Beautiful , charming oasis . Wonderful people work here. Rooms big and cozy and beautiful- anything you need. Gorgeous room design. Very comfortable bed and bedding , furniture indoors and out doors , shower , bathtub , toilet - everything is thought thru to a detail. I loved it. Well made , well maintained, wonderful experience. Beach white sand clear blue water - gorgeous! Gym - amazing ! Very friendly and helpful trainers. Spa - wow ! Chenot treatments are a must , I was skeptical until I tried it - next level - it really had an effect on my physical and psychological wellbeing. But the people who work here … are the warmest kindest friendliest humans on this earth. Every single one of them , from managers to the housekeeping , I don’t know how to explain, I felt loved and cared about here. It’s a special place.

I went on this trip for my birthday celebration with friends and it was the best decision ever. The room was super luxurious, staff was very accommodating. They even gave me a birthday cake, and their atention to details was incredible. We had room with sea view, which was spectacular. Sabia restaurant where we had dinner was also amazing, wait staff were amazing and i just don't have enough words to describe how beautiful everything was. Cant wait to visit One and only again.

One&Only Portonovi has an impressive arrival experience. Access to the property is through a security checkpoint, and upon arrival I was greeted by the bell team and valet service. Parking is complimentary. The entrance is beautifully designed, with views toward the sea, and new guests are welcomed with a drink—mine was a warm blend of cinnamon and honey—while check-in is completed on the terrace. I stayed in Room 312, which had two large twin beds and a beautifully designed interior. The room featured wood panelling, textured finishes, a well-appointed bar area, benches at the foot of the beds, and excellent lighting. The bathroom was spacious, with two sinks, a bathtub, separate shower and WC rooms, and a generous amount of storage. The terrace was also lovely, offering a side view of the waterfront. Pools & Wellness The outdoor pool area is stunning, especially at sunset. The indoor pool is large and pleasantly heated, with a small water-massage section—though the controls were difficult to operate. The steam room was excellent; however, the dry sauna was only just above 40°C, which felt too cool. The hammam area looked beautiful and appeared mainly intended for spa treatments. The gym is exceptional—one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel—with high-quality equipment and views over the water and pool. The twice-daily fitness sessions were excellent; we did a morning balance session that was very enjoyable. Tapasake Pool is adults-only from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., with limited loungers and the Japanese restaurant located right beside it. There is also a shallow pool with outdoor seating nearby. One downside was the Wi-Fi, which was noticeably slow throughout the stay. Beach Despite the cooler October weather (around 18°C), the beach service was very attentive. Staff quickly set up loungers with padding, towels, and water. The views are beautiful, with the mountains and bay creating a peaceful setting. Issue With Deposit Hold The main problem occurred after checkout. A €600 hold was placed on my card at check-in, which is standard, but it was not released afterward. When I contacted the hotel by email, I was told it was an issue with the bank. After speaking with my bank, it became clear the amount was still held by the hotel. I eventually had to file a dispute/fraudulent-charge report to get the funds returned. As of now, I am still waiting for the resolution, even though my stay was from 17–19 October. Overall The resort is beautifully designed, with excellent facilities and thoughtful service during the stay. However, the unresolved issue with the deposit hold significantly affected the overall experience. I hope this is addressed promptly, as it does not reflect the standards expected from a property of this level.

Each day offered the chance to savour distinctive cuisine from different nations. The staff demonstrated an exemplary work ethic, promptly resolving any issues and providing invaluable assistance.
