The Marine

Wonderful stay. The location is great, I saw whales from the coast close to the hotel, which was delightful. The food was fantastic the best food in the region. The chefs catered to my needs and requests. The main course dishes were well balanced and seasoned very well. The deserts were mouth watering and very creative.. The cleanliness was excellent and the rooms were kept very clean, throughout the stay. The beds were also very comfortable.

We had two beautiful rooms with sea view, complimentary mini bar and turndown service (even with a hot water bottle!). Breakfast and dinner at The Pavilion were excellent too. Can absolutely recommend!

The hotel looks amazing with the refurbishment.the colours are lovely and the rooms have lovely ambience.Breakfast is tastefully prepared. Mot of the team are very service orientated. I do think there may be resource shortages as I had to request my room to be cleaned properly.

We had a wonderful stay at The Marine Hotel in Hermanus. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a luxurious home from home. The décor is absolutely beautiful, creating such a warm and homely atmosphere, while the breathtaking ocean views make it even more special. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and what really made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful. Brian was fantastic, and the ladies on reception were equally amazing, always going above and beyond with a smile. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would highly recommend The Marine Hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort and outstanding hospitality. We can't wait to come back!
