzuela the Assistant Manager she was more than happy to correct the issue and make it right. We used to go to the Las Vegas Strip and stay but no more. The place is our NEW home away from home. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff go above and beyond to make sure the rooms are clean and comfortable for your stay here. They have a nice gift shop that serves Starbucks coffee and other accessories in case you forgot to bring something. The restaurant and bar serves good food and beverages and again the staff is very friendly. They treat you like family here. Don’t take my word for it, come here yourself and give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

We are no strangers to Hilton hotels as we have used them almost exclusively for over a decade. I’ll get this out of the way - the rooms were spacious, clean and the beds very comfortable. We were upgraded because I don’t think there is 40 people staying in the entire hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent and service was good. The lacking - if you don’t use valet parking (which isn’t always available) you have to park in a parking garage about half a city block away. All the first floor are valet spaces so during our stay, the entire first floor was vacant. We parked on the second floor because we didn’t want to get towed for not paying for valet. Normally not an issue but had to carry all luggage down the stairs because the garage elevator was not working and blocked off. The pool is large but only open during the day until 6pm. Be nice if it was open later but they have two lifeguards on duty at all times. Food at the pool as well as drinks were good. No complaints. Seems it was built in the 90’s but probably doesn’t have the lodgers it’s built for due to all the resorts in close by Las Vegas. Again, the stay was good. If you want relatively quiet, try this hotel.

Nice hotel with some disadvantages 1. pool closes at 6: pm, absolutely no go for a „resort“ ( everybody likes to go for sightseening the day and relax at the pool in the evening! What a strange idea to close it so early!) 2. we had a room at the 8. floor under the roof and it was little noisy (for sich an expensive room no go number two) For the rest: nice hotel with very good service, good breakfast and dinner and a funny corny hotel complex (for the ones who like). We wouldn‘t stay here again because of 1.
