The Ritz-Carlton Herzliya

From the moment we arrived at The Ritz-Carlton Herzliya, we were welcomed like family. Zack and Niv from Guest Relations, Tal, Yael, and David at the front desk, and Henry with our luggage made check-in seamless and warm. Our Marina-facing suite was immaculate and luxurious, with breathtaking views of the sea. Jenny's housekeeping team was superb, Andreii checked in daily with a smile, and Rafael from Room Service went above and beyond. Dining was incredible—from the generous breakfast with Michelle, Noy, Dafna, Yudith, and Olga to the elegant Herbert Samuel Restaurant, where Denis and Roi delivered an amazing experience. The rooftop pool, serene spa (thank you Victoria, Daniel, Dean, and Erica), and top-tier gym with Ori and Itzik made each day feel like a retreat. Maria and Ledar ensured everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. We’ve traveled extensively, but this property stands out for its genuine hospitality and heartfelt service. Can’t wait to return!

Extremely disappointing!!!!!!!😞 Very Bad service Very Rood employees Absurdly expensive prices charged 2 tomes for the same service. No math between reservations and what you get. People come on Saturday to the pool not from the hotel and act like animals. Any request asked was denied

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels including some of the best in the world (Burj, Sands Singapore, ect) and i have never written a review for any of them. But the service that i experienced at the Ritz Hertzeliyah was the best ive ever seen. To start the hotel would be considered a high level boutique type with a beautiful roof top pool. The rooms and lobby very very clean and very nice. But what set this hotel above the others was the attention to detail by the whole staff led by the Manager Mariia. From A-Z they made sure that our family experience was perfect. I cant say enough about this hotel and the customer service that was provided. Mariia, if you are reading this then thank you again for everything i cant wait to return!!!

Excellent service by truly first-rate staff. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Great location next to Mediterranean, beach, perched above the Herzliya marina with restaurants, stores, a mall. Wonderful rich buffet breakfast. Chef restaurant in hotek - duperb.
