My husband, two daughters and I had such a wonderful stay here. The room was beautiful and we loved that in the early evenings room service came around and asked if we needed more water or a top up of amenities. The rooftop pool was also very nice, with cool vibes at sunset. A special thank you to the bellboy Nhut, who was always friendly, helpful and gave some wonderful recommendations of spots around the city. We will be back!

Awesome from morning to night. Yum buffet brekkie, always with something local to try. We had a deal with afternoon tea and cocktails we were too slow to appreciate the awesomeness of. Staff were so helpful. It was easy to get about from. Rooftop pool was fab.

The true highlight of my stay was the rooftop at The Social Club. The atmosphere, views, and service were all outstanding. A special thank you to Henry and his amazing team behind the bar—their genuine hospitality, attentiveness, and friendly service made every visit memorable and truly elevated my experience. Thank you to everyone for making my stay so enjoyable. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend MGallery to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.

Our stay at this hotel truly exceeded all of our expectations and was one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. We originally booked a 4-day, 3-night stay in Saigon before traveling to another city for a few days. After that, we had planned to return to Saigon and stay at an Airbnb for our final two nights. However, we enjoyed our experience at this hotel so much that we canceled our Airbnb reservation (paid the cancellation fee) and booked another two nights here instead, and we have absolutely no regrets! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. My husband speaks fluent Vietnamese but I can speak mostly English, we were impressed that every staff member we encountered spoke excellent English, making communication effortless for all guests. A special thank you to **Phuong Nguyen** at the front desk for providing exceptional service throughout our stay. He always greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond whenever we asked for recommendations, whether it was for local restaurants or spa services. His suggestions were fantastic and truly enhanced our time in Saigon. We'd also like to recognize **Khoa Dang**, one of the bellhops, for his outstanding hospitality. He consistently made us feel welcome, helped us with our luggage, and always made sure we got into the correct Grab before we left the hotel. It was these thoughtful details that made such a lasting impression. What amazed us most was how quickly the staff recognized us. Even though we had only been there a few days, they remembered us and were always ready to assist without us having to ask. The level of attentiveness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. The service here is fast, professional, and incredibly personable. It's rare to find a hotel that makes you want to change your travel plans just to stay longer, but that's exactly what happened to us. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough and are already looking forward to staying here again the next time we're in Saigon. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable!
