Sopwell House- always relaxing.
I would like to highlight the excellent customer service at Sopwell House. Yes, as a venue it is a comfortable and visually pleasing location, but what really makes the difference is attention to detail and customer service. In the Orangery is a person who takes this to heart; Venkata Rama Krishna! Listening to customers, and responding in a thoughtful and honest way makes that difference -where you want to go back! (Now, for the chefs in the brasserie to please put the chocolate tarte back on the menu) The spa reception staff- thank you today for your help, patience and charm! These things are really appreciated.

Unforgettable Hen do
We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel last night for my joint hen do with a groups of my girls. We had afternoon tea which was very yummy and had lots of flavour. We used the spa facilities which is beautifully laid out and very clean. We stayed at the hotel too where we had a stunning room with the most comfiest bed to sleep on. The bathroom was modern and stylish too. We had breakfast this morning in the brassier which had lots of variety. This hotel is one of the prettiest I have visited in a long time where the staff are very helpful and welcoming. We had a particularly good lady who helped us (Val Hitchman) she was very professional, beautifully dressed and was on hand to make our day extra special. Would highly recommend this overnight stay and spa to all of my friends and can’t wait to go back in the near future.

Best afternoon tea
Visited with family for afternoon tea, experience and food were amazing, sandwiches were great and pastries even better, great tea selection also. Staff were all friendly and attentive - would recommend!

Lovely Afternoon Tea
I celebrated my 40th with my family at Sopwell House where we had the most lovely Afternoon tea. I have had lots of Afternoon teas and I have to say this one was up there as on of the best and could rival any London hotel! Well priced also. The food was fresh, the cake selection to die for and the sandwich’s were a great selection flavour wise. They also catered very well for the two vegan guests in our group. Lovely setting and a lovely selections of tea too. I would definitely recommend.
