Wanted to try the first European version of One & Only as had good experiences there before. But really not the experience or quality we are used to. Architecture is of course subjective, but not really to my taste and below usual and authentic design feel of other O&O resorts. Service clearly sub par both upon arrival, in room and pool/beach service although good individuals. Still young and too many new/temp workers to give the personal service feel. Brought it to mgmts attention several times, but couldn’t really do anything about it.

They remembered our names, preferences, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt valued. Rooms: Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly designed with stunning views of the bay. The attention to detail in the furnishings and amenities made it feel like a private sanctuary. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the in-room technology was modern yet intuitive. Dining: Every meal was a highlight. We dined at several of the on-site restaurants and were blown away by the quality of the food. From fresh Adriatic seafood to expertly crafted cocktails, everything was world-class. The breakfast spread was also phenomenal—abundant, fresh, and beautifully presented. Spa & Wellness: Chenot Espace deserves special mention—easily one of the best spa experiences we’ve had. The facilities are cutting-edge, and the treatments left us feeling refreshed, balanced, and completely relaxed. Activities & Location: The location offers the perfect mix of tranquility and adventure. Whether relaxing by the infinity pool, exploring the picturesque coast, or taking a private boat tour to nearby villages, there was always something to do. The concierge arranged everything effortlessly

The location, resort and villa were lovely. The beach was beautiful! Service went above and beyond. One & Only deserves its reputation.
