We are no strangers to Hilton hotels as we have used them almost exclusively for over a decade. I’ll get this out of the way - the rooms were spacious, clean and the beds very comfortable. We were upgraded because I don’t think there is 40 people staying in the entire hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent and service was good. The lacking - if you don’t use valet parking (which isn’t always available) you have to park in a parking garage about half a city block away. All the first floor are valet spaces so during our stay, the entire first floor was vacant. We parked on the second floor because we didn’t want to get towed for not paying for valet. Normally not an issue but had to carry all luggage down the stairs because the garage elevator was not working and blocked off. The pool is large but only open during the day until 6pm. Be nice if it was open later but they have two lifeguards on duty at all times. Food at the pool as well as drinks were good. No complaints. Seems it was built in the 90’s but probably doesn’t have the lodgers it’s built for due to all the resorts in close by Las Vegas. Again, the stay was good. If you want relatively quiet, try this hotel.

Nice hotel with some disadvantages 1. pool closes at 6: pm, absolutely no go for a „resort“ ( everybody likes to go for sightseening the day and relax at the pool in the evening! What a strange idea to close it so early!) 2. we had a room at the 8. floor under the roof and it was little noisy (for sich an expensive room no go number two) For the rest: nice hotel with very good service, good breakfast and dinner and a funny corny hotel complex (for the ones who like). We wouldn‘t stay here again because of 1.

One of the worst Hilton experiences I had had in years. Poor signage throughout the resort so spent way too much time trying to find things or backtracking (including parking, had to move my car after check-in due to poor signage). Staff was both rude and incompetent. Breakfast buffet was a joke, $30 for what you would get a Hampton Inn, no omelette bar, powdered eggs, etc. Went to the pool at 6pm (105 degrees outside and sunny) and 2 security guards showed up and said they had to escort me out because the pool was closed even though there was no signage. It’s awesome to be a loyal diamond member and be escorted out of the pool by security like a criminal. Manger said it was my fault because the pool was closed. This seems like a dying resort and Hilton should invest or let it die but calling it a resort is a stretch.

Beware, the hotel smells like sewage, ac did not work well in the room, overall very run down / out dated interior. The pool is nice, however the spa is broken. The spa looks like it has been out service for awhile becuase dirt and leaves sit in the bottom of the empty spa. For the amount I paid for a King Suite, the hotel does not match that investment.

The place smells like sewage and is very outdated. The air conditioning in the room was not good as the room was warm the entire time. The pool atmosphere was like a retirement home and the pool attendant was very rude and unwelcoming and actually made all of us feel uncomfortable. He was constantly looming and made me feel like we were not welcome. I will say there are some nice people working here like in the gift shop and the restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone that is looking to have a respectful good time as this place is more like a retirement home.
