Great property. It Boutique hotel. Check in was amazing. On arrival we moved directly to room with welcome drinks and checkin was done in room only. Rooms are very well decoded, not very spacious but give e ample space eith luxury feel. Service is excellent. Breakfast was great and tried their best to offer special needs like pure veg etc. Location is superb. Center of everything. Only bit uncomfortable thing was that they have open toilet concept (song area) although they have curtain but some people find bit uncomfortable soecially if sharing room. Will love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel des Arts Saigon. The team knew it was my birthday and kindly upgraded us to a higher room category. This thoughtful gesture made our trip feel even more special. The room was beautiful. The hotel truly feels like an art gallery. I especially loved the bathtub, the large wardrobe, and the fantastic coffee machine with great coffee pods that made every morning feel luxurious. The rooftop infinity pool is stunning and offers beautiful views of the city. We also enjoyed spending time at the rooftop bar. As a birthday surprise, the hotel gave us complimentary drink vouchers, a delicious cake, and a lovely fruit platter. We genuinely felt pampered during our stay. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and very helpful. They helped us arrange cabs, assisted with translations whenever needed, and always had great recommendations for places to visit and eat. The location is fantastic. It is right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, with many of the best cafés, restaurants, and attractions nearby. My husband and I had an incredible holiday, and this hotel was a big reason why. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday and our trip so memorable. We can’t wait to come back again.

Just had the surf and turf Saturday night buffet, which has been fantastic. Excellent food, wide choice, quality ingredients and great value. A special shout out to the serving team H. Nguyen, M. Thi, Bella, Hai Linh and Hoai Nam who have been great!

A very comfortable and stylish hotel in a great location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpfu, especially Nhut the doorman. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in HCMC.
