Our stay at One&Only Portonovi was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The property itself is stunning, with beautifully designed rooms, immaculate facilities, and breathtaking views of the bay. A special thank you to Alexa (bellman), Alexa (chef), Ivana at the front desk, and Marco our waiter( both tapsake and breakfast), they were all incredibly professional, helpful, and truly made our stay even more memorable. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality stood out and elevated our entire experience. The dining was outstanding, and every meal felt like a special occasion. Went there just for breakfast. Food was amazing and the service was perfect. Chef Vlado did amazing job preparing the food and servers Ana and Damir were very charming and professional. They made our short break very enjoyable. Will definitely come again!

We had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. Petar greeted us on the balcony with a very pleasant reception and immediately made us feel comfortable. He also took the time to guide us through the facilities, explaining everything clearly and being incredibly helpful and attentive. What impressed us even more was the kindness of the entire team. From the bell boys and reception staff to the waiters, housekeeping, and the gentleman in the gym, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to see such consistency in service across the whole staff. The atmosphere, attention to detail, and overall hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We felt well taken care of at every moment and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality experience.

Every time we return to One&Only Portonovi, we are reminded why this hotel stands at such an exceptional level of professionalism and hospitality. The standard is remarkable , not only in luxury and facilities, but in the genuine warmth, dedication, and care shown by the entire team. What truly impresses us is the consistency. With each visit, we are once again amazed by how kind, attentive, and accommodating the staff are to us and to every guest. Even our friends who came on our recommendation experienced the same outstanding service. The team always goes above. For example, as our brother is diabetic, the culinary team thoughtfully prepared a special sugar-free dessert just for him , a gesture that meant a great deal to us. We would also like to especially highlight Chef Andjela Vujovic, young and beautiful, yet with truly impressive culinary experience. She made every effort to accommodate all of our requests (and we must admit, we can be quite demanding when it comes to food😅😅😅). Not only did she meet our expectations, but every dish and every dessert was absolutely exceptional and incredibly delicious. Her talent, dedication, and attention truly made our stay unforgettable. We would also especially like to thank Petar Dobrović ( our first call, when we come back) , for his professionalism and warmth.His dedication, professionalism, and warmth make a lasting impression and elevate the entire guest experience. One&Only should be truly proud to have professionals like them on their team.
