Tremendous
Well located with exceptional staff. Room was immaculate and bed bliss. Rooftop pool and bar something else especially as the sun sets. Breakfast was very good with usual choices and the cheese selection outstanding in quality. This is a real gem in a city of choices.

Service quality
Lovely hotel , made especially good by the helpful and friendly staff . Tan Nhut one of front doorman was stand out , he remembered our names with only seeing these on our luggage as we first arrived and helped everyday after. The service was exceptional

A relaxing oasis in a busy city.
This was our first stay at Hotel Des Arts, Saigon, and it surpassed all expectations. The food was excellent and the service from the staff were of the highest quality. Nga, Ngan, Hao, and Uyen from the executive lounge were standout ambassadors for the hotel, and looked after us every afternoon. The executive lounge itself was a highlight of our stay and I would recommend booking a room with access. In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Des Arts was unforgettable, and our return holiday to this beautiful place is already on the drawing board. Highly recommended!

Great hotel in the city center with a beautiful panorama
A great hotel located in the city center, close to major tourist attractions, such as the presidential palace museum. Beautiful panoramic windows overlooking the city, a good restaurant, a swimming pool on the twenty-third floor, and a skybar with delicious drinks. Very helpful staff.

Great quality hotel in downtown hcmc
Very comfortable room, kind and attentive staff. A very nice and peaceful bar within the 22f restaurant and a buzzing rooftop bar above. Have stayed before and will continue to stay in future.
