The hotel is clean and modern. Service was impeccable and the staff made me feel very welcomed! Tan Nhut was exceptional with his service.

We stayed in five hotels in five cities in Vietnam, and this was our favourite. Although star systems don't necessarily align between countries, this is by international standards a five star hotel in terms of facilities, decor and service. All the staff were friendly, attentive and focused. Breakfast was fantastic.

We were welcomed warmly to the hotel. We had booked a more expensive corner room on the 18th floor however for us, the cost was worth it. It allowed access to Sky Lounge where we enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea everyday! Our corner room was huge which was perfect for 5 nights. Bed was comfortable, shower offered both rain and non rain options which is great when you don’t want wet hair every shower. There was a lounge and a chair in the room and an area with a desk if needed to work. I particularly loved the flower displays in the hotel. Just beautiful! And the art pieces make the decor more than just hotel standard. Our room included breakfast which provided every possible option and was fresh and delicious. The staff were so lovely. Friendly and helpful. We used the pool. The pool lounges could have used a little more shade but was great to cool off. My husband used the gym everyday and reported it had all he needed. We did have a drink at the rooftop bar on our last night which provided a beautiful view but comes at elevated western prices. I would def recommend the Hotel Des Artes M Gallery if you are looking for a more elevated accomodation option in Saigon. Small hint…the transfer service offered by the hotel from the airport is very very expensive when compared to using local Grab options. Use Grab for transport is my recommendation.

The best compliment a hotel can get is if it attracts celebrities and elites. Hotel Des Arts attracts those people! The hotel is beautiful, but the best part of staying here is the lovely staff! Everybody was so helpful and accommodating. In particular, Minh, Thi, Han, Duy, Phuong, Linh, Ngoc, Hung, Vu, Vi, Khanh Vy, Loc and Khoa were fantastic. I want to say thank you to all of you for making the stay so enjoyable!

Well located with exceptional staff. Room was immaculate and bed bliss. Rooftop pool and bar something else especially as the sun sets. Breakfast was very good with usual choices and the cheese selection outstanding in quality. This is a real gem in a city of choices.
