Clean hotel in a great location
Really enjoyed our stay here, the location was convenient and the hotel felt new, clean and well looked after. The staff were warm and helpful which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Katie, Cong, Bao, Nam, Phuc and Bee.

Fabulous Hotel and staff
Nicest hotel I've ever stayed at! The employees are all so helpful, kind and really amazing. My bellman Hung is such an asset to this hotel, they are lucky to have him. Great room service, great massage, beautifully decorated and great location!

Beautiful design, genuine Hospitality and a well-trained team
We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel des Arts Saigon. From the moment you enter, the hotel stands out for its beautiful and sophisticated interior design, with an elegant atmosphere and a distinctive character that makes it feel special. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed, and the breakfast offered a very good selection and quality. What made our stay particularly enjoyable, however, was the kindness and genuine hospitality of the team. Throughout the hotel, the staff were warm, attentive and always willing to assist. A special mention goes to Trang Pham, Director of Rooms, whose professionalism and attention to the guest experience were particularly appreciated. It is also evident that considerable attention is being given to staff training and development, something that can be felt in the consistency of the service and the confidence and care shown by the team. We would also like to recognize Minh Quan for the excellent room service we received. His courteous and warm approach made a simple room service experience particularly pleasant.
