Very disappointing service in a nice hotel. There are better hotels in town for the same price.
Well maintained hotel near the business district. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Service, especially in the roof top bar - the social club - is far, far below what you will normally get in an Accor group hotel. Staff chatting and playing on phones behind the bar whilst the tables wait for service. Accor loyalty accounts are not accepted unless you have the physical card with you, or if you have a new membership. Anyone who has been a member for a long time - as i have - is not entitled to the same beneits as new members. Incorrect orders and staff being rude to clients was causing real issues in the roof top bar. Such a shame as its in a good location and is very well maintained.

Huyen of the club floor is top of the bill
Huyen was so helpful she managed all for us. We decided to come back next weekend. Transport to/from the airport was wonderful. She made sure everything went perfect.

Actually I feel this is the best 5 star hospitality services I ever had probably across the whole Asia Pacific , the staff is helpful & friendly, particularly from the lounge , The name is Huyen , Kiet . Amenities inside room is perfect

Exceptional Staff
Although this hotel is charming, there are quite a few other choices in Saigon. What makes this property stellar is the sincerity and professionalism of the staff, which keeps me coming back time and time again. I am especially pleased with Ms. Huyen and Mr. Kiet at the executive club. They go beyond the call of duty to assist me with my certain dietary requirements, and always with smiles of politeness. Many thanks to them!!!!

Amazing service and beautiful amenities
You won’t be disappointed, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and go above and beyond to help you. We travelled for my 50th birthday and there was a beautiful gift awaiting, which was extremely thoughtful. The check in was impeccable and a special shout out to Tu Ngan, she was very happy to help and very kind also. Would definitely come back, and highly recommend. Thank you all for making this a memorable first time to visiting Vietnam.
