Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island

We went on New Year’s Eve expecting to stay for two nights and loved the hotel and environment so much that we stayed until January 8th!!! We were greeted warmly by Andre at the front desk who made us feel welcomed throughout our stay! The room was perfect and the view of the beach and pools was lovely, with incredible sunrises almost every day. We took advantage of the refrigerator and had our own breakfast in the room, but ate all of our dinners in the bar area. The braised chicken plate and the salmon and spinach risotto were our favorites! The pool area and the beach were magnificent! I recommend staying here during the winter months as it provided us with a relaxing vacation away from home! This hotel is priced right, too!!! We stayed at two other hotels before coming to the Sonesta and it was by far our favorite!

The newly renovated Sonesta Resort is beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and the lobby, bar, dining inside are all very elegant. When you go, make sure you get the Bed and Breakfast package so you can have the pleasure of Ben serving you...he is a very elegant gentleman and took great care of us for the four mornings we had breakfast. After the first morning, he knew exactly what we wanted to drink each morning and served our hot tea and coffee just the way we wanted it. The outside venue with the heated pools; the activities for the children; the fire pits and smores and out side bar leading directly to the beach and ocean is everything you could ever ask for...Just go....you'll love it.

We had reserved a condo and when we arrived it was awful. I needed to find a place but it was nearly midnight. Sonesta found us a spot and made sure we had a good room. Highly recommended

Beautiful hotel with outstanding grounds that are a treat to stroll through as you go to the beach. Beach is wide and calm in that area. The resort has bathrooms and a nice area to hose off your dog with warm water at one of the beach entrances. Grounds are beautifully done with fire pits, hammocks, games, pavilions and a great beach entry pool with a large shallow area that my 2 & 4 year old grandkids loved. Had a large bin of pool toys that we really appreciated. Dogs and their people were very welcome. The rooms were really nice with a door outside ...super for a quick middle of the night potty break with a human in bathrobe. Poolside food was VERY good. Comfortable beds.

It was our first time staying at Sonesta Hilton Head Island Resort & Immediately we were Impressed with the overall newness, clean, fresh, inviting upscale aesthetically Beautiful decor. Special Thanks to Dahlia at Seacrest Restaurant for gifting us, and providing exceptional outstanding, memorable Customer Service during our visit to Sonesta. Another Special Thanks to Eldein at Driftwood for demonstrating Quality Customer Service. Honorable Mention to all the other wonderful employees not mentioned by Name who contributed to making our stay at Sonesta Magnificent!!
