This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were so helpful, special thanks to Luck, Ben, Andrew & all the concierge team for all their help and guidance during our stay. The Albion restaurant is fabulous, we had the tasting menu with wine pairing which was so creative with great flavours, a real treat.

Hotel is amazing had a good 7 days stay, location was super near to all the good food and cocktail bars that I want to visit. Special mention to Ronaldo who definitely made an impression, service was a stand out here even though minor facilities fell short. Would come back just cos of the service!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the wonderful Food & Beverage team at Hotel des Arts Saigon, especially Tran, Thinh, Alexandre, Dinh, Duy Long, and Nam, as well as Nhut, the porter, who looked after us exceptionally well throughout our stay. From the lounge to the Level 2 breakfast restaurant, everyone was friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel that we were not simply guests, but truly valued customers. Their service made our stay much more enjoyable and memorable. A special thank you to Nhut, who was also very helpful and attentive whenever we needed assistance. The entire team demonstrated excellent hospitality and represented Hotel des Arts Saigon – MGallery extremely well. The food quality was very good, and the service was one of the highlights of our stay. We will definitely come back to Hotel des Arts Saigon on our next visit to Saigon. One small suggestion for improvement would be to increase the variety of food and menu options in the lounge, particularly for guests staying for several days. Having more rotating or multiple menu choices would make the lounge experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so well looked after — truly, you made us feel like the customer is king! 👑 We look forward to returning! ❤️

Wonderful stay – highly recommended I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel des Arts Saigon and really enjoyed my time here. The hotel is beautifully designed and very stylish, the location is excellent, and my room had everything I needed. For me personally, there was really nothing missing during my stay. The service throughout the hotel was excellent and everyone I met was friendly, professional and welcoming. I would especially like to mention Tan Nhut, who took great care of me from the moment I arrived until my departure. He was always extremely friendly, attentive and helpful and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Thank you, Tan Nhut, for the excellent service – it was very much appreciated! Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Hôtel des Arts Saigon. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City and can highly recommend the hotel.
