Great hotel with exceptional staff.
Great hotel, great location , loved the top floor bar but the staff made it special. The bellboy NHWT showed such kindness and helpfullness from arrival to departure. I had a broken wrist and he went out of his way to help me. Also special was the lovely lady doing the flowers, I dont know her name but she showed me and eplained how she had made the flowers (dyeing and drying) before arranging a lovely decoration.

Chief concierge Doung was absolutely amazing! He is super helpful and is the best concierge I have ever met and I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone!!

A home away from home!
An island of calm and comfort in a city that moves at a thousand miles an hour. I enjoy the room, I adore the breakfast (still one of my favorites worldwide), and I truly appreciate the staff who, year after year, have become part of my travelling family. A special thanks to Nhut — I hope to see you leading the concierge team before I retire. Keep pushing, you’re on the right path. :-)

Luxury hotel in the heart of Saigon
Perfect stay, one night in the Hotel des Arts. Delicious food at the Albion’s restaurant on 23rd floor with great view. Many thanks to Nhut, the bellboy for his excellent job to help us.
