Excellent stay, good location.
Wonderful hotel. Superb service. Excellent breakfast. Good rooftop pool. Treated ourselves to the Albion Tasting menu which was a very enjoyable evening. Would highly recommend

Excellent hotel for businesses - the facilities (such as ballroom) are great for conferences, and the support from staff (especially Mr Celery and his team) always on hand to deal with any issues (not that there were many!) Highly recommended

Very nice hotel . Excellent service . Friendly Andrew the concierge was great. Gave us all the tips on good restaurants and sights and communicated with us effectively so we could navigate our way around .

Above and Beyond
I accidentally left my travel neck pillow at the hotel, and as soon as I arrived at the airport, I messaged the hotel. From that moment on, they were incredibly responsive and proactive every step of the way. My neck pillow was not expensive and could have easily been replaced, but the care and effort put into helping me retrieve it truly went above and beyond. Fortunately, a family member was visiting and was able to pick it up for me. I want to sincerely thank Hotel Des Arts Saigon’s Concierge Team—Loc, Ben, and Andrew—for their exceptional service and kindness. Their attention to detail and genuine care made a lasting impression. I will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you so much 🇺🇸 to SGN ❤️

A wonderful Father's Day brunch with the family!
This was our first time trying brunch here, and we were truly impressed. The food selection was extensive, the seafood was fresh, and the oysters were definitely a highlight. A big thank you to Cat for helping with our reservation and taking such great care of us, as well as Nina and the entire team for the warm hospitality. We had a lovely time and look forward to coming back again soon!
