I booked this hotel for a couple of days as a solo traveller and being a woman I thought this hotel looked okay. As soon as I parked up the atmosphere was weird, people sat around outside the hotel, in the car parks on the floor, hanging around by the lifts. Once I checked in and was walking to my room, I saw men hanging around in the corridors of rooms, hanging by the middle of the floors staring at me as I walked past. It felt very intimidating and scary. The vibe just felt very strange. The window in the room wouldn't close properly and I was worried for my safety. I went to reception and let them know I didn't feel safe, they seemed to know immediately what I was talking about and agreed to cancel my stay. I asked them to give me 30 mins to collect my things and book another hotel as it was almost 8pm and I had nowhere to go, which they agreed, within 5 mins of me going back to the room, they were calling asking me to leave so they can make housekeeping aware! This hotel is full of people who make you feel uncomfortable. Please avoid if you're a woman

Hotel reception was horrific, they didn’t seem to understand that i booked this night whist on the road. I did not have any photo ID and only had apple pay with me. They take a 'holding deposit' and in order to get me a receipt for this ( which was a battle ) they insisted on writing down all my credit card details on a piece of paper and to top things off, they take 28 days for the refund of the holding deposit. very bad practices at reception. avoid. ( on the plus side, good parking, and the room was OK, if you dont mind the shower curtain clinging to you )

False advertising not informing you of the facilities not in use before booking. Would be nice if guests could be aware of what the hotels main use is for so they could make a correct decision on accommodation. Run down and shabby Would never book this hotel again.

Dreadful experience no warning the hotel is being used to house people other than regular paying guests. The reception is full of black bags of laundry with name tags on. Lots of groups of young men everywhere with several outside the main doors smoking weed with the smell everywhere and the security staff totally ignoring them. Felt very intimidated despite the 6 security guards sat in the lobby. Rooms tired. ALL facilities closed with no prior warning despite what the reception staff said. We would not stay here again, and should have taken note of all the security guards and dozens of cycles in the car park when we arrived at the hotel We were also asked to pay a 50.00 deposit in case we damaged the room!

Very comfortable super king bed, good size rooms, clean, free onsite car parking & very helpful staff. Modern & spacious foyer area with plenty of seating & helpful concierge. No pool, restaurant or spa as originally advertised but it was not an issue as this was highlighted at the time of booking & a reminder message was also received a day before arrival. Perfect for a short stay. Can be a little noisy but expected with the location & proximity to the airport & motorway. Would be more than happy to stay here again.
