One of the best hotels location and service in the country
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They helped with bike rentals even when they didn't have the kids size that we needed on property. The coffee juices and croissants in the mornings are a nice touch, but you'll certainly want to grab breakfast elsewhere. Links is a hidden gem. The best meals of the trip. The marina, lighthouse and nightly ice cream or a quick 5-minute walk away. We biked to the beach in under 15 minutes, and there are good food options at the beach. Mature service with child water bottles is great, but if you want to sit close to the water bring one or more of the fold up chairs that the concierge has.

Highly recommend The Inn & Club at Harbour Town if you’re looking for luxury + laid-back island vibes. Next level service & southern charm. The shuttle service and golf cart transportation within Sea Pines is outstanding. Although we found the pool area to be relatively quiet, management should engage pool guests with food/drink orders.

Super!
The food here has been excellent. The room is beautiful, enjoying our time even though it’s a business trip. I would like it if it would stop raining for a few minutes, but I can’t complain since I’m working. The people here have been super nice and I haven’t met anybody that’s in service here that is not super pleasant to work with.

A must do trip
It’s been 20 years since our last visit and everything was as wonderful as we remembered. The rooms are cozy and the cleanliness top notch. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Would especially like to actually Ayush who helped dinner reservations and just outstanding customer service. The concierge recommendations for dinner at the Ocean Lounge was a highlight of our visit as well.

Off season perfect time for rest and relaxation. All staff hotel, restaurants, and valet great customer service. We will definitely return and come in the off season . Links restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast and the unlimited mimosas put it over the top!
