Highly recommend!
Forth year in a row that we've done the Chic Retreat package. Excellent as always. The room was gorgeous, the food lovely, & the staff attentive. The spa is exceptional. Special mention to Jayshree, manager in the spa, who provided excellent customer service, & made us feel like valued guests! We look forward to returning!

Afternoon tea was not the experience it should be
Afternoon tea should be about the experience and sadly the experience was not that nice ! Our waiter did not get a lot right , he didn’t bring our champagne as we chose that option . He didn’t bring the sandwiches we asked for and he also didn’t offer another tea. The sandwiches and scones were very nice thanks to the kitchen . However it was not value for money. I did mention it to the girls when I paid but they said sorry but that was all. Poor atmosphere and it was awkward.

The best spa EVER!
Incredible stay at Sopwell House. We stayed the night and had access to the Cottonmill Spa, I don't think I could ever visit another spa now!! Absolutely wonderful, relaxing, luxurious stay. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

2nd Stay at the Mews!
Second stay at the mews. Incredible room. Very comfortable bed. Highly reccomend going to the Cottonmill Spa. Excellent breakfast choices.

Amazing Service
Clara was beyond amazing!! She made our meal at Omboo incredible with her top-notch service. Order and food was taken promptly, she was extremely personable to talk to and was an absolute joy to have her as our waitress. Highly recommend and is a credit to Sopwell House!
