One&Only Portonovi

I really enjoyed my vacation at the one and only Portonovi because the people working there were excellent , I was very impressed with how kindly they treated us, all of them in the hotel, bravo! Starting from breakfast, Alexa from the kitchen took great care of our table, always asking if we needed something, and what touched me most was that he even prepared food for our road trip back to Greece since we didn’t have time for breakfast that showed how much he truly cares. At Tapasake restaurant, the atmosphere was amazing, and the team there were all smiling and helpful with our food and drinks. Especially Mayioushi, he was excellent, always checking that we had everything, that we were comfortable and happy such a great person and very professional. The barman also recommended great drinks that made our evening even better. The spa area was an amazing experience as well; the lady at the office helped us choose the right treatment and took very good care of us. And finally, Petras at the reception after a long and tiring trip, he was so kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and leaving a great impression. Everything was truly perfect bravo to all the team for their wonderful hospitality!

We always feel valued staying with the One & Only group. Our stay was to relax and recharge & we did just that. We also celebrated my husband’s birthday & our wedding anniversary. On arrival to our room , we had cake, fruit, a bottle of bubbly & rose petals. A lovely touch - thank you. The housekeeping staff always went above and beyond. They were so polite and happy too. Harsha, Ragu, Mahesh & Bibin kept our room pristine. I enjoy chatting to staff & found these guys so charming. Thank you Ana in the restaurant was diligent towards my husband He was feeling a little under the weather, she recommended a ginger & honey tea. Julietta knew the area really well. She recommended places to visit etc. she was so efficient & not overwhelming. All staff go about their duties in a professional manner. No one is rushing about looking flustered. One & Only offer amazing service & know how to look after you.

We have very good time in One&Only Portonovi - super hotel, good service, exellent food ;-) Really recommend to go and spend good time in this wonderfull country

We were there for an event and the organization and staff could not have been better. Helpful and the amenities were top rate. Beautiful hotel! Nice to have the town of Portonovi right there as well.
