We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya, Israel, for five nights at the end of June, and we returned again for our final night before flying home because our first stay was so exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, every member of your team made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The level of service was consistently outstanding and exceeded all of our expectations. A special thank you goes to Michelle, who welcomed us so warmly upon arrival. She immediately made us feel at home, answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism, and ensured that our stay got off to a perfect start. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests set the tone for an unforgettable experience. We would also like to recognize Henry, the bellman, who was incredibly helpful with our luggage and made sure everything was handled smoothly all the way to our car during checkout. Danilo made every visit to the pool enjoyable. He was always attentive, helped us order food, and offered excellent restaurant recommendations in the area that we truly enjoyed. At the spa, Viktoria welcomed us with a wonderful tour and made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the very beginning. During our stay, we celebrated two very special milestones—our 20th wedding anniversary and our older daughter’s high school graduation before she begins college next year. We were deeply touched to receive wine, chocolates, and a beautiful handwritten card from Ori Zommer. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebrations even more meaningful and memorable. Breakfast each morning was another highlight of our stay. The variety, freshness, quality of the food, and the exceptional service made every morning something we looked forward to. What impressed us most was the consistency. When we returned for our final night, we received the same outstanding level of hospitality. It confirmed that our wonderful first experience was not a coincidence—it is clearly part of the culture of excellence at your hotel. We travel to Israel every year to visit family, and after this experience, The Ritz-Carlton Herzliya has become our preferred hotel. We look forward to returning year after year and creating many more wonderful memories with your exceptional team. The reception is good the location excellent the rooms are clean and the food 10 one of the best hotel in Israel good parking and amazing view🤩

I love this hotel. Modern, great and warm service, the best breakfast in Israel at the Herbert Samuel restaurant. They also have bottled the amazing smell that permeates the hotel to bring home! Thank you for the pinukim and can’t wait to come back! Special shout out to Shelley and Ori who made our night so special.

I can not thank enough the entire team at Ritz Carlyon Hertzliya . Every single employee was so caring , so kind and looked after me and my colleague as we we came for 2 day business trip and stack during Iranian conflict, unable to fly home due to closed air space . Dear Tamara , Poli , Anastasia , Liza , Yakov , Lev, Maria T, Shachar, your warmth and kindness was just like shield and hugs in a difficult time. Zack has found a doctor and converted my UK prescription for medication when I run out . Moshe went with me to pharmacy to help to get everything I need. Thank you Tor - the Pomeranian dog that was there for cuddles ! Everything was perfect, the Rooms . Facilities, Food . Israel is a beautiful country of beautiful people inside and outside .
